I was happy and amazed at the accommodations they made to help with my budget and was able to find a solution instead of whole wall/vanity takeout to replace/repair the bathroom faucet.They were also able to get to me in a timely manner.

We have used Spot On a few times and they are prompt, efficient and friendly, with very reasonable pricing. Christian was out yesterday for an overflowing drain. Later, it began again and he came back. He did what he could, but suggested calling the City. I called last night and they came out and cleaned out several man holes. Great advice and good call by Christian! We will continue to call Spot On!

Andrew called before he headed to our house. I asked if he would call when arrived so I could make sure our Lil dogs would not bother him, which he did. His manner on the phone professional and friendly. The cost was addressed right up front, which was very appreciated. He got right to work on the problem and finished in the amount of time he estimated. We've never had a better experience with having a plumbing problem fixed. I had valve replaced upstairs. Price was too expensive. I even supplied parts. I had 2 hoses but only 1 used. The other one was taken by plumber and I need it back. The service call from day before should have been waived if worked was performed.

Ryan Stacey recently came to my home to replace a ball valve and add a pressure regulator on my above ground irrigation back flow preventer. He arrived early, finished before he estimated, and left behind a working irrigation system and happy client. We have had Ryan do jobs for us a couple times prior to this and will request him again when needed. He is as knowledgeable and skilled as one would expect and that we require. He's a very pleasant and personable man as well. Ryan represents Spot-On in a professional manner.

I had a hot-water line leak behind a wall. I called 3 different companies on a Monday morning and Spot On was the only one who could come see me the soonest. In fact, one didnt even return my call until the next day (Wooten Plumbing).Jamie was great, he was very experienced (they sent me his experience info prior to arrival) on time and up-front about the cost and took care of everything in two hours. He also recommended a water pressure regulator because he said our pressure was high, which could cause more problems in the future, which we could do later.Definitely 5 star service!

We needed to replace a leaky kitchen faucet. Spot On Plumbing was professional, timely, very efficient at completing the faucet change. Shoe covers were worn, and the area was left very clean. Have a leak just outside the house. It was an underground leak and we was not aware of that if not because of the high water bill. American leak detection came and identifed the approximate location. I got my first plumber from Homeadvisor the next dayand he couldn't complete the job. Ryan did a great job locating the leak and fixing it.
Excellent service. Ryan made sure to fix some underlying issues prior to the toilet installation.

Prompt response when I first called. The technician, Christian, knew what he was doing and explained everything very well. He Replaced the tub faucets, added shut off vales to hot and cold, and cleaned out the pipes that were so corroded, they whistled and shook. Before his work, I couldn't balance the hot and cold to stop the sound and shaking of the pipes. I am so thankful to be able to once again to have hot showers.Neat work and nice cleanup - no mess left. Thank you.

Patrick with Spot On came to our house and found and repaired an old leaking gas valve for our stove. He also accommodated our request to adjust the valve so that the oven could move closer to the wall. He was thorough and made sure everything worked before leaving. He also cleaned up the very small amount of debris that was created by his work. Very happy I went with Spot On.
A holiday weekend call out. Not the greatest shift to work. But was pleasantly surprised that Chris was glad to come out and help. I even said something about having the weekend/holiday shift and that I knew it was a tough shift. His response was that he’s glad to help people when they need help. That he enjoyed working for this company because they valued him and they focus on customers. He let me know that he was absolutely glad to come help and how much he enjoyed working for a company that values the community. A great guy and a customer focused company. This is our second experience with them. These guys are a pleasure to do business with.

I called around 730am to get my leaking water heater replaced. They quickly returned my call and came to my house at 1230 (the promised time was 1230). They were nice, efficient, timely and quick to get the job done (which saved on labor costs). Thanks guys for getting my water heater fixed and up to code!!

Christian did a great job unclogging the drain. Unlike others who just came out, ran a snake, said it was unclogged, took the money and left, he actually figured out what the problem was and gave me a resolution to get the problem fixed permanently. He also assessed our leaking sink in the kitchen and what the issue was and how to fix it. This is a great company and veteran owned and being a veteran myself I try to support as many veteran businesses as possible and the veteran discount is a plus. This is my new plumbing company from here on out when I need help because they know how to treat the customer right and you don’t feel like you were just the next call on the log book.

Based on a Google review, I phoned Spot On. They were friendly and courteous on the phone and had someone out very quickly to deal with my plumbing emergency. Gary, the plumber that rescued me from gushing water, was quick, thorough, capable, courteous and friendly. Even my dog felt at ease with Gary in our home: to me that’s the best sign of trustworthiness. Call Spot On for your plumbing needs and then you will see why they have a 5 star rating.
Brandon was quick to return my call. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a quote upfront. He guarantees his work and is available after the job is done to walk you through it.

