Best Tankless Water Heater Replacement in Tulsa OK

Fixed my plumbing issue in 15 mins. He is the 3rd plumber I had come out. One being a well known plumber, both unable to fix the issue he fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonable. Thank goodness I found him. Will continue to do business him again for any future plumbing issue.

We had a front yard faucet that wouldn't shut off; they came out within the hour and had it fixed. They were very professional and took good care of us. We would highly recommend them.

Eric showed up as expected and listened to my explanation of the issue. He evaluated the issue and offered a suggestion quickly thoroughly explaining the fix and the potential problems. He had the leak fixed in no time and left the shower as clean as he found it. I have used these guys several times and they have always been professional, prompt and knowledgeable.

Buyer BEWARE. They came out to give us an estimate on a pretty simple job on replacing a gas valve to our fireplace. They over inflated the price and said that work needed to be done that actually didn't. Thank goodness that my husband knew a little bit about what ACTUALLY needed to be done. After stating our concerns, paying the consultation fee and refusing to allow them to do the work the owner called to find out what the issues were. He offered to come out the next day to see what needed to be done to try to rectify the situation. After failing to convince my husband about the bogus charges they quoted were valid the owner agreed that the work was not as detailed as they claimed it would be and was a much simpler task. Initially they said it would take 3 hours or more to fix. It turns out it would be an hour to an hour and one half at the most. The owner stated how he wanted to fix the situation and do the work. They agreed on a price, shook hands agreed it would be done three days later. No sooner than the owner left our home I got an email and a text message that the appointment made was canceled. I realized then that this company had no integrity because they had offered to buy back our initial bad review be refunding our service fee. I also received a text stating that he wouldn't be doing the work. Honestly he didn't have any intentions on doing it for the price they agreed on. His goal was to convince my husband that the initial estimate was true and when that didn't work he just agreed to something to get out of there because he realized the scam didn't work. We are now getting it done at 1/3 of the price from a reputable company. We chose Maston's Plumbing because of there reviews but now we don't trust that anymore. Reviews can be fake and bought. Go by word of mouth or someone you know. Honesty has been done away with sadly.

Jarod is an honest and professional plumber and I would recommend him. He did about $15k worth of total new plumbing. It took more time then I hoped for but it was solid work and I will continue to use him. Also - this was for a building that had been unoccupied for a while and was older. The additional effort added to initial scope was explained and reasonable.
