I had another leak near my underground sprinkler shutoff valve. They had come out a little over a year ago and replaced my sprinkler system champion valve. Once I realized that I had another leak, I called and they sent someone out immediately to shut it off. Took a couple of weeks or so but they came out and made the repair to a broken piece of PVC in about three hours. This seems to have done the trick. Since the leak was within a few inches of the valve they replace I thought they should have done this for free even though it was a couple of months past the one year point. Sadly this cost me an additional $900 +.

These guys were fantastic. They were able to come out the morning after we contacted them and got to work right away. They explained the source of the problem I was facing in a way that a layman like me could understand. I really appreciated they support other local businesses to obtain parts. I would absolutely use PD Plumbing again! Well worth what I paid!

I called about installing a water heater in our mobile home. They came out within an hour of calling them. Helped put a reasonable price water heater in our mobile home and we paid cash and they took off the price for paying cash. They will be our plumbers from now on.

They were earlier than expected, very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. They were more about fixing the issue, than just trying to sell us a new unit.

Reddi is usually great to get someone to come out when you need them. We sometimes have problems with roots in our line and have had Reddi come before to clean it out and clear the blockage. This time we needed them on a Saturday.....they don't charge extra for weekends. The tech that came.....Daniel Titus, Tech #48011.....arrived when he said he would and was very friendly. He quickly took care of the problem. I really appreciated that even with the type of work that he did he was clean and did not make any kind of a mess in either my house or yard. Completely professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend.I do wish it didn't cost so much but Reddi is comparable to others in the area on prices.

My family just bought a house and on a budget and they accepted the offer I had. Talked to me like I was a human and understood the situation of being a first time home buyer and took that into consideration and did not try to add on things I could not afford. They are respectful, and caring. Yes I will call them and use them again if I need them again .

We had a surprise, early Saturday morning... our water heater decided to dispel itself all over a portion of our basement floor. Having soggy boxes and at least an inch of water to scoot into the sump pump, we called Benjamin Franklin.Josh arrived within half an hour, and quickly prescribed a solution. He then went about the task of emptying and removing our old tank, and installed a new tank. His service was detailed, and clean. You could tell he actually liked working with water heaters, and he installed new copper lines, and a pressure flow line pvc to our sump pump, when we hadn’t had one preciously.We purchased a tank, with a 10 year warranty, and are looking forward to Josh coming out for the free yearling service and flush of the tank, so we can keep this tank up and running for as long as possible!

I had a gas leak in my restaurant due to a hose failure. I called around 10:00 am on a Friday and Dave was out immediately. He had the hose replaced and we got the grill fired up before we opened at 11:00am. These guys saved me, Friday’s are one of my busiest days! Very professional, on time, and price was very reasonable.
