Absolutely a 5+. Colt Maddox and Dave were both very helpful, polite, and have fixed several problems. We've paid several other plumbers to diagnose the problem, yet were unable to figure it out and repair. Colt didn’t just repair one thin and run. He continued to work through the system until all issues were resolved. We will definitely call Airco the next time we need service.Lance also came out to discuss tankless water heaters. He was very helpful in discussing the pros and cons and what would be most beneficial in our situation. Again, polite, professional, and informative.

6/23: Airco recvd a lot of business from me this year. Had a slab leak and they found the leak and repaired it. Put new shower pan in. Performed my hvac yearly maintenance. Chelsea keeps my system going!5/22: Another year using this HVAC company and won't be using anyone else. I had used another company for a rent house and was taken for a ride this year. Called Airco (which I should have done in the first place!) and they got everything under control and fixed. The service reps are wonderful (especially Chelsea) and Jerad with sales has a major focus on customer satisfaction and just not trying to make a sell. Love them! I just realized they do plumbing and electrical work so I'm definitely calling them first for those issues as well.5/21: On time and very informative. I've been doing business with them for 1.5 years and have never had an issue. Very pleased!

They may be the biggest; but they certainly are NOT the best. Tech came out towards the end of the 4 hour waiting period. Our time was 8AM-12PM on 5/20/22. Wife said tech was not very nice; definitely pushy when I got home for lunch. $99 to come out; which is not bad. Quoted $372 for 2 pounds of Freon; I only wanted one pound. I just don’t have the money right now to buy 2 pounds. Anyway, service manager wants another $99 to come out a different day to put a pound of Freon in. RIP OFF! We are going with someone else and you should to!

Louis and his assistant did an excellent job. I had two jobs I wanted completed. (1) replace a toilet (2) replace the shutoff valves for the washing machine. I provided the toilet and that installation was straightforward and quick. The valve replacement required a visit to a plumbing supply shop. No big deal there. Once the necessary fixins were in hand he made quick work of it. They cleaned up what little mess they made and hauled off the old toilet and boxes. A nice professional job.

During recent ice storm, gas hot water heater stopped working. Airco came out within 3 hours. The flu cap had blown off the pipe, ice formed inside. Service men not allowed to get up on roof covered with ice. They returned following week, only charged me one service charge.

Great service - very helpful and pleasant

Came out on a Saturday, during what is surely a super busy time of the year (high of 109°F today), and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Got my a/c working!

If you want a new system they're as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! AIRCO exists for one purpose only...to sell you a new system at top dollar (they'll say it's because they only use the best materials). They're not interested in fixing anything. You've been warned.

Jeff Evans went above and beyond for me and my family to find the right replacement blower motor to match an older model unit. So grateful for his incredible perseverance, hustle, and determination to get the job done!

We had Nick and Clint come out to the house and replace the inlet copper pipes for the heating and AC Unit. I was highly impressed with their work, integrity, and initiative to get a solution for my problem. Update: Someone called me from their customer service team and refunded my service fee. I appreciate the responsiveness.---The trouble with such a large company is that you have no control of the quality of the individual technician that responds to your call. The technician sent to perform my tune-up couldn't even remove the cover from my standard a/c unit, didn't provide a tune-up service, and charged me $99. I ended up having to take additional time away from work for a second service call. The second technician who came was very competent and provided great customer service, but I won't roll the dice next time.

hey started the job very quickly after I called and the quality is great. The Unit they installed is really quiet and very efficient so my electric bill Has gone down!!!! Customer service is awesome! Did a great job and was quick when they arrived.

We would have done this early but due to the storm it had to wait until we got our power back on. Alex was very professional, he did an outstanding job and went the extra mile to make sure our AC unit was in the best shape it could be. Now that our power has been restored the unit is working like a charm.

Our Customer Service Rep Jamie was professional, courteous and answered all our questions in a timely manner. He showed a sincere interest in providing us the best options for the AC unit we needed that was within our budget. He followed up during and after the install to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied.Our Lead Technician Johnny (and the rest of his team) showed up on time each day, worked tirelessly in the grueling heat both outside and in our attic, and always took the time to answer any questions we had during the install. Everyone on the install team was very friendly and left the areas they worked in quite clean.From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Airco and highly recommend them for anyone’s HVAC needs.