UPDATE on my previous review:Very shortly after the issue was brought to management attention, they reached out to me and made it up 110%. The inspector was very professional and I am very very happy with the service received. I believe we may have had a miscommunication in the initial conversation that caused the issues leading to my earlier review.I would highly recommend this company.Set up the appointment yesterday, got quoted $120-$150 for an inspection to diagnose a leak. Then today I got a call two hours before they were supposed to get to my house being told they are sending some other crew out and its going to cost more like $250, I asked the guy when they would be at my house and he said he didn't know. I canceled the service. Felt like a bait and switch, and he couldn't even quote me a time. His tone made it seem like he couldn't care less and that it wasn't his problem past making the phone call.

Ryan Stacey did a great job for us. We had a gas line leak and after some detection he found the leak and repaired it. They were very professional and explained everything in detail. They quoted a price in the beginning and we ended up paying what we were quoted. We will use them in the future if we have any plumbing problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m truly impressed with Spot On Plumbing!First, I needed someone to turn off the garbage disposal because contractors were coming to place some countertops. I called several other places and they were not available. Spot On Plumbing squeezed me into their schedule and scheduled for the set up afterwards too. Second, RYAN was the man who did all the work. Ryan was professional & efficient. My garage disposal is 24 years old so I purchased a new one. Also, I was having trouble with the hot water (only at the kitchen sink) and some other stuff which he fixed it all.

Not very spot on with their estimates of when they can do something. I checked with them multiple times to confirm they had the availability to do something by a certain day and they only told me right before that date they wouldn't be able to complete it by then.

Had to have service done after hours and after calling about 25 places, spot on was the only one who returned my call and actually got someone out in about 2 hours. The tech Chris was awesome! It started storming and he was snaking the main drain in the back and didn’t complain once! And got it done in about 10 mins. Will definitely be using them again!

We had a backed up main sewer line Christian got out very quickly when promised and cleared up the line. Tree roots getting in there so a replacement will be necessary

Another company came out to do original repair and had to come back to address an issue caused in my opinion by substandard work. Then they wanted an additional $460. to repair what I considered an issue they caused. I was tired of dealing with the original company and called SpotOn. Like I should of done in the beginning.

In '18 I had Brandon out to replace my front and back yard outside faucets. He did a fantastic job and he even gave me a senior discount. Well long story short, this year I hooked up my front to wash out my birdbaths. At the time I noticed there was not much water pressure and also saw water seeping out between my rock siding. I immediately turned faucet off. Inside house was a mess, carpet was soaked. I cleaned and dried out the carpet. I didn't expect a discount but according to Bradon the hose that I attached to faucet voided my callback warranty. Strange how would I know it was busted unless I hooked up the hose to use the faucet. The cost to $250.00 , if I recieved a discount cost would've been $125.00. I usually don't complain but this visit warrants the statement.

Gary was great at doing what needed to be done it was more complicated than I expected but if anything else comes up I will definitely be calling them they are very awesome.
I have installed a hot water tank previously in my rental property. I'm no speedster, so it took me 2 and a half hours. I hauled away my old tank and received $10 from a scrap company. The tank, stand and drainage accessories cost me just over $600. So I was shocked that this company wanted $1750 to do the job. Even if I was charged $200 an hour, I still would have saved over $700 compared to the quote. I think the estimate was extremely high, but I gave 3 stars because the repair person came out to assess the problem.
Technician was on time, brought all needed materials and completed work within the expected time.

Brandon came out the same day that we found our hot water heater started spewing water! By the time we found the problem it was not only all over the garage but all in the entryway of the house. It was a stressful moment for us!Brandon was out here within a few hours and was able to get the hot water tank replaced. Recently we had a gas line that needed to be repaired and we called Spot on for a quote after receiving 3 quotes from big plumbing companies! Not only did Brandon respond to my request for a quote within a few minutes but it was the most professional experience that we had by far. I can't thank Spot on Plumbing enough for the help they gave me today. My water meter accidentally got turned off by my neighbor's plumber when they were working on her water and they left it that way. My water went off during the day and I had no idea how to turn the meter back on. I called Spot On Plumbing and spoke with Laura and she walked me through how to do it since it was a fairly simple process. She saved me a lot of money by not having to have anyone come out. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I will call this business.

