We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.

After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.

I had a very good experience with Chilli Willie Plumbing of Saugus. I needed a Vent for a dryer installed, a few places I called were not interested in the job(one said it was to small, one thought it was to hard drilling through stucco). They did a nice job on the Dryer Vent, as well as replacing an old rusted check valve. Jared and Stephan were very polite and professional, as well as knowledgeable. They helped me by answering my questions, even with a quick response after the job, for a follow up question. I highly recommend them, especially for Gas Dryer Vents(or jobs that are unusual that other people may shy away from)

These guys are awesome - James and Barry did a wonderful job identifying the issue with my [formerly] broken AC and getting it fixed as soon as they could. I really appreciate their honesty and thoroughness. Evan was also super helpful in providing a maintenance inspection for me and letting me know the next steps. It was like these two men rode in on glorious horses with golden capes to assist me with our air conditioner at my Pilates studio on a day that was heading quickly into three days of high 90° temperatures! Gratefully, we just needed a little refrigerant and within an hour and a half we were good to go. Superb service- impeccable care for my studio from the shoe coverings to the care taken with finding our units (we are in the South End in Boston- our indoor unit is in the ceiling right next to the furnace lol- our hot water heater is in the ceiling too haha- solutions for tight spaces, but most folks aren’t so quick to figure things out! today’s technicians were phenomenal!). Highly, highly recommended-easy to schedule, quick and a fix diagnosed very soon upon arrival! So grateful for the friendly, convenient, fast service right in Boston! Thank you for fixing our AC!
