I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didn't expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

I am especially pleased with the representative in that they were on time, put on their shoe coverings before entering the house, wore their mask and was very informative on what the issue was and gave suggestions to be pro-active in future maintenance. I felt such a relief after their visit and recommend them highly.

Boston Standard has performed many services on my property, including installing an energy efficient gas heating system, replacing a water heater, and other services. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. This is a major contactor with lots of staff at every level which means the wait times are shorter than with a smaller contractor, though prices may be a bit higher. Highly recommend using Boston Standard.

Can't say enough good things! I called late in the evening for a clogged drain and they came out early the next morning to help me out. They diagnosed the problem and although they determined I needed a different service for a final fix to the problem Petros called a colleague himself to get that settled urgently for me. After so many people told me they wouldn't be able to come for several days (my only toilet wasn't working so not an option!) it was such a relief to find someone who was able to come quickly and assess the situation.