Replaced bathroom faucet and had to remove old problem faucet that had rust and other issues. Chris did an excellent job and was courteous and professional. Fair price and prompt response. Highly recommend.
Patrick was very professional in laying out my options. Work was scheduled for completion in conjunction with the city in a timely manner and the water pressure and drainage has been improved already.
Ryan also adjusted a toilet that was running excessively and checked a shower and water heater to make sure they were set correctly.
I own & lease out a home in Tulsa & I live in another state. I had the hot water tank replaced by another plumbing company in late December of last year & after a frantic call from my renter, I realized that the hot water relief valve was faulty. Spot on is a locally owned plumbing service who puts service first. We’ve used them on several occasions. Most recently, we had our hot water tank replaced and they came on Saturday morning (no extra charge) and did an excellent job. The service people are always clean and polite and do professional work. I am an old picky engineer and I can’t find fault in their work. Hire these guys if you need plumbing

They charge a lot $300 each for installing bathroom faucets that we had purchased. The receptionists wouldn't give us any idea of the cost before they came. Okay, but then they charge over $250/hour and didn't clean up after themselves. We found the floor filthy under the rug. One rug left filthy. Stuff under the sink wet and ruined. White towels left terribly soiled. The faucets work and they look good.

Brandon and his assistant were professional, accommodating and did a great job installing a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal AFTER installing new plumbing in my very old, leaking kitchen. Excellent work and polite while in my home. They even swept my kitchen floor after finishing their work. I will recommend Brandon to my friends and anyone I know who needs plumbing work.

I am adding a second review to reflect my experience with the management of this company. I rated them 5 stars due to the process of getting an appointment and the work of the plumber who came to the house. I did not have information at the time about management of the company and for this reason I am reducing my rating to 1 star. The bottom line is that they appear to do good work but keep your hand on your wallet. I was not told ahead of time that their standard rate for the first hour is $185. This is over $100 per hour higher than the average plumber in Tulsa. The repair took all of 5 seconds to fix. When I complained about the cost they mailed me a $50 gift certificate for my next plumbing need. No apology, no note, just a gift certificate. I made a second attempt to complain about the rate and I received a rather hostile call from someone representing the company. It was basically “we are good, we have high ratings, and we really don’t care about you”. What I found most interesting is that the plumber who came to our house said if I give them a 5 star rating he would get an additional $20. I wonder how many other 5 star ratings they have received due to this little scam.

He ran into a few unexpected hiccups due to the age of our home but he was able to explain what was going on, what needed to be fixed, and was able to fix it quickly. First they were able to give me a quote! So many I called wouldn’t even give a ballpark estimate for two services that are common. I have used Spot On Plumbing twice with the same experience…wonderful. The first time they fixed my water heater and the second to fix a leak between the water main and my recently installed sprinkler system. The company who installed the sprinkler system has yet to return my call. Spot On Plumbing responded with a call telling me when they’d be here to look at my issue. They had it repaired in under two hours!

Christian made it to our house an hour early on a very cold and snowy day and found and repaired the busted pipe within an hour. No mess was made and the price was reasonable. We were able to book an appointment and get a repair within a few hours where other places we called wouldn’t be able to have repairs made for at least a week and we had no water. Very pleased and will use their services again when needed.

Pipes burst during recent Christmas freeze. Been without water almost three weeks and was pretty stressed over the whole situation. The fix had some complexity. The Plumbers very skilled and professional, explained the solution in a way that removed my concerns and gave me confidence that this situation would be resolved. The Office is professional, customer focused.

We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen and Spot On has done all of our plumbing, today Jason installed our dishwasher, garbage disposal and connected our sink. Fantastic service! We had the main sewer line backup and after 3 hours of DIY angering/snaking I couldn’t get a drop to drain. (Rented a 75 ft auger from HD and me and a neighbor went at it good!) Anyway, not one to give up but just couldn’t see progress so I called Spot On. They scheduled me for the next day but ended up having a cancellation and were here within the hour, no joke. They also had it unblocked within an hour and gave me a breakdown and what future problems could occur. They did a fantastic job for a fantastic price and will be back tomorrow to inspect the underlying issue and begin fixing it! Would recommend and plan to use again!

Eric was very friendly and polite. However, there was a misunderstanding about the electrical work for the bidet. I understood him to say they used their own electrician and that it was included in the cost. But that was not the case. So I’ve having to hire an electrician to run a 110 wire so the bidet will have warm water. I’m having company over the holidays. The toilet still works like a regular toilet. So shouldn’t be a problem.

Have used this company twice now and both were positive experiences. On time or early, knowledgeable, and professional. I own multiple properties and this has not been my experience with other plumbing companies who either sent poorly trained plumbers who were “guessing” at the problem, or did not have proper equipment with them after I had accurately described the problem and what would be required. I hope Spot On Plumbing keeps up the good work, because it’s really hard to find a competent plumber.

