Frank Gomes and his assistant were great! They helped troubleshoot a problem with an old steam boiler and did a servicing and cleaning of two boiler units. Frank explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call Frank again when I need more help with plumbing or my heating systems.

- Punctual arrival time,
- Answering the door, Adam was wearing company logo clothing, and was very friendly and had a nice smile,
- Before entering my home, he put on booties,
- From there, he did a stellar job installing my new disposal,
- He was comfortable letting me watch, ask questions, and he kept testing after he was done to make sure it was running smoothly,
-When he wasn’t completely satisfied, he tweaked some of the adjustments until it was perfect,
- He was happy to answer any of my questions,
- He was also helpful to make sure I had all the information to register my product with the vendor,
- Afterwards, he cleaned up the area spotlessly,
- I was so happy with his service, I asked to have one other job to be done. To replace the vent pipe connector to my drier.
- All in all - best service ever !!!

Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

Nick was very responsive to our outreach and was able to diagnose the problem from a video that was sent to him. His team was on time and changed their schedule to better suit ours. The repair cost was 4x cheaper than another local plumber which we've used quoted...we will be using Plumr from now on!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Tim and Frank polite and professional. They answered all my questions about carbon monoxide and gave me good advice on CO detectors for my home. they found 2 pipes that needed sealing and came back a few days later to repair. Very good company.