On July 3, our compressor locked up. On Saturday the 4th of July, they installed a loaner since we agreed to purchase a new system. They installed the new system in two days and were very professional despite the triple digit temperatures outside. We are happy with our experience with them. They helped us secure financing as well. 5 stars!

Dennis worked on our Generac Generator an found the issue.Found the problem and Had to order parts. Dennis got the parts returned and completed the repairs, unit runs like a top now. He did an excellent job.

I found them very irresponsible, they could not even schedule an appointment properly three times in a row. First time they put me for the wrong service and had to squeeze me in. Second time instead of Chris they sent a different technician who could not address the issue. We rescheduled for Chris to come because we we told that he is the specialist who would be able to address the issue. After confirming the appointment, they sent a wrong guy again and blamed this again on the person who was taking the appointment and did not schedule it properly once again. Ridiculous service.

We have them come twice a year for maintenance & cleaning at our home & our rental. Always professional, thorough & clean. Also they always send a text w a photo of the tech. I do wish they had smaller window timeframe’s instead of 1-5, maybe 3-5 because I usually have to take off work. But overall very happy with our services.

He actually came for one reason and fixed that one and then discovered another bigger problem with our hot water heater. After doing everything he could to fix it he discovered that we were going to need a brand new unit (and hours was only a year and a half old). He worked with his team and they are replacing it for us without labor, as we have been a long-standing customer and have done lots of work through them! This is one of the reasons they are such a great company and why we continue to do business with them.

A/C went out on a Thursday. They were out Friday afternoon to fix it. Very happy with their response time! Got all fixed up for a minimal cost.

They came out and put all the duct work up in the attic and installed a wonderful thermostat on the inside. Very professional, very fast employees. Last minute call and same day service for residential boiler and fireplace pilots. Chris had researched my past service before arriving and was prepared with all tools he needed. He and Sean were very careful and thorough with their exam of the boiler components, inside and out, clearing blocked exhaust, pressure testing gas connections, confirming 0 CO, and checking operation before leaving. Also sent detailed notes to plumbing crew for follow up items. Thank you!

Waited over a month for a quote that I didn’t receive. Called multiple times, super friendly and in person and over the phone… However, I would NOT do business with this company. They don’t follow up and will not give you a quote. I can only imagine what their service is like if I did go with them. Go somewhere else and support local businesses.Tried to give them another chance. Ordered some parts and didn’t follow through since it was as waste to have them fix our washer and dryer. Of course, they charge us since they ordered the parts.

We had Airco install a new AC/heating system for us last year. They put in an extra vent in our living room and put the second cold air return were it should have been in the first place. They also routed the dryer vent away fromthe AC unit. They did a good job. We love our new system. We are finally cool in the summer and warm in the winter with lower utilities. We also have our summer/winter service done with a yearly new filter replaced. They text with reminders of appointments and a picture of your service man. The service is thorough and friendly.

Justin and a team member arrived on time and tuned up the A/C units for the summer. They both were polite and professional. AirCo is a great company and I will continue to use them.

Alex was great, called before he came to check service. I have used Airco tune and check for winter and summer for at least 6 consecutive years. I have had wonder service and with this service they have found minor issues and have replaced parts or tuned up systems before a major problem occurred. Kristian was amazing! He didn't just clean the dryer vent and vent hose, he shortened and corrected the angle of the hose, and took pictures and explained everything along the way. I absolutely will request Kristian Smith for future work!

From the beginning until the installation was complete, AIRCO was professional. When we scheduled our initial appointment, I received a text message telling me that the appointment was scheduled. The next day I received a call from Jared telling me that he had finished his other morning appointments early and would it be okay if he came early to my appointment. He also told me that he was bringing a trainee with him and would that be okay? Next Jared sent me a picture of himself so I would know what he looked like. He took a tour of my home, asked a lot of questions, and then sat in my driveway for about 30 minutes preparing my bid. Jared then presented his bid. He gave me a high, medium, and lower priced bid to fit into my budget. The new heating and air conditioning system was installed the next week by two very polite and hard working young men. I can’t say enough great things about AIRCO. I would definitely use them again!