Spot on performed a water pressure check at my residence and gave me wonderful news that my pressure is exactly what it should be. They could’ve taken advantage of the situation and charged for something I did not need, but did not. Ryan was very personable.
After having a failed attempt to resolve multiple plumbing issues through my home warranty company and their terrible plumbing contractor I looked for a local plumber. Spot On Plumbing had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. I was not disappointed at all. The office staff accurately noted my information and issues. They scheduled my appointment two days out and I asked to be put on the cancellation list. Luckily I was contacted the same day I placed the call for service. The owner, Brandon Brown, responded to my home. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the issues and gave me a very fair price. In approximately two hours Brandon expertly resolved five separate plumbing issues. I will be a returning customer for any future plumbing needs and would recommend Spot On Plumbing to all friends and family!November 2021:I had Patrick and Phillip come out to repair my hot water heater. Very professional, answered all my questions. They ran the router through the drain pipe 60- 75ft and hit something solid, stalled the machine. They tried a few times, but hit something solid. They then used a blowout on the hose and cleared the water from the drain line, but the obstruction is still there.They then ran the scope to the obstruction, but could not clear it.Elliot electrical did work in that area and they have been contacted. Overall my experience on the actual manual labor was pretty good. The guy who did the job was kind and very profesional , we liked that .The situation that made me do this review is the fact that when I called for the issue with my kitchen sink (which was not working properly) is that the first time they “did” the job and charge us $125 But the very next day the sink wasn’t working again... so I called them and they send the Gary again, and charged us $275 for the replacement of a new whole piece , without considering the fact that they had just “check” and “fixed” it... I feel disappointed for the customer service that we got , and they did not even mention or offered any kind of guarantee for the first job they did... anyway, hope they do know better on the keeping of the money than that of costumers.

Spot On was spot on. I called them, they were timely and cost efficient. I put Spot On in my phone for easy access next time.
When I requested a quote for a water heater install, they were out the next day. Once I told them I would like to proceed, they came out the next day to install. The same person who gave me a quote was the one who did the install, so it was nice not having to show or tell someone new everything we already discussed. The install looks very tidy. I stopped in at lunch, told him the toilet works but I had the valve off because the old supply line I connected to it had a slight leak. I had a new line sitting next to it but just hadn't installed it yet. When I got back that afternoon, I noticed he put the new line on for me! He was helpful and informative. They also communicated via phone, email, and text well. The payment process was very easy too. They sent an email invoice with a link to pay online. Way easier than mailing a check.

The technician, Taylor, was very knowledgeable and capable. He handled all very well — even providing my home warranty co. With all of the information they needed so they would reimburse me. I was very pleased with his work.
Second time I've used them and will do so again. Had a leaking back-flow preventer and the tech managed to find a part to fix it even though there were no units to be found in Tulsa/BA after our freeze last winter. Because it wasn't the perfect part he discounted my bill. I've used a half-dozen firms during the 15 years I've owned this home and Spot On was arguably the best. Honest and affordable. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

I had a water leak. One side of my kitchen was removed to pull cabinets and wood flooring. My restoration company uses Spot On Plumbing for their clients. They called Spot On to install my appliances, sink, and garbage disposal. While they were here they discovered that the culprit of my leak was discovered to be extremely high water pressure. Ryan, my plumber installed a pressure reducer. It was a more difficult task in my house since my shut off valve was not easily accessible. But he did a great job. I was very confident in Ryan's work. I could tell that he is a very detail oriented person. I have already sent an email to all the residents in my neighborhood to alert them to have their water pressure checked. Many of them have had various pipes burst and leaks. I know now that high water pressure can cause major leaks much worse than mine. I recommended Spot On plumbing to them.

Hot water heater replacement: The technician had to adapt to new information multiple times and adjust his plan. Somehow, he managed to fix everything without driving the cost way up even after it took a couple hours longer than anticipated due to old, unusual pipe configurations.Very professional and considerate.Spigot replacement: Had Spot On replace spigots at two separate houses. Both jobs were performed to expectation and the new spigots held up well. The technicians had to remove dry wall sections, but they kept it to the minimum. They are always polite, respectful, professional and thorough.Gas system check: Spot On technicians performed a gas line check on a house that had not been lived in for over a year. They identified a small leak near the house and repaired it prior to ONG turning the gas on. They are knowledgable about gas lines and ONG expectations. Highly recommend.

Spot On Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with, Ryan and his crew our second to none. We are doing a house remodel, they have come in and done everything they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price they said they would do it for. They’ve answered all of our questions every step of the way, have been patient and understanding with us, through the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you need a plumbing company in this area, and you don’t give a spot on a chance, then you absolutely are missing out. I’m not easy to work with, and demand as close to perfection as you can get. This is the 2nd time I used them. Both times they were professional and courteous. The 1st time (a week ago), the guy was available much earlier than the window (yay!). This is the 3rd plumbing company to come out because of the same clogged drain, and the ONLY one to tell me the problem is tree roots in the line (he pulled some out to show me). He also took a look at why I had water under the kitchen sink (not part of the call), and told me what the problem was. Today, 2 guys came out to replace my kitchen faucet (the water problem). It was a bit challenging, but they showed me what each issue was before they did anything. I highly recommend this company.

