About 1 year ago, I had Infinity Plumbing replace my 2 hot water tanks with 1 continuous hot water system. Because I have a 2 story house, It took 2 days to complete the job. The job was completed within the time estimated and was done without putting even 1 new hole in any wall, interior or exterior. I would hire Infinity Plumbing again and again. They are the best by a longshot.

I worked with Jared and it was a great experience! He was professional, respectful and communicative about what needed to be completed. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs major plumbing work done in their home.

During the February deep freeze the outside water faucet froze. When I thawed it out overnight, water ran uncontrollably and I had to shut the water off to the house in the morning. Knowing other people were having to wait 2 days for a plumber, I was concerned. Infinity Plumbing made it out that same day. It was late into the evening, repair was quick and professional and he finished around 10:30 pm. He had been working since 8 am and still had a call or two to do before he was done for the night. If I ever have another emergency, I will call Infinity Plumbing first. Because of his professional response to our dire situation, he has earned my business going forward for any plumbing needs.

We first used Infinity Plumbing in 2018 when our water heater went out over a weekend. We upgraded to a tankless unit at Jared's suggestion, and we are very happy with it. He finished the job when he said he would and his work was very professional. Subsequently we used Infinity when we remodeled our bathroom. He handled all the plumbing needs with the remodel, even the difficult to install free standing tub. Jared has become the only plumber I recommend.

Jared repaired a leaky bathtub faucet that another plumber said would require cutting a whole in the adjacent utility room wall and replacing the valve. Hasn't leaked since! Also replaced a toilet in the same bathroom. He stayed until the job was done and cleaned up well. Just had him back out to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Done, done and done. Hopefully will have him install a new hot water heater later this year. Nice to have a plumber you can rely on!

Very hard worker. This was a complex project including a tankless water heater, water softener and filter. All installed in a confined space. Also worked around our needs for water during the day. Left everything neat and clean. We are well satisfied with the quality work.

Infinity Plumbing was knowledgeable about our tankless hot water heating system. The service was quick and professional.

Jared agreed to meet us on Christmas Eve just to take a look at our issue and said there would be no charge for the consult or the holiday call. He gave us a fair estimate, much better than we'd received from two previous plumbers, scheduled the repair, called when he said he would and finished the job on the lower end of his estimate. We used Infinity plumbing for water heater replacements in our house. The price was competitive and the work was done as promised. Its four stars instead of five because of an issue with an overflow valve. To Jared's credit, he did resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Jared is the only person at Infinity I have talked to, I believe it is a small company if that matters to you. I can't speak to work other than the water heater replacement, but that is a high dollar job in the plumbing world and I was happy with the price and the results.

I can't say enough good things about Jared and Infinity Plumbing. Besides the items above, we found Jared to be honest, quick, efficient, and very competent. It was easy to trust him, and he delivered on that trust for us. We have found our plumber and plumbing company.

We had a Navien tankless hot water tank that wasn't working properly. Infinity Plumbing attempted to repair the unit, and eventually Navien said they would replace the unit since it wasn't repairable. Infinity installed a new Navien unit and it works great! Instant hot water at every faucet in our home. We would highly recommend Jared at Infinity Plumbing. Jared is very thorough with his work, cleans up so well you can't tell he was here, and explains everything in great detail on what he did and how to operate the unit. I'd give them 10 stars if it was an option!

Jared and the crew at Infinity Plumbing are unbelievable!! My hot water heater was not yielding hot water this morning so I called Jared at 7:30. I figured I might hear from him sometime today but got a call back at 7:38!!! Troubleshot over the phone and had a hot shower before 8:00!!! Infinity followed up at 8:45 and a serviceman will be at my house in the AM to make sure of the fix. Really refreshing in todays world to get this type of service!!!!!!!!

Jared always does a great job going above and beyond for us.

Infinity came out to our home about 3 different times a few years ago. He refitted all the connection points coming out of the wall in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. He had also been out for a couple of other calls. One for something leaking not sure, but he took care of it. The work he did complete for us was great and we very much appreciated it. I was glad to pay him for his efforts. I do need to be fair here. On a call after fixing the connectors we had need for fixing the bathtub and shower faucet due to old components leaking. The negative (the reason for 4 stars): His attitude toward taking care of it was not very service oriented. He suggested we put in all new plumbing which was very expensive to do and way beyond our budget at that time. We tabled his recommendation and got another opinion from another plumber who looked at the same situation and fixed it for less than $100 and did it in less than 30 minutes.

