A problem was discovered in a pipe that ran along the foundation of the house. It wasn't fastened or secured in any way. They revisited the site to address that problem as well. They have our business for all future plumbing needs. The work was completed promptly and expertly.

I had an emergency plumbing issue. Mr. Rooter showed up less than 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the problem. They then proceeded to do what needed to be done to fix the problem which took several hours. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the men who came to do the work were very personable and professional. Very happy with the service provided.

I had a clogged drain, and called one of the competitors to come out and try to clear it. 3 plumbers and a water mess later, they couldn't get it unclogged and quoted me a repair in thousands of dollars to break the floor and replace the pipe. I'm so glad I gave Roto Rooter a call instead!
Tom came out much more prepared - using a shop vacuum and towels to keep the mess to a minimum. He got the drain unclogged in under an hour. He ran the camera through to show me the pipes and explained how it got clogged and how to prevent it from happening again. Roto Rooter saved me thousands of dollars, I couldn't be happier!
