My wife and I purchased a new gas oven and needed a plumber at short notice. Frank responded to our message quickly, and we easily made an appointment for 3 days later.
Frank showed up on time, and quickly disconnected our old range. He then returned the next afternoon (on a Saturday!) to install our newly delivered range.
Excellent timely work, clean and efficient.

Frank was very quick to respond when I stated I had a broke water heater. He was very professional, efficient with addressing the situation at hand. It was an emergency issue, and he removed old heater and replaced the new one in a hour.. Installation was fast thereafter! Wonderful service!

I have owned my condo for a little over 2 years and both the summers I've spent here, I have had issues with my central AC. I have had 4 or 5 different companies come out to look at the system and my experience has ranged from them telling me I just need to change the filter (which I do on a regular basis) to telling me I have to replace my entire system (involving a crane and closing down my entire street with police detail for a whole day). I finally called Frank at Gomes Plumbing and Heating and we set up an appointment for the very next day to come out and look at the system. He was able to find the issue in very little time and charged me a fraction of what the others had been trying to charge me. I was so pleased with the work he did and the service I got that I've told all of my friends who are home/condo owners in the area to call Frank!

A few months after Frank fixed my AC (which is working wonderfully now!) my garbage disposal broke. Again, Frank was able to come over to fix it the very next day. I would recommend Gomes Plumbing and Heating to absolutely everyone and plan to use Frank for ALL of my plumbing/cooling/heating needs in the future.

Frank was a lifesaver. He was fast, professional and very helpful. My partner and I moved into our place recently and have never had an HVAC system before so we were clueless but Frank explained everything he was doing and why. We called him Monday and he was by first thing Tuesday morning and had us up and running in no time. Reasonable pricing and a nice guy.

I just had a gas dryer delivered, but the delivery folks were not licensed to do the gas hookup.

We did that thing where you wait until the coldest day to turn the heater on... well it didn’t work! Frank was great on the phone and walked me through the checklist for our gas boiler. I sent out a few photos so he could see the type of unit and he called me back to let me know he could be here shortly. Ten minutes later we discovered the pilot light wouldn’t hold a flame and he quickly got the part and we had fire. He was personable and answered any questions I had-made me feel comfortable and confident in his service-and showed up in a mask taking appropriate precautions. We will be reaching out to him to schedule regular servicing of our units.

Frank Gomes and his assistant were great! They helped troubleshoot a problem with an old steam boiler and did a servicing and cleaning of two boiler units. Frank explained everything he did and answered all my questions. I'll definitely call Frank again when I need more help with plumbing or my heating systems.

Frank and his team were recommended to me by several neighbors; I reached out for a quote for the installation of a gas line to add a grill to my deck and he was incredibly responsive. He came on short notice Monday morning and took care of everything quickly, and also offered me DIY recommendations so I can fix minor issues myself in the future. Frank was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive. My heat went out on a Sunday morning, so I gave Frank a call and sent him a video of the heater making a really loud sound. Frank diagnosed it immediately but came in person first thing the following morning to verify, and had my heater back up and running within a few hours after purchasing the necessary part. Frank was very professional and I will 100% be using him again in the future!

I called frank on the coldest night of the year. With in two hours had a man to my front door. Fixed the problem was really cheap too. highly recommend.

My hot water heater broke on a Sunday and Frank responded to me very quickly upon reaching out to him. He was prompt and efficient and easy to work with.

Frank and his team were excellent. In short, tried to fix problem myself and caused shower valve to spray water in walls and forced to turn water off. Frank came quickly within an hour and determined was small valve piece that needed to be replaced. He then drove to Watertown and back (Dorchester) to get piece (happened to be a rare unique brand), quickly installed and fixed my mess. Was very good, professional and super reasonable, will def use again! Thank you Frank!

Wonderful service - I called Gomes Plumbing late at night after a pipe burst in my apartment. I asked if he could come early the next morning, as we had to shut off the water in our building until the pipe was fixed. Frank not only answered my call late at night, but he showed up first thing in the morning right on time. Frank is an absolute professional, worked efficiently, clearly knows his stuff, fair priced, and just a fun guy. Highly recommend, definitely someone you can trust. I will be going back to Frank for any of my plumbing, heating, cooling needs in the future

Frank answered our emergency call to have our gas oven hooked up. He came to our home 20 minutes after the call and really helped us when we were in a bind. He was responsive, quick and did a fantastic job. Will use him again in the future.

Frank was able to come next day to fix an issue with our furnace.

All 5 star reviews for a reason; Frank is knowledgeable, professional, and an all around nice guy. 18 hours after calling (on a Sunday night), I have a new water heater installed, up and running. I also used Gomes to fix my HVAC unit over the summer, and received the same great service then.

Incredibly grateful for Frank, who quickly came to my house on a Sunday when I accidentally dropped my ring down the sink. He and a coworker found my ring in no time and he was incredibly friendly and reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again!

I called Frank for an issue with my Gas Boiler and he was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
