Best Water Tank Installation in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Very friendly staff, and very pleased with the professionalism as well as the work done. Staff was great about wearing masks/social distancing during the job as well. 100% would use again.

Wonderful service - I called Gomes Plumbing late at night after a pipe burst in my apartment. I asked if he could come early the next morning, as we had to shut off the water in our building until the pipe was fixed. Frank not only answered my call late at night, but he showed up first thing in the morning right on time. Frank is an absolute professional, worked efficiently, clearly knows his stuff, fair priced, and just a fun guy. Highly recommend, definitely someone you can trust. I will be going back to Frank for any of my plumbing, heating, cooling needs in the future

First snow storm in 2020 and my tenants told me the heat didn't work. Drew sent his team over within a very short period of time and took care of the problem for us. Great experience, so glad to have found this company. The owner, Matt, returned my call promptly and guided me through the process. Their business card says “We’ll treat you Like Royalty” and they really did! Henry and Ed showed up, introduced themselves and laid down drop clothes so as not to soil the floor. The job was done expertly and quickly. It was a joy to have a them do the job.

Excellent service. Response was super quick and they sent someone over in the earliest part of the window they gave me. Able to explain everything clearly and replace my failing garbage disposal in the same visit. Would use them any time for plumbing issues.

My bathroom sink drain broke. I asked my ex to take a look, and he promptly dropped a piece of the sink down the drain. That didn't fix anything. Then I contacted Drain Flow. Tony said he could send someone over the next day, and he kept in regular contact via text to let me know when my savior, who goes by the name of Abe, would arrive. After a quick inspection, Abe said, Oh, this is worse than I expected. (Have you noticed that no one ever, ever says, This isn't as bad as I expected?) On the up side, Abe managed to end my nightmare as quickly as possible, and for less $$$$$ than expected--and he was even amazingly tolerant of my manic barking dog. (He's just doing the job a dog's supposed to do.) A+++++++--thank you!!!!!!

Rich came out the same day as my water heater died, with permits and a replacement in tow. He was thorough, prompt, professional and personable. He took time to explain the details of the system and how it worked. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely use him again.

Nick and his team are great. Hired someone else at first who delayed work multiple times and was not reliable. Then we called Plumr and they showed up right on time, we’re profession, explained the issue and fixed everything. Needed a small amount of patch up work and they came right away and did it at their cost. Great company and would certainly recommend

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

Pann is fantastic! Matt installed a dishwasher and was friendly, professional, and kept me informed on what he was doing. Got the job done fast and my dishwasher is running like a dream. Would absolutely recommend Pann, and ask for Matt again.

After numerous phone calls , we hooked up with Steve and his crew. We will be customers forever. They are, without a doubt, the most professional company to work with. We had no heat in various parts of the house for 9 days and they worked diligently to get it back on. They also fixed three broken pipes. Thank you True Blue Don’t take this personally but I hope to never see you again unless it’s to buy you a beer. !!!

I particularly appreciate their management supporting the resolution of the problem, and in particular sending over a technician who is very knowledgeable with steam. Bryan approached the system as a scientist and got to fix it. I am grateful. He has been maintaining my heating system ever since. I highly recommend him.
