Kyle was the young man they came to my door and was very kind and polite before entering. He changed out my bathroom faucet and added new shut offs and was very careful in all that he did. He was very friendly and professional. Cleaned up as he was doing his job which I like very much. I will use this company again. Give them a try and they was very reasonably priced.

Our heater was acting up and I made a call 1st thing in the morning and had a service provider at my house before lunch. Tyler Drinnen was very quick and efficient and not only did he fix the issue, he made sure to check for any other issues that we may not have been aware of to ensure we had no more problems. 100% satisfaction and very polite and helpful. I recommend On Time Plumbing. Fair, honest reliable service. Colton came out to fix our faucet in the backyard. Colton arrived in the time given he called to let me know he was coming by. Upon arrival Colton introduced himself he was clean & very professional. Colton explained what was causing the leak gave me couple prices in case he had to cut into the house, which he did. Cleaned up the debris.Replaced the old leaky faucet & replaced with this shiny new one. Great job thanks!

We noticed a musty smell coming from our bathroom cabinets. When we pulled the vanity away from the wall, we noticed a large crack in our old drainage piping. I called 3D and someone was at our home within 2 hours. They cut and removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one in less than an hour. Now I can use my bathroom sink again! Thanks