We had our kitchen remodeled a couple of years ago and Infinity Plumbing was contracted to install our new sink, garbage disposal and faucet. It has worked great and we are very pleased.

Pipe in kitchen burst during the recent cold temperatures after hours two days before Christmas. The technician was dispatched within 2 hours of our call. He was professional and thorough with the repair. We will use Infinity in the future.

Several years ago my wife wanted her kitchen upgraded - new sink, new faucet, new garbage disposal, new dishwasher, and a reverse osmosis system. After much online research and deliberation, we decided on Jared Coe of Infinity Plumbing (Broken Arrow!) to do the work. Due to some quirks in our kitchen, the work took several days, but Jared got it done professionally and we've had no regrets. We will contact Jared again for our future plumbing needs.

Serviced my Navien hot water heaters and looked at plumbing for a generator installation. Jared was great , a really good communicator and knowledgeable. I’ll use them again.

He put a whole midway down in the side of my vanity and ran the plumbing to the toliet across an outlet, which made it no longer useable instead of along the bottom or better yet a seperate pipe behind the toliet like it was suppose to be done. When my cabinets were taken out of my kitchen, the contractor said he had never seen such a poor plumbing job. I was charge $3500 for an inferior job with damage to a cabinet and the kitchen had to be replumbed. Jerad was notified and sent a picture of the bathroom vanity. The person that recommend this company was not happy at the sight of the picture and he even called the company.

AVOID. Plumber was a no-call/no-show, forcing the job to be reworked as to accommodate a pipe.

Subsequently came for an updated quote and lowered his price by fifty dollars despite a far easier job. Called at 3:25 to say he'd be there in twenty minutes, had already completed one out of the two jobs by 3:45. Told him that I had to run back to work and would meet him at 4:15 for payment and to check the work (3:47), said he would finish before then. I told him I would be back at 4:15.

He called at 4:07 to say he finished the work ten minutes ago (10 minutes?) and to leave a check in the door.

Extraordinarily unprofessional, unreliable company. There are many fine plumbers in Tulsa- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY!!!

I needed a plumber to fix a leaking exterior faucet. They came out on a weekend day which I didn’t expect but was thankful for. Taking time from home and family to help is what they did. I didn’t expect that but was happy they did. I’d rate 10 stars if I could.

Jared is hands down the best plumber I have had the pleasure to work with! Jared installed a Pelican Whole House system plus Grain Softener for my husband and me. The install was the most professional and best looking work I have ever seen. I have lived various places around the country with whole house systems at each home. This was the best job I have ever seen. He also recently changed a kitchen water filter, serviced our On Demand water heater and educated us about many aspects of our new home for which he charged nothing for his time. I was having a problem with my hot water tank over a week-end. Jared arrived within 45 minutes of being contacted. Analyzed the problem and provided a work around to get me through the week-end. On Monday, he arrived at the promised time with the necessary parts to correct the problem. I found him to be very professional, honest and concerned with my problem. Great people who get it right the first time

I was happy with the service that was provided a few years ago. I called them a few days ago regarding a beeping sound and green lights on , left my info . They didn’t call right away, but I did get a call back and he was very nice and patient and he resolved my issue. I definitely would recommend Infinity.

I needed a plumber to fix some exterior faucets. One busted over the winter. Needless to say Jared came out and replaced the front one, was able to fix the back one when he could have charged me to replace it as well. Great guy, good hard work ethic and reliable service. I give an A+ for the work, an A+ for the cost of service and if I ever need a plumber in the future, they get my call.

