ACRS is great to work with. We have used them multiple times for things ranging from regular maintenance of our heating/ AC system to complete replacement of air conditioner. They are here when they say they will be, the technicians are professional, get their work done and are real nice to work with. Highly recommend ACRS and will continue to use them.

I had read some horrible reviews here on Google....right after I found out that's who was assigned to fix our repair by American Home Shield. I was a little worried. But I have to say everything was handled well! We were assigned an independent contractor out of Meriden, KS, named Richard White. A&D hires him to do AHS repairs in the Topeka area. No complaints. He fixed what we called about in a timely manner. He even fixed something that came up the day of his service call. I have no worries about using again, as long as A&D gets Richard for us! If we need to call again, I will try and make sure that's who we get.
