Chris was responsive and timely. He worked hard and efficiently. Gave me a fair estimate and wouldn't charge me if I didn't go with him. He was available to me on Saturday as my weekdays are tied up. He saved us from undue health risk when he discovered our heater vent pipe had fallen apart (we had not examined it for 11 plus years since it was first installed. He replaced all our toilet parts - I would have no reservations recommending him for doing a good - excellent job. There was a point where he encountered a fixture that was bonded and installed incorrectly. He did not give up . He was focused and prevailed. Very experienced and fair. He and his crew, who are mostly family and a great team of guys, showed up exactly when they said, went right to work, and replaced part of the line. They did it with minimal mess, and by the next day, we had everything put back in place. We cannot say enough about the peace of mind we had placing our trust in Chris and his team. We had him replace our very old and out of code water heater to avert future disasters! Next week he is coming back to replace a garden spigot for us. An excellent plumber is worth his weight in gold!

The pressure in the main waterline to my 27 year old house was way too high. Chris installed a pressure regulator and a main cut off valve and replaced the connection parts to current industry standards. Chris is very professional and service was prompt. He did a good job, is kind and seemed to really care that everything was just right before he left. No more worrying about the water pipe breaking. Called for service on a pressure issue. Walked me through a check on a pressure valve. Sure enough, a simple fix that took literally 2 minutes. We had a broken pipe from the recent freeze. We didn't notice the problem until the water had seeped under our laminate floor. Both my kitchen and tub faucets had been leaking for a while and I decided it was high time I called someone. I had called a plumbing/HVAC company I have used before but they wanted $78 to just come out and give me an estimate. I didn’t really want to spend $78 to see how much the actual work would cost me.

Then I saw a post on Nextdoor about Chris Waterhouse at H2O House Plumbing. He gave free estimates, has been a plumber for 30 years, is bonded and licensed, served in the Air Force and was a Desert Storm vet, which all sounded great to me, so I decided to give him a call.

I explained the issues and he was able to give me a ballpark figure over the phone. He came out a few days later and installed the new kitchen faucet (which I had purchased myself), and repaired my tub faucet. He was efficient and took care of the both issues an just about an hour! No more drips!

He even took a look at my water heater and because it was 20 years old, gave me some tips on what to look for if it starts to fail.

The cost was very reasonable and I am very pleased with his work and wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

I called Chris for help with a pool leak emergency. He was able to come in an hour to assess the situation. We agreed on a course of action that required the purchase of some new parts. When he saw the price of the parts he realized he could add an additional half hour of labor and save me about $100. He finished the project on the same day I called. His charge for his labor was very reasonable. I moved to Tulsa two years ago. Chris is one reason I like Tulsa more than the Washington, DC area, my former home for 40 years: craftsmanship, fairness, and small business.