Called last night made the appointment for this morning. The guys were on time professional and fast and completed the job for the price quoted. David was awesome! Very happy customer.

I paid them the membership fee annually to have them come out to do the maintenance on the heat and ac system, they did it in the winter and never came out to do it in spring/summer. Three weeks ago, we had hot air coming out of our vent in the middle of the summer, I called them multiple times to have someone to come out to look, but their representatives said they wouldn’t come out some times in a month from that date. I asked them so having hot air coming out of the vent in the middle of the summer and inside the house was hotter than the outside wouldn’t be called an emergency and they apologized that nothing they could do. The people answered the phone always downplayed the situation and they weren’t helpful at all.I called to cancel the service and the membership with them but I didn’t get the refund I paid for the membership renewal and I was told I would have gotten in 5-10 business days, but again, I didn’t get it and I had to work with my bank about it.I don’t recommend this company at all and if they don’t have the idea of “emergency”, do not offer 24/7 call service.

Keith is very professional & does a great job!

My thermostat disconnected from my unit due to a power failure from ice. The repair man fix the problem updated my thermostat while he was here. And showed me how to fix the problem if it ever happened again. He was very professional. I appreciate it them coming out almost immediately because the temperature in my house was dropping dramatically.

Bryan provided fantastic customer service. He was also training a young man and was explaining how to process information and navigate the repair process so well that he kept me engaged the whole time. He then explained the current status of my system to me in terms I could easily understand. Great customer service. Well done.

In 17 years of home ownership and many service technicians, Airco's Clyde H. has been the best. Not only did he patiently answer all of my questions, he also delighted my precocious young daughter. In 1.5 hoursClyde H. not only repaired the air conditioning system but also displayed exceptional interpersonal skills. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend Clyde H. and Airco Service. Outstanding!

We have been very pleased with our Airco Planned Service Maintenance Agreement. Airco serviced our heater at the beginning of fall to check to make sure there were no carbon monoxide leaks. We also have Airco check our A/C for summer to make sure everything is in good working condition. We love our generator that Airco installed. It gives us comfort knowing we will always have power. I recommend Airco Service to everyone.

Airco did what the folks my home warranty provided could not. Provided a great service, quick turn around, and did excellent work. Could not recommend them highly enough. Airco is the best HVAC service in the Tulsa metro area, hands down.

Yearly service of my AC units was excellent. I also had a sales person give me an estimate to replace the coil in the upstairs unit and he was supposed to email it to me but I haven't received it yet.

I'm not sure I can say enough good things honestly. Their sales representative called me and discussed my situation and drove over an hour to go over everything with us and then their technicians showed up early on Friday and worked until almost 4 making sure everything was working properly. We still have to set our follow up but a huge thank you to Airco and it's team.

Joe came out to service our AC. He was so knowledgeable, polite, and he was right on time! I appreciate the level of professionalism from my first phone call to Airco! They respond, follow up by text, and they overall have great systems to make an outstanding customer experience!!

This is my first experience with the company and I used them for both my own home and my rental units. Great quality and value. The technician had to trace and fix a wire screwed up by someone else. It took quite a while to do that in a 90 year old house. He was nice, professional, and the price was more than fair.