My service man was named Christian, who replaced an outside water faucet a couple months ago, and today replaced my washer faucets. He was patient, competent, and had great customer service skills. They recommended services for my damaged carpet. I’ll use any service they recommend because they do such great work.

DO NOT USE… BRANDON , the store owner, is VERY unprofessional and doesn’t respond on time. It took a week from me to hear back from them and I only heard from them because I called them. They charged me $250 to go on my roof to flush a drain because they “couldn’t find the clean out” when there was clean out that was under ground NOT FAR FROM where Ryan dug… when I called about it, BRANDON tried to tell me that it was my fault. We didn’t get anywhere and I’m out of $600. Ryan was great, nothing was his fault but Brandon should NOT be in charge.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Like many after this winter snow and ice, I had a pipe bust and flood my house. I called on Wednesday evening and Christain was here Friday afternoon getting it fixed. I will always use this company for any plumbing. They are honest and fair and that’s not always easy to find.

During the previous winter storm and weather, our main valve had frozen and exploded. Despite being the busiest time the plumbing business has probably ever had in Tulsa, Spot On Plumbing worked us in as soon as they could. As they found and repaired the issue, the provided friendly and helpful services. They happy to help advised us on how to help frame our insurance claim. They also ensured we were consulted and informed of every step along the way when it came to doing the work. Really could not recommend Brandon and his team enough!

Used Spot On Plumbing for a hot water pressure issue. Plumber did crawl under house to verify no leaks and attempted to flush line at faucet farthest from hot water heater. However he could not recommend anything else to do besides wanting me to buy a new hot water heater. He tried to tell me my hot water heater should be running all the time (which is not true, should only heat up as water is needed). After he left I drained the hot water tank and issue was resolved.Hey Spot On Plumbing,Since there does not appear to be anyway to respond to your reply it looks like I can only edit my initial review.We did discuss the galvanized lines. However, the current water heater was installed in 2013. I do not know where you are getting your information that it was installed in 1999. That is not what I told your plumber. And, the tank manufacturer is Craftmaster with a serial number of 1303T466302 right on the tank. They first two digits are the year it was manufactured - 2013.Also, the hot water pressure in the farthest faucet was actually worse than it was prior to your person working on it. Once I disconnected those faucet lines and drained the tank the pressure returned. I still don't understand why this was not recommended. Only replacing the tank was.Your person that was at my house stated to me I am really the leak detection guy. I know he did make a call to someone asking for recommendations on what to do but it does not appear that he was the right person to send.Thank you,Scott

Normal day until I get a call from the wife saying there is water all over the basement floor. I tell her to call around and see who could come look at it and give us a quote. Out of the 8-10 plumbing companies we called; Spot On not only showed up quick, but showed up ready to do the job that night. The owner and his plumber employee stayed until almost midnight to get the tough job done. Very reasonably priced! When plumbing needs arise in the future they will have my business! Last week Patrick did a great job installing a new faucet and cleaning out sediment from the bathroom and kitchen faucets. Knowledgeable and prompt.Today Patrick and Andrew both worked very hard to repipe several lines under the house in the crawl space, installed a new ptrap and drain line. I’m very pleased with how thorough and considerate they both were to explain everything they were doing, including pictures! Sept 2022We had a sprinkler system failure and a leaky tub. Taylor fixed it promptly and helped us understand what happened and how to keep it from happening again. Highly recommend! We had an emergency repair that carries a minimum after hours charge, but unlike another highly rated plumber, the emergency weekend fee applied toward the repair so, in our case, the fee covered the repair. Cristian with Spot on Plumbing went above and beyond to make sure we had running water for memorial day weekend. We have old galvanized pipes that were leaking/had burst under the house. They were seeping up the walls causing soggy drywall and mold. He and his team stayed until 2 AM (!) to make sure that our family (we have an 8 month old baby) would have running water over the weekend.Our old 1940s house provided nothing but difficulty and problems (bugs! plaster and lathe walls! weird foundations! incorrect existing plumbing!) but they made sure to get us up and running. They replaced our pipes, replaced our faucets, and replaced our hot water heater.He even made sure to double check his work by calling a rep for the tankless water heater company and came back to make adjustments to make sure the unit was working correctly. Spot On Plumbing was honest, hardworking, and true to their word. Highly recommend.

