Best Heat Pump Repair in Wichita KS

So, I attempted to do it myself. I broke a pipe in the wall. Louis fixed my disposal and my pipe in less than 1 hour. Couldn't be happier.

I had Jon-Eric out to fix a leak in my kitchen plumbing line and he was very professional and did a great job!

Had a terrible experience that is expensive lesson learned and will be remembered for a lifetime. I am the first time home buyer that was misled by Brown’s about the repairs that they “estimated” and “promised” to be fixed within a budget. Turned out they need another significant amount of money that should be addressed earlier but never was. The repair project took over a month to start after multiple phone calls. They fixed a small part of the problem, the main problem remains. First the owner told me he is going to keep in touch to have the rest of the issue resolved. They asked to be paid as they were leaving. They charged me 4,000 for a replacement of the pipe and the water is still flooding and gurgling everytime we use the bathroom. It’s been over 4 weeks and now they don’t even return my call about the gurgling issue. I got charged $4,000 unwillingly plus I will be responsible for the mistake that occurred from their side. This would probably cost me another thousands of dollars. How could Brown’s get away from lying in the estimate and didn’t get charged for their own mistake. If this is not enforceable by law, then it takes integrity that you should have but you do not.
In the future if you happen to call us back just remember ”NO” we do not want you back.

We were watching our grandkids and had an emergency blowout in our water heater. They interrupted other work that they were doing and sent Nathan who was at our house within 1/2 hour. Job was done in less than two hours. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company.

Customer service over the phone alone caused me to choose a different plumbing service. I never even had the chance to have a technician come by.

We were very pleased with our service today. When I called to book the receptionist was very knowledgable and explained pricing. Our plumber Tony arrived on time, did a great job, and stayed to make sure the problem was fixed before he left.

Absolutely great people. They are the most friendly and down to earth professionals I have come across. They care about their work and the customers. Had a water pipe break and they were here quick to fix it. They also entertained my 5 year old boy by letting him watch and explained everything to him to where he could understand. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and would use in the future for my needs! Thank you guys!

On Time Plumbing had someone out the same day, even though I called after 1pm. Technicians were at my house less than 2 hrs later. The technicians were polite and took pains to not track snow into my house. Kevin clearly communicated what was needed vs suggested and completed the work in under 30 minutes. The total cost was definitely reasonable and there are no leaks!
