The workers were very nice and professional. They explained what was happening with great detail.My complaint is that they came out and quoted me for replacing a full pipe and instead only replaced two sections. They said it would have been harder to replace the full thing, which I believe, but it shouldn't have been a surprise they waited to tell me until the project was finished. They could have easily anticipated it during the quote or called and talked with me once they decided. Now my pipes look like Frankenstein.

We woke up in the middle of the night to find out AC wasn’t working and it was very hot. Thankfully Akian had availability the same day we called, our technician Orlando was very professional and explained every step of the process along the way. He was very detailed and told us exactly what he was going to do and what he was finding so we were well informed, and made sure to ask before he did anything. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got our AC back up and running in a couple hours which we were so thankful for! Their scheduling department was also very easy to work with, they are all responsive and made the entire process smooth. Orlando had to come twice and both times he came during the beginning of the 4 hr time frame that was given to us, once he even came a bit earlier. Would definitely recommend.

Called last week and had project manager Josh out at the home this past Monday... Install yesterday (YES... 2 day turn around!!!)... Total HVAC replacement with quality Carrier furnace/AC... Though it was 90 out, the new AC cooled things quickly once installed and we noted a marked reduction in humidity in the home... Something that will allow us to run AC at higher setting temp since it will still be comfortable... Very happy and waiting for winter to try out that furnace!

These folks are awesome! For the second time this winter they were able to come out right away, take care of a major repair and get me back up and running in less than 48 hours. My wife and I have a 1 year old and we can’t afford to be without heat or hot water for very long. Both times we were extremely grateful and impressed by such a fast service and the quality of the work. Last but not least, every person from this company we interacted with has been professional, polite, friendly and respectful beyond expectations. I will definitely keep using their service in the future.

Very helpful service on repairing my sink, quick and efficient for an emergency.

A really good experience. Our bathroom faucet was not working. We contacted many plumbers who had a long wait period. Petros called back right away and had me take photos of the faucet. He said that instread of calling him in for a simple repair, he could walk me through doing it myself! Amazing!

We will certainly be using P Floros for all future plumbing needs.

Quoted $1600 on a job that I got done for $300 when asked for breakdown of parts vs labor guy shrugged...did come out on time to quote the job though, now a day 3 stars for that.
