Wichita plumbers performed an excellent job replacing my gas-powered hot water heater. As he worked, he was thorough and answered all of my inquiries. Excellent service from Wichita Plumbing.

Brady and David came out, were friendly and efficient and solved our issue along with giving some good advice on some other items we need done in the future.

We are in an extreme cold spell and a pipe broke in our converted garage. They were to the house within an hour and a half and were able to fix the problem.

I rarely ever write a review but thought this was deserving. We had a clogged line. It was a Friday night and I had removed the toilet and tried what I could but couldn't unclog it. Decided I would call Saturday morning to see if someone would come out. I tried another reputable service first, and while they came out promptly, the cost was just more than I could live with. I tried Roto Rooter next. The lady who I talked to, who was also very polite, gave me an idea of what it would cost and said they could get someone out within the next hour. Even with having to pay for the service call of the first service, the total cost was going to be under half. Not sure how that other service can have many clients with that kind of pricing, but just glad Roto charged what I felt was fair. The technician called within the hour saying he was 5 minutes away. He was very polite and had the drain unclogged within a matter of minutes. I hope I don't need to call again, but if I do Roto Rooter will be my first call. Thanks to the tech Will and Roto Rooter. Great service.

Best service I've had the chance to experience. All workers that helped with our house were extremely professional, reliable, and helpful with the whole service. Not only were they fast, but they did the job so well and truly don't think you can find any one better for all of their services! A definite 10/10!

Requested service thru online request. Received call next morning and receptionist was kind, upfront about service fee, and quick to get me an appointment that afternoon. Technician was easy to work with, friendly, and kept me informed during his entire inspection and service. A great company that responds and follows up with requests. Highly recommend.

Craig Dugan was excellent! He obviously knew what he was doing. He explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He also explained that I could upgrade my older garage door opener which I did! He was a total professional, total installation took less tie than he estimated and the end result was great! He deserves to win the Vacation!

The staff at Ballard plumbing were all so helpful and kind. I was very pleased with everything from the original call to Becky to the work done in my home by Nathan and Jeremy. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire repair process. I feel they all went above and beyond to help me during a stressful time and I am so thankful! I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Very disappointed about their service and charges. They charged me more then supposed too but when I try to call and email they would never answered. Thieves and very unprofessional. Do not recommend!