Used them about a year ago to change a stem in our bathtub shower knob because the hot water wouldn't shut off completely. The service tech who came out said it's best to change them both at the same time. From the moment he came through the front door, he started complaining about how he got hurt doing something and he wasn't able to totally focus on what he was doing. He was here for all of 10 minutes and charged me an outrageous price. So, I called the company and explained that he was complaining about being medically unable to focus and that the charge was a ripoff. They did refund part of the charge. $85 if I remember correctly. However, I forgot all about that and called the company last Tuesday, 8-6-19, asking for an estimate to completely install a bathroom ventilation fan. The lady on the line said she would contact the person who does that sort of job and would get back to me. I called today, 8-12-19, because I never heard back from her. She put me on hold to connect me with the person who can install the fan. She came back from hold, read my name and address to me, told me I paid by check in January, and then told me that their company has blocked any/all service to my home because I called them complaining about them ripping me off and poor the service I received for the 10 minute exchange of bathtub stems and they had to give me a partial refund. I told her that is fine, I remember the incident now, and that I do not want to use them after remembering what happened. I also told her I was going to post about this call online and suggest that others beware using this company. She didn't seem bothered and I'm sure the owner or someone with the company will respond with something that will twist what I've just explained, as I've read on other replies, however, what I have explained is the truth. Don't waste your money on this company.*Response from Airco is incorrect, and twisted. I was not given a cost for the job performed upfront. I was told it would be a service call cost of $85, (which the company states in their response is the service call charge), the tech would assess the job and then tell me how much it would cost. However, the tech was complaining about his injury and not being able to totally focus, told me he needed to replace both stems, did the job and then told me how much he was charging when he was finished. When he told me the stems for the tub were about $10 or less apiece, I figured the job wasn't going to cost much at all for the 10 minutes it took him to exchange them, and I just wanted him to leave so I wouldn't have to hear anymore about his injury. Very unprofessional. Furthermore, after he left, I checked the tub faucets, and he had the hot water handle turning backwards. It took quite sometime for us to learn to turn it the wrong way and not get scalded. I don't remember it being so very long ago that we had service from Airco, 6.5 years as they stated in the reply, however, it may have been. All I know is the lady on the phone said January. However long ago it was, I had forgotten about the horrible service and the ripoff cost of the service or I never would have called them. Any good company knows that they must take responsibility for their actions/employees. After reading all the responses from Airco, it appears they don't seem to care what people think about them. I know the customer isn't always right, however, I know the company isn't always right, either. In this case, the company is at fault for their terrible customer service and price gouging. They just don't want to take responsibility and would rather blame the customer than themselves. It's sad, really, because I remember a time when companies cared about their reputations and strived to make their customers happy. Now, we have companies on social media spewing nonsense about customers and twisting the truth, which is not only extremely unprofessional, but, shines a very bright light on the lack of customer care and price gouging tactics used by companies such as Airco.

Repairman needed for our Maytag washer.Repairman came on time and even called to say he could come earlier than scheduled. Explained to us what was causing the problem. Also told us we have a 30 day warranty on the repair. Will definitely call Airco again if a repair on either the washer or dryer need to be serviced.

I use Airco for my A/C, plumbing, appliance and Generator maintenance and repair. Last summer amd fall they replaced all 3 of my heat pumps (they were 15 years old).Every tech and professional they send out is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. There have been many A/C techs over the past 6 years. Recently Derrick, David Bryan and Alex have been here. They explained what was wrong and broke down costs. I love having one company that takes care of so many of my maintenance work.

We had Matt come out to look at our refrigerator. He was on time, knowledgeable, and kind to work with. He answered our questions and gave us advice that was best for our family. I had an unfortunate experience with Airco, not because of the work, but because of management. We had a back-up in our bathroom sinks that was diagnosed as a problem with the pipe from the AC unit that drains off water that has condensed in the fan coil in our attic. The line runs from the attic down into our bathroom where it connects to the drain pipe from our sinks. The plumbers fixed everything and the back-up disappeared. Four days later our compressor shut down because the same line clogged and forced the emergency sensor to shut down the system to avoid flooding into our home.This time an HVAC technician came out and successfully cleared the line, and the AC returned to normal. Since it was basically the same problem I thought the work would be free, but I was charged an additional $180.I logged a complaint, and management tried to tell me it was two different problems. How can that be? It is one pipe connecting the upstairs unit with the plumbing downstairs. It can be accessed from either the attic or through the bathroom drain. One blockage, one line, and double charges. They have offered a $90 refund, but frankly I feel I have been scammed. The irony is the plumbers initially were going to clear the line from the attic but decided to do it from our bathroom. Despite all of Airco's good press one should beware. I know for sure I won't use them again and I hope others question them and get expert advice from a third party.

We have used Airco Service for both electrical and plumbing services, they are our ‘go to-we need help’ company; from an extensive remodel to general home repair. From the initial call to the completion, we have always been pleased with the outcome. The technicians are very polite and professional.

This company is ran by greed. They charged in excess of $800 per hour for labor. They should be avoided at all cost. Salesman was arrogant, plumber and his assistant were great, but I’m guessing they didn’t receive even $100 per hour combined. But the owner has some great looking corvettes. He should be ashamed to disgrace his family name by his greed.