Totally IMPRESSED! These guys have our business for LIFE! Ryan and Brandon showed up, were responsible, and they went above and beyond! I inherited the house in BA. I had a it remodeled and put it up for sale. Upon a home inspection, the house had several leaks. The first leak was caused by the incorrect installation of a shower during the remodel. Ryan & Brandon not only fixed the leak but they also helped explain to the original remodel contractors what was wrong and why. A MAJOR leak was also found under the kitchen sink. It was so big, I had to make a claim on my insurance. Both Ryan and Brandon were extremely helpful in submitting the information and even explaining to the insurance adjuster what needed to be done and why. For a few repairs, flooring and cabinets had to be removed and they had to jackhammer the slab to make some repairs. I am truly thankful they were able to reuse the new flooring and cabinets since they were not damaged during the fix. Ryan even pointed out to the flooring guys that a vapor barrier might be needed once new concrete was poured to keep the new flooring from cracking. When I needed to pay my bill, even the office lady spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to help me. Finally, I paid with an old fashioned check. Brandon volunteered to come out to my home in Sand Springs and pick up the check. Later on, the office lady called me to say thank you for me helping them to get paid. I told her that I was the one who needed to say thank you for them helping me so much. After I thought all was said and done, Ryan sent me some final pictures of everything put back in order. I've never been so completely impressed with a company from start to finish! They all have 100% earned my business for any future plumbing issues. Thank you Spot On!!

Cristian was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was scheduled between 3 and 5 he called at 2:40 and said he was on his way. He said about 2 hours to complete job and was finished right on time. Would definitely recommend them to take care of your needs in a timely and professional manner.

Christian was the plumber that came out and serviced my house. He was very thorough and pointed out to me issues with my Plumbing that I did not know about. Such as the condensation line on my air conditioner was causing water in my basement. He quickly cleared my toilet drain after Duvall Plumbing told me it was impossible to put a snake down the toilet drain and wanted to charge me $1,200 to install another clean out outside. Christian told me it was unnecessary since there is already a clean out outside. Christian saved me Bunches of money!!! Christian also quickly scheduled for me the additional repairs that I didn't know I needed so I wouldn't have to wait a long time. So finally I will have a dry basement!!! Which I thought was impossible.
A veteran owned business should say it all! He is a true definition of hard working! He arrived exactly on time, even though he had a busy schedule. Non-complaining, none hesitant to do the job right. Very accommodating and respectful. He stayed extra time to get the job exactly the way I wanted it! True true professional. Mr. Brown was so courteous and professional! Through each step of the process he kept me apprised of the expected cost (he explained what he thought my problem might be and what I might expect to pay and then after checking the pipes gave me a final number); he took care to keep my floors clean eventhough he had been in the crawl space; he patiently explained what I needed to know and do to protect my pipes in future. All of this was great but here's the thing I appreciated most: the young man didn't dawdle! I never felt that I was paying someone half his time just to saunter around taking his time. We had two unrelated plumbing issues two days in a row, so we interacted with two different plumbers from Spot on, as well as several people on the phone. Everyone seemed genuinely concerned and invested in solving our problems. We had a plumber one day for one issue, which was completely resolved, then the next day woke up to flooding in our basement (we have had it before and thought we resolved the issue.) The plumber came out the same day we called it in and spent a good 2 hours looking everywhere for the problem, and found nothing. After he left, we tore into the drywall and found a leak in the concrete wall of our basement where a pipe comes in. There was a gap around the pipe that appeared to be letting in dirt and rainwater. It was around 10pm at this point. I called Spot On Plumbing to see if this was a plumbing issue or something else, and someone actually picked up. He had me text pictures of what we found and confirmed that it looked like the possible cause, but that it was not a plumber issue and referred us to a structural company, which makes complete sense to me. But it was great that they were still available to help me in any way they could to resolve this issue. And since Spot On Plumbing was running a promotion this week where they weren’t charging a service call fee, we received all of that help for our flooding without having to pay a cent. And it really helped us narrow down the cause!
These guys were great! They were the fastest to respond and by far the most reasonably priced. They didn't try to jack the price up on me, just did what they said they would do and were very clean and polite. When he was done he gave me some good advice, told me a couple changes I could make to keep my problem from coming back, but didn't do a high pressure sales pitch or anything. Just a really solid plumber. 10/10 would recommend.

Ryan and Andrew came out to work on my plumbing for a water hammer issue. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to locate my issue quickly and repair it quickly as well. They ensured to keep the area as clean and dry as possible while working and finished cleaning up when they were done. They inspected everything else in my house for issues as well once complete with the repair. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We called about a problem toilet backing up. The scheduler was courteous and explained that if we could wait a day we would not run into overtime charges. The next day Patrick Flint arrived right on time and explained everything before beginning to unclog the drain. He was very courteous and was careful to wear shoe coverings when he came into the house. He cleaned out the drain and was finished in 30 minutes. The price was reasonable and paying by credit card was easy. We will be happy to call SpotOn for all our plumbing needs in the future.