Jarod is an honest and professional plumber and I would recommend him. He did about $15k worth of total new plumbing. It took more time then I hoped for but it was solid work and I will continue to use him. Also - this was for a building that had been unoccupied for a while and was older. We had a small water leak at the pressure reducing valve inside the wall. We called Infinity Plumbing and they were out at the scheduled to assess the situation and scheduled a time to complete the repair. They called about 20-minutes out before the scheduled appointment - prompt, professional, courteous, and thorough with the repairs. Everything you could expect from a service organization. Our usual guy was not available to call over the weekend and we had an emergency (no water). Infinity not only called back before I was done leaving the message but she got us in asap. I am a senior citizen and had a plumbing leak so I went on Angie list to find a plumber. A very clean cut polite young man came out and took care of my problem. I felt safe and he was careful to make sure my house hold possessions were covered as not to leave a mess. After he was done he cleaned up the mess he had to make and even in between trips he had to leave and come back left the area spotless. I would recommend him to anyone and trust that he will do what he says which is very hard to find today.

Jared at Infinity plumbing did an excellent job installing a tankless water heater and removing two water heater tanks from my home. I bid the job out and Infinity was comparably priced, but Jared did by far the best job of explaining options with a very detailed written bid. With every concern I had, Jared had already thought through the problem and explained the solution. Having the person doing the work also doing the bid is a huge plus. Other bids were from salesmen that couldn't answer any questions or discuss options. After the bid Jared followed thru with an expert installation and we love our new system. This was my review a year ago.
This year we had a broken pipe. Called Infinity again. Jared responded quickly, told us what he needed to do to find and fix the leak. He presented the cost estimate and we approved the work. Jared took care of everything and completed the repair in a timely manner. The young lady who answers the phone and does the schedule is very pleasant and does a great job of keeping us informed. We also need a hot water heater replaced which we will schedule in the near future. Jared always shows up when he says he will, explains what the issues are and plan of action.

Terrific communication, showed up when said, great work ethic, come in get the job done and gone. I personally prefer to use locally owned businesses and shun the major companies to help out the local economy. The money stays in Tulsa. These guys are on my recall list for whenever I plumbing help and you should to.

Tankless water heater was showing an error code. The company owner, Jared, came out the same day, explained exactly what work needed to be done and why, and fixed the unit. He also gave me some helpful tips to make sure the issue didn't reoccur. Really great service.

We called Infinity during the recent snow & extreme cold due to frozen water line. Jared was the first of four to return our call. He gave us great advice on how to thaw the line & was very helpful. Hi All - if I could rate the phone experience a '0' - I would. My request was simply to speak with one of the plumbing team members to explain the error code we are experiencing and to understand if Infinity has had experience with resolving this error code for a Navien 240A Tankless water heater. The lady who fielded my call informed me they don't give free advice! I wasn't looking for free advice, I want to get our problem resolved, and simply want to understand if the team has had actual experience and success in resolving heater ignition issues that can have multiple root causes. Zero customer-centric approach & response from this lady. I called Infinity because I spoke with Navien Corp. directly, and they walked me through their NSS approved and trained service providers in the Oklahoma area - and hoping to connect and have a brief discussion with an actual plumber before setting an appointment. Even Navien Corp. Tech Support personnel advise that the error code in scope can be complex - simply wanted to know the source we are going with had some hands-on experience with this issue. Frustrating!

We had a tankless hot water system quoted and installed from Infinity after our conventional tank burst. Throughout the experience, this company was helpful and communicated well, the work was done in the agreed time, and cleanup was excellent. The system functions as it should, and the installer took extra time to explain both the system features and how they differed from other options on the market.

Post install, they prepared all of the paperwork for our gas company rebate, and that rebate came directly to our home in a matter of a few weeks. While tankless systems are expensive, this company did it well for us, and came in under all of the competition pricing while providing a great service experience.

I called this company on Saturday 12/19/15 afternoon (2:30 pm) with an Emergency. Had to shut the water off to the house due to a leak. Website said they were open til 7:00 pm. After waiting several hours, I decided to try fixing myself. Took all night, but I got it fixed. Even a call saying they could not come to help would have been nice. Bad customer sevice.

Amazing. The dispatcher was so pleasant when I called to make an appt. Was able to schedule my appt w/o a fear of a mandatory fee. Jared had a cancelation on an earlier day, called me and BAM! was there. Diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly. Was very nice and informative. Seriously a great experience!