Airco had always been a great company to work with for both HVAC and plumbing. They are always courteous and try to set up an appointment quickly. Our AC recently went out at 3:30 pm on a Friday. They sent a service technician out by 6:30 and he was able to determine the issue. He had to order a new part but was able to “patch up” our current AC to make it through the weekend in 100 degree weather. That following Monday a service tech called by 10:30 letting us know they received the part and were headed our way. I would recommend Airco to anyone. They are respectful, courteous and never try to sell You anything extra.

Our A/C went out on the weekend (of course!) and we were able to schedule a technician with a real live person at 10pm for a repair job the next day. An Airco representative texted that the technician was on the way and included his name as well as his photo. He was professional and quoted the price of repair as soon as he diagnosed the problem. He was in and out within 45 minutes and the repair cost for a weekend job was fairly priced. We are extremely impressed with our first Airco experience and will contact for future services. I was given a bid of $1800.00 to run a short distance of gas line and install my gas stove from Airco. The bid seemed rather high and the man would not break down how he arrived at that price. I called another well-known company and their bid came in at $600. This is the second time I’ve had AirCo come give me a bid on my plumbing needs and both times they’ve been at least 3X more expensive. Don’t take AirCo’s bid and assessment as factual or reasonable. Call another company for a second opinion.

I had already taken apart the furnace and diagnosed the issue, Greg was there for maybe an hour, and the majority of the time was sitting waiting for the furnace to power cycle. All in all the issue came down to some bad wires and a new rubber tube. I know how to splice some wires and reconnect, so I was wildly surprised when the price came out to $230! (And thats with waiving there $99 service fee!)All I needed was a rubber tube.... when I told Greg that would redo my own wires and not pay an outrageous price, I inquired on whether I could buy just the rubber tube, save me a trip to the store...that rubber straw was $30!Ridiculous, I know how much a rubber tube cost, yall are just sucking out every possible penny you can from people needing a simple fix for a furnace. I do not recommend, and will not be using yall again.

I was extremely pleased with Airco Servicemen Skyler and Gerald. They were knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time explaining why cool air was being blown out of the vents. They were neat and took care of installing a new Thermostat. Their work and demeanor were excellent. Great Customer Service.

Air condition unit not working. He checked the unit in garage said everything working the way it's supposed to then the unit outside. Checked every wire and was explaining everything to me. Found that the fan was not working but then it started on it's own. He called me back with a quote how much for a new fan. I was very happy with his work. He was very professional.

I feel like I got screwed around, especially because they had to send out three different men who had found something that the others didn't! I wanted to trust but I'm just not sure. Saturday plumbing emergency. Corey from Airco was there in 20 minutes to fix our issue. He was professional, courteous and explained what needed to be done. Extremely satisfied, now a customer for life! Eric manager called me to ensure that I was completely satisfied after the job was done.

They are not the cheapest but good. The only thing l was aggravated at was the coil went out. This cost me over 2,000 dollars. Then a little less than 5 years that coil we n t out.. That cost 800 dollars because the part was under warranty. I have2 vehicles that are older than that unit and never had a coil go. out. Family that has u its older. . than this and no such problems. I replaced the original unit because it now er had been efficient. It was put in 1960. To my k knowledge it. never had a coil problem and l never had one. This unit has now had 3 coils

I am pleased with the overall service provided today during installation of thankless hot water system. The techs, Dakota and Patrick were courteous and efficient. They answered my questions and explained what they were doing. Also they completed the job about an hour and a half before expected. Dakota explained settings and how to adjust hot water system. They cleaned up the area after completion.

We had a great experience with Michael at Airco! He was super thorough and discussed all of the options for our A/C needs. He was able to get our unit running within a couple hours, but he also walked us through the pros and cons of replacing a unit vs replacing the compressor on an old unit. The same day service availability is so helpful when you get into 100 degree temperatures and your A/C goes out. We will continue to use Airco for our HVAC needs in the future.

