Frank and his team were recommended to me by several neighbors; I reached out for a quote for the installation of a gas line to add a grill to my deck and he was incredibly responsive. He came to take a look and was incredibly detail-oriented, noting several areas of consideration that other plumbers had not mentioned to me - as a result, we hired them for the job. I called Matt at T-Flow for my parents who live in Back Bay. They were not getting any water in their kitchen faucet. While this is not really an emergency, it's a huge inconvenience and they have guests quite often so they needed it fixed pretty quickly. I went to Yelp and called 4 plumbers based on the good reviews. I really just went down the list by order of how the businesses appeared on Yelp and location and feedback. Matt was the only one who answered his phone and after explaining the problem he asked for a photo of the faucet, and told me that if he had time to go today, he would. His crew picked up a faucet at Home Depot and came same day to fix the faucet. This was really beyond my expectation and my parents were very pleased!

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

It’s pricey, no doubt about it, for an emergency next day drain pipe replacement it was over $700 with the service visit fee. However, McMahon called me right away back, scheduled an appointment and arrived within 45 minutes. Elvis gave me two options and did the work in under 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable and clearly a master plumber. I wish they also did patching of any drywall they had to remove as I now have to find someone else to do that. Overall, it was an excellent customer service experience and I would highly recommend them for future problems. If price is a concern, I would get a few quotes if it’s not an emergency.

I cannot thank them enough for their open honesty and caring approach. Instead of taking a job and making money from it, they instead saved us money by just talking to me by phone and advising me on what I needed. Thank you!

Had our heat die on a very cold day. Sila technician John G. was able to diagnose and fix the problem within a few hours and got our heat back and working. Great service and will use them again if we have problems.
