Expensive. Charged $50 to quote a water heater replacement and wouldn't provide any indication of pricing over the phone. More than twice as much as other options. Don't pay them $50 to give you a quote - there are better options.

We were watching our grandkids and had an emergency blowout in our water heater. They interrupted other work that they were doing and sent Nathan who was at our house within 1/2 hour. Job was done in less than two hours. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company.

I paid David Lies plumbing $ 941.79 for a 6 gal. hot water heater. I was charged for 3 1/2 hours for installing at $390.00 They took the used copper. I have owned the property for 35 years and have put in two other hot water heaters. This one did not heat. Isn't their warranty on parts? The Tap,
where David Lies Plumbing bought it was very helpful. I live out of town so the tenant whom business was compromised picked up the part, a $12.00 and a electrician checked the service and installed it Who was rude? Soon as my check was cashed David Lies plumbing was done.

We had a broken toilet and clogged sink. He had the toilet fixed in less than an hour. The sink ended up needing more work than we realized and he was more than happy to accommodate us. Very professional and easy to work with.

Clogged toilet, plunging wouldn't work. Called our regular plumber, who used an auger... he deducted it had to be in the sewer line. I called Olson's late on Friday, set an appointment for Monday. He arrived early, very friendly. Cleaned out the sewer lines as we requested, but didn't find much. He came in to check the toilet, used an auger, tried a few things, wound up taking the toilet up off the floor to find our dog had decided to soak his rawhide chew in the toilet. I must have flushed it the following morning not realizing it was in there. With all the plunging it got wedged in there between the bottom of the toilet and the ring. The chew toy had unrolled allowing the auger to go through but not much else. I was absolutely stunned. For all his trouble he didn't overcharge us, very very reasonable prices and so friendly. I'm just so impressed and wish him and his company all the very best.

I called for my neighbors. Both their toilets were acting funny. I wasn't there when they were fixed, but they were very happy with the service. Everything works the way it's supposed to now. Super glad we could stay local. ☺️