I could not be happier with the service I received from Airco last week. I needed my new kitchen faucet and disposal installed. Since the drains in the new sink were placed differently than the old sink, the undersink pipes all had to be rearranged. My technician removed all the old pipes, installed new drains, faucet, disposal and reconfigured all the pipes very efficiently and made the undersink area look so much more tidy and spacious. He was very cordial, professional and helpful. He also fixed another issue with my icemaker from a previous visit. He checked everything for leaks twice to make sure everything was working properly before he left. Jake and Alex were extremely professional while installing our new air conditioner. They explained the steps they needed to complete as well as some necessary wiring changes that would require new wiring inside and new conduit on the outside of the house. We had our annual AC service today and they sent out Johnathan Solorzano a nice young respectful young man and he was very thorough more than others in the past who have came out. My Grandmother and I couldn't believe how long he was here usually it seems the guys are in and out. Took a peek out the window and he had the water hose out was washing our units out. Maybe they're supposed to I guess but this is the first time we've seen them do it. So we felt very good when he left, that we shouldn't have any issues during this heat wave.

Definitely one of those company's that just replace it instead of trying to fix it! I had a mother board for a electronic gate. Ever since we had airco touch it nothing but problems we have replaced so much now it's pretty much a new gate and still have the same issue. Save your money and find a mom and pop company went from 600 to 2800 still have same issues. They have no plan of attack what so ever very unprofessional and they don't communicate well between each tech that comes to a job.

Jesse came on time and earlier than I expected. Usually a 4 hr. time frame has me as the last call. I think I was the first. Also he was very thorough. No one has ever come to my place to fix an electrical issue where they tested the outlets in order. So that's why he was thorough. He systemically tried to analyze the problem and covered all the bases. He also explained what he was doing. So he did some things different to the point everything was resolved. I had multiple issues with my outlets not working. But he got them all resolved. Great job on his part and friendly! I am 100% satisfied!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND AIRCO!We called AirCo (June 13, 2022)after moving into our home and the previous owners had used AirCo to service the AC unit. Along with a summer service the unit was also making a loud noise when it would shut off. The technician, Zach, came out serviced the unit and told us the noise was normal for a Trane unit because the mount spring was damaged and hitting the compressor but it would not cause any issues and did not recommend replacing because again that was normal for a Trane. He did not come inside our home to check the furnace, thermostat or filters. Then last Friday, July 1, our unit stopped cooling but was running and there was a loud buzzing noise. We scheduled a tech to come out July 5, and again Zach came out. He told us the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced but it was normal for it to make that sound. He then unplugged the unit and said he would send us a quote and left. We received a quote for $3k+ to replace the compressor. He again did not come inside to check the inside unit. We decided to get a second opinion from another company that came highly recommended by our neighbors. They came out in an hour, diagnosed the issue was not with the outside unit/compressor but the blower motor in the furnace was completely locked up and that is why the compressor was not running correctly. Urgent Air had it replaced and our house cool in no time.Either the technician has no idea what he is doing or AirCo is just trying to make as much money as possible from people. Had we replaced the compressor there still would have been the exact same issue and cost us even more money!

Had a leaking vent. Called and service tech was there same day.
He knew what he was doing and codes.

Airco has been out 3 times for our AC. Each time after they’ve completed the job, it works for about 2-3 weeks and then something else breaks. Going to be going with a new company after wasting 2k with them in repairs.

Scott performed service on my Generac whole house generator. He did an outstanding job! He made, sure that everything was operating perfectly and cleaned the outside of the unit. I highly recommend him for any service and I would hire him in my business.

Burned out board in compressor unit caused the thermostat and hub control card not to function. We had no heat in the house, Airco responded quickly on the same day. Two service techs (Michael and Chris) replaced parts successfully and found and additional problem with a sensor.

Bryan’s diagnosis was quick and responsive on both double ovenYear’s Eves which were NOT BAKING. I already had an idea it was the igniters, but doubtful that both went out at the very same time. Bryan assured me the problem was the igniters. Airco didn’t have any in stock so he quoted the repairs for both ovens that date, 12/20. I waited until after Christmas before considering ordering parts myself. I ordered OEM parts online from two different vendors the second week on New Year’s Eve. Each part has delivered and been installed while Airco called just ONE time to say “the parts are still on back order”. I did call Airco to cancel order/install.

