Frank and his team were excellent. In short, tried to fix problem myself and caused shower valve to spray water in walls and forced to turn water off. Frank came quickly within an hour and determined was small valve piece that needed to be replaced. He then drove to Watertown and back (Dorchester) to get piece (happened to be a rare unique brand), quickly installed and fixed my mess. Was very good, professional and super reasonable, will def use again! Thank you Frank!

Absolutely phenomenal experience with Donaruma plumbing. Not only were they extremely responsive, they were also polite and knowledgeable.

I first used their service for the regular maintenance of our multi purpose tankless water heater. Matt was great and walked me the process and did a great good at explaining concepts not familiar to me to ensure I understood what he was specifically doing. He also stressed the importance of regular maintenance to prevent any long term costly issues which I appreciated. Matt was also extremely responsive answering texts and phone calls especially on one off questions I had.

I then had an issue with my tankless water heater after the birth of our first child and when returning home we did not have hot access to hot water. I texted Matt who was again very responsive and both his father, Drew and brother AJ, quickly came out to fix the issue within a few hours.

I would recommend Donaruma Plumbing to anyone and very much appreciate all of their assistance. I will continue to leverage their services in the future!

I called McMahon plumbing this morning and they came out by 11:30AM. The work was done professionally and efficiently. The Technician not only explained what he did, but showed me pictures and recommended how to prevent the problem. Great work.

Ryan was very polite and a true professional .He diagnosed the problem promptly with a gracious disposition. It was a true pleasure to meet him and above all the problem was fixed.

I think Mike and Scott did a great job. My kitchen sink was clogged very badly but they were able to trace the drain to the main line and clear it out. I'm glad he was able to solve it. They also replaced my water valves in the bathroom and fixed my loose toilet.

The only issue that prevented me giving 5 stars was that at the end the bill was not itemized.
Didn't know how the final total was calculated so it did not allow me to check for any mistakes at the time of payment.

John H. was extremely professional and cordial. He came to assess my problem and a second time to install the faucet I purchased myself. I am retired and wanted to minimize my cost. John arrived early and very quickly and efficiently replaced the faucet. He also removed all trash and cleaned the area with Simple Green. I would recommend John's services to anyone needing plumbing services.

We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

Akian Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning came out to address an alarming amount of corrosion that we found on a copper pipe coming from our boiler. Jessica arrived and from the get go was immediately reassuring and guided us through every step of the process! Super friendly and knowledgeable, Jessica discovered the source of the problem, offered us several different solutions and broke them all down for us. 10/10

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