We had a special problem to which other plumbers had unsuccessfully addressed themselves. Brandon and the spot on crew worked over multiple days cheerfully and willingly overcoming what would have surely become an even worse condition for us. They never gave up. Their charges were fair and most important gave us great value for our money. Just look at the list of sterling reviews posted herein. I tell you now you can do no better than Spot On Plumbing .
Crooks. Ryan Stacey came out to see about my outdoor faucet leak. He never touched anything, stood there, looked at it and quoted me $400 with a hole in my wall and also told me he couldn't warranty the job. Luckily I refused the work and ended up finding and fixing the issue myself. My faucet just needed a new washer. Crooks!

Guy checked tub faucet & said he would order a cartridge & someone would call Monday to schedule the appt to do so. 2 weeks later I had to call to schedule it & had to wait another day until the technician was in. He came with no part & I asked him why. He replied that it hadn’t been ordered. Checked the tub again & said he couldn’t get it apart & was probably going to have to go thru the wall. So I called the man that installed it a few years ago & he told him how to get it out. Then said he’d never seen that part before & Pfister pulled a lot of their parts & he may not find one! He left & I called my friend that installed it & he couldn’t believe that story at all! I called Spot On & complained & told them I thought they were scamming me & like 10 minutes later, he called & said he found the part but it was the last one... I would not recommend this dishonest place to anyone!

Christian came out quickly and did an amazing job!Update- toilet flooding again, they came out and said it was good to go after about 10 min also asked about a leak in the bathroom and was told i would have to cut into the wall.left and instantly flooded again, asked him to run a camera and was told it wasn’t to that point yet and would cost me 500 to do.Then decided to just try and find a different plumber Because I didn’t feel comfortable with what he was telling me. Had someone else come out later that day and they ran a camera instantly and told me it was the pump outside. Your plumber never even looked at the pump. Ended up costing me 800 bucks for a different plumber while paying you guys for no help at all. Ohhh also the other plumber fixed the bathtub leak without cutting into the wall. Would NOT recommend spot on
great job. repair was done utilizing his truck's archived spare parts. went from a leak of 40 gal. an hour to 0 gal. I'll be able to recoup the service fee in just a few days, based on water loss and gas used to heat the water since the leak was from the hot side of the faucet cartridge.

Orlando was awesome!!! I had 2 other companies over to look at my leak, and they tried to charge me ridiculous amounts for nothing. Orlando solved my problem completely and saved me money while doing it. This dude is my plumber from now on.
Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done in a timely manner. Dealing with the office for scheduling and payment was easy. I will use them again in the future if need be.

Patrick described in detail the damaged area, the repair options, and a new Aqua system replacement that would solve many other problems including freezing prevention benefits.
I had another company come out and they couldn't take care of me, and I waited 4 days to get in. Then, I called Spot On Plumbing and they got me in the next day and had the work completed in an hour. They were friendly and efficient and reasonably priced. Thank you Spot On and especially Gary!

We had an EMERGENCY just before Thanksgiving. Our main line plugged up and we had visitors coming the next day. Their man came out promptly on Sunday and cleaned out the line. Saved us! And charged a reasonable rate!
Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to help me out. I’m a new homeowner, and it’s nice to have someone who feels like they’re on my side! My impression is that Spot On cares about the safety of their employees and doesn’t cut corners.
I had Brandons team out for a seriously clogged line. They made it to the house the same day (which I did not expect). Super friendly and very clean. Excellent service. Could not be more pleased with their work and will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues.
Ryan and his helper Jason were very professional, competent and fun guys. They explained everything and did the work right and quick. Highly recommended.

They did an outstanding job tapping into my main line to add water to my shop. Very well done going overhead and avoiding going over my sheet rocked room. I will hire them again when/if needed.9.8.22 I did hire them again to install a new toilet in a shop. Again they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up after and the toilet looks great.

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with a service company. I have foundation issues and before I can get the foam hacking I have to ensure there aren’t any plumbing leaks. I originally had a different plumbing company scheduled to do a slab leak repair over spring break that no-showed to do the repair on Monday. I called Spot On Plumbing and was able to get Cristian out same day. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and polite. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He came back with Jim on Wednesday morning and got to work. They were able to locate and repair 3 different leaks, fixed a poorly constructed shower pan, a toilet, and addressed any issues they found along the way (including a leaky water hose). Brandon, the owner, came out on 2 different occasions to check in on his plumbers and make sure they were doing well. I appreciate their integrity and personal pride they had in doing their job. I will use them exclusively for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Ryan was very helpful! He was right on time, took just a few hours and was able to answer my questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I have used Brandon with Spot on Plumbing for years now. He has always been prompt and professional in communication, his prices are very reasonable and the Quality is top-of-the-line.I am a buy and hold real estate investor and Brandon has been a vital member of my team. I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades, DIY guy and often find myself doing a plumbing job myself scratching my brain to for hours over an issue i though i could do myself and when I finally give in to call the pros “Brandon w/ spot on plumbing” some of the time he has giving me the answer over the phone in seconds, other times he has been able fit me in his schedule that day for emergency jobs and within days on larger remodel jobs; completing the job in a timely manner and quality workmanship. Spot On Plumbing was great as they always are. Ryan did an excellent job on our drain clean. He was very professional and made sure everything was working correctly. He was very thorough and he cleaned up all of the roots that he took out of the pipe. I highly recommend using Spot On Plumbing!

