I reached out to Frank after receiving a quote from another plumber. He was so helpful, quick to respond, came to assess, explained his assessment to me and offered a couple of options to repair vs replace, water was running and the other plumber had said it couldn’t be fixed for 3 days, Frank replaced the toilet the next morning and for the price the other plumber was going to repair it for. I really appreciated his helpful communication, transparency and his appreciation of stopping the running of water so I wasn’t wasting water and money for multiple days. Thank you!

Frank was very unprofessional, he failed to show up when he schedules to, prolonged the job and was very dis-respectful. He revised the price upward in the middle of job and after we agreed on the new price he did install the sump pump, got paid in full but didn't return to complete what he promised even after several calls, voicemails and texts up to this moment. I had to get someone else to redo the job.

I highly recommend Frank for plumbing problems you may have.. he was professional, friendly and explained things clearly.. he even checked a smoke detector I was having a problem with. I will definitely request his services in the future!

Frank did call me today to let me know why he didn't make the appointment. I apologized. I had asked why he didn't have someone else contact me to let me know and he said that there wasn't anyone working with him. I still believe letting customers know that upfront will give the customer an understanding and will allow them to empathize on how stressful his work day would go. I take back my negative comments and applaud him for doing what he can for his customers during these stressful and trying times we are all living in. I am truly sorry for writing that but had I known, I would have been more understanding. Again, I hope you can accept my apology. I hope you feel better.

Frank is a great guy who always puts his head down and goes to work A trustworthy and available electrician is hard to come by, and Frank is a hard worker who is reliable and gets the job done correctly!

I was impressed with Frank from start to finish. I am a realtor and have rental properties and he is the first one to be that responsive and pick up the phone. His work was great. He was on time and even fit us in because I called last minute about a heating problem. He is also very reasonable with his pricing. I do highly recommend him and will continue using his company.

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

Not often in this day and age you can get a reliable professional and knowledgeable heating expert. Frank exceeded my expectations, solved my heating issue for my tenant and did it with determination. I will be saving this contact for future use as well as referring him to my real estate clients. Our boiler died and since it's quite old, not to mention exorbitant service fees by some companies, we decided to replace it. I called Frank Berardino, he called back right away and in an hour came by our house to give us estimate for replacement. He looked at our old boiler, asked what's wrong with it and before I knew what's happening he checked it and in no time found and fixed the problem - not to mention he saved us thousands of dollars for unnecessary replacement. Frank is the only man I'll call for heating and plumbing services.

I needed an emergency plumber and Frank made an effort to come out last notice on the weekend. Supply house was closed for the parts he needed. Made plans to come back Monday.
