He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. Tony was great! I had a leaky water line, and was able to easily schedule an appointment. Tony arrived on time at the beginning of the appointment window, and was able to diagnose and solve the problem in just a few minutes. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would 100% use Winters again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We had a lot of electrical work needed around the house. Chris at Akian along with George did a great job reviewing all of our needs prior to the work, making specific recommendations (including what is code and not), and then executing the work same day. Everything works now and they went above and beyond.

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Water heater was not working and showing a code 29 error. I called Trust1 to repair (flush the system) my water heater and clear the code. It was fine for less than 48 hours and had to call them back because of the code 29 error. They came in, installed a new trap on the flue goes they saw some condensation. Called them a third time because the same error and issue happened again (code 29). They could not come out until the following day which would leave me without hot water until then. I called another company who came same day and miraculously the issue was resolved. Haven’t seen the code 29 error since. Trust 1 refused to refund the additional charges for the failed fixes. I will not be using them again.

I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!