So many others did not want the job or would not bother to return my call. I was happy with the service and being a veteran I appreciate them being veteran owned and supporting vets.Update: Seems the work caused an issue further down the line. They came back out same day I requested. Fix the issue quickly. Showed me how it worked. And did not charge for fixing the issue from the last visit. That is professionalism! Had an emergency plumbing issue late the night before an early flight out for a family vacation. Spot on Plumbing was not only stellar in their customer service but fast. Would highly recommend them to anyone.Follow up post to the work done. Christian did a phenomenal job. He outlined our options well, was patient as we decided what to do, and works late into the evening to ensure we had hot water again. Great job and company.

I guess it was just our week to have plumbing issues! We had problems with a leaky washer connection in the middle of the night! Called Spot On first thing in the morning, and they came out on the double! The faucet was fixed quickly, professionally, and efficiently by Ryan. And then he came out later in the week when we needed a new hot water heater removing the old one and installing the new the same way. I will always call Spot On when we need plumbing work done. I feel that we got good value for our money that I'm not sure would have occurred with some other local providers. Great job, Ryan, and great job, Spot On!
Spot On was reasonably priced, fast, efficient and did a tremendous job. They took the time to explain what had to be done and why it had to be done. We already recommended him to our son and he was also very pleased with the work done.

Jason Kessler responded this time and was great. I called about a washer box that I needed repaired because it was leaking after having a new washer and dryer put in on a Saturday morning. Discovered the leak quickly with the washer install and called Spot On Plumbing and within two hours Jason Kessler was knocking on my door. Jason determined the washer box could not be repaired but, needed to be replaced. The house is 30 years old and I can imagine it was simply time to update. Jason went to the plumbing store (unknown which) and returned within the hour and had it all installed and good perfect within a couple of hours later. We were already without a washing machine for two weeks prior to Jason arriving and don't know how much longer it could have been had Jason not been the professional that he is. Thank you Jason Kessler for a job well done and for representing Spot On Plumbing in the highest regards. I will always use Spot On Plumbing when the need arises.

I had an emergency leak at 11:30pm at night and needed help turning off the water valve because it was stuck and I didn’t have the proper tools to get what I needed and now that Walmart closes at 11, I was basically SOL. My landlord didn’t pick up the phone after seven calls and my house was flooding so I googled emergency plumbing and this was the first number I saw and they got someone over within the hour and Patrick was very professional and kind. He even gave both of my dogs a little pat on the head lol, that made them happy as well.
I picked this this company b/c they had so many 5 star reviews. I’m so glad I did! Previous company ( sent by our home warranty) said we had tree roots in our main line and it would cost us thousands. I called Spot on. They came out same day, said it was grass roots in the line. Less than $150 and they had us up and running again!

My two outside spigots were leaking. Ryan arrived when they said he would be here. (called and told me he was headed this way ahead of time). Gave me options on how the problems could be fixed, and fixed them according to my choice. He was knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to me. Absolutely five stars! What started as a small toilet leak grew into something much larger so I called Spot On Plumbing. Jason was the first technician to come by and started by removing the toilet only to find that the cast iron pipe beneath it was completely rotted so he was joined by Patrick and Andrew who did an amazing job and this place is so good that even the owner stop by to check in on the progress to make sure everything was the way it was supposed to be now that is customer service to the nth degree and I'm more than happy to give this five-star review outstanding job

Do your kids flush things down the toilet and clog it up? Mine do, and Spot On can remedy the situation quickly. I called at 2:30 and they had a plumber out by 3:15 to fix the problem on a Friday afternoon. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I walked out in my garage and found it was flooded due to my old water heater. I called spot on as they had come out and did work for me before. They worked me into their schedule. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and went over several options to get me back up and running. It’s never a good day when your hot water tank goes out but I was glad they were able to get it fixed so quick.

I needed a new hot water heater, looked around for a plumbing company and I chose spot on plumbing. They installed it in a day and they were clean and respectful. I had one small issue at night and the owner brandon showed up to take care of it. Living in a house built on 1948 they didn't have the codes then, like now.
