My tech, Mr. Will was very professional & informative. He didn't mind me asking questions & walked me through, & showed me exactly what was going on with my unit. He was truthful & honest, even if it was bad news. Company even helped me find financing to get the job done. Edit/update: I did end up having a few issues with some of the work. I spoke with my tech (Will) & a supervisor, my issue was resolved the very next day & with NO extra charge! Still no complaints. They do back their work & very professional.

Did a great job and were fast. Called yesterday to get them out to do an estimate for some water heater work. They got us in first thing this morning. We had them go ahead and do the repairs and they had it done in just a few hours. Very professional.

Jeromy showed up on time and was very polite. He was able to make a quick, accurate diagnosis and had my unit running again in 10-15 minutes and the final bill was fair. I will admit we used another HVAC company to save money on a new system after being with Custom for 20+ yrs and we got what we paid for. After the new install we had a lot of damage to walls and doors which the other company did not want to fix. 5 yrs later they told us we needed a new furnace without doing a diagnosis. It turned out to be a faulty safety switch (rollout). Lesson learned, we are back with Custom HVAC.

Being in a new town, half a country away from anyone we know, and having a plumbing catastrophe could have been nothing more than a disaster! However, Wooten Plumbing came to the rescue! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Wooten Plumbing since August! Between having to completely dig up a bathroom to have pipes replaced, splitting the water lines in my master bathroom, and having a meltdown over frozen pipes…Wooten has been here for all of it! Gage, Michael, Samantha, Dakota and a few others whose names I sadly can’t recall have all been so kind, helpful, reassuring, and accessible! While plumbing experiences can be expensive and difficult to deal with, I’m so grateful that we found such a professional and friendly business to have in our home during all of it!!!