Summary: quick response, and very professional.I submitted a request for service on Airco's website. They called me within a few hours. I asked them to coordinated with the tenant because I am a thousand miles away. They did no problem. They had the issue resolved before close of business the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, honest, and he left some filters just because he was a nice guy. I will definitely be using Airco for any heat and air needs in the future. Highly recommend.

This was our first time using Airco and I couldn’t be more pleased. Our AC stopped working and they were able to come out same day. The technicians were very professional, friendly and polite. They kept me updated while they were working and were upfront about all the costs as they located the issues instead of just handing me a big bill at the end. I definitely recommend and they will be our go to company for any further maintenance or repairs and when it’s time to replace the AC.

Airco did a great job of replacing the ballast in my fluorescent light with a new LED system. Now we have a bright white light in our laundry room and my wife loves it! Jason and his helper were quick and courteous. Overall I am very happy with Airco!

Dont stand behind there work and put old parts off old hot water tank even though the promise to do so in a contract . Never use this company they are awful

I’ve used you all for a few years now, but was so happy you all were able to come out on a cold day to deal with my plumbing emergency (sewage backup in my tub and toilet 🤢). Although David couldn’t fix the problem (I’m in a condo and my HOA will need to snake the mainline), he cleaned my tub and toilet and did what he could to help my area!

We waited all day (from 11am to 8:30pm) for him to tell us it's a leak. He said our system sounded bad and then charged us over $400 to fill our unit. It worked for less than 30 minutes and stopped blowing cold air again. I feel like he knew that would happen as he heard a loud sound after he filed it, like it was leaking. I wouldn't recommend as we are out $400 and couldn't even sleep.

Matt, the service technician, was great. He talked me through everything and was up front about costs and my options. He also pointed out that the replacing my dishwasher would only cost about $200 more than repairing the broken one. And he shared in detail about the warranty for the repair wouldn't last long.

Asked for a second opinion on an electrical concern. His trouble shooting likely prevented a large expense on our part

I have been a customer of Airco for several years and have always received excellent customer service and courteous responses until the installation of a new Lennox HeatPump System in January of 2021, inclusive of a Honeywell WiFi 2-heat 2-cool thermostat. Approximately a week later, I heard an unusual sound and they sent out a technician who installed a Condensate Drain Line? that should have been installed initially along with the new HeatPump. Airco pressed me for several months following, via calls and emails, to purchase their membership plan. I finally called and told them the system was new & I would call when ready. I did call in March of 2023 & was given an appointment for Spring Maintenance which was completed on April 28, 2023 (Invoice 6767131/please note that I had previously told the customer service agent that the last tech brought the wrong size filter & had to cut it down - could she please ensure that the tech brought the right size filter?) On May 13th, the Thermostat went dark & the HeatPump system, on cool, failed to turn on. The technician came out on May 14 and told me that he needed to replace the thermostat and that the warranty was for only one year, and had expired in 2022. I asked him then why the Honeywell brochure listed a limited five year warranty. I was charged $376.25. I called the following Tuesday to question the charge & spoke with manager Dave who informed me that the thermostat was under warranty and dropped the charge to $195.00 for labor. I did tell him that I felt as if they had sold me a defective thermostat in 2021 as it only lasted for 2 yrs & 4 months, and I believed they should drop the entire charge and if they didn't I would pay the $195.00, complete my membership contract in the fall and find a new service provider. Dave then told me I apologize for the way you feel. On 05/17/2023 I called Lance Barber, the gentleman who sold me the system & had given me his business card. We agreed in summary that my request was to drop the $195.00 charge as I believed they had sold me a defective thermostat. The following week Lance got back with me via telephone and in the presence of Ashley, (a general manager) who took over the phone call and, in attempt to 'keep a good customer' agreed that she would reimburse my credit card half the amount or $97.50, which she did. My question to Dave, Lance & Ashley is: If I hand not called to protest the $376.25 charge, to ask about the 5-year warranty on the thermostat, would they have noted the $181.25 overcharge and reimbursed my credit card without my even having to ask?I posted this negative review approximately 4 weeks ago & received an almost immediate response from the owner saying that they would love to discuss this further to see what we can do to change this experience for you and that a customer care team member will be in touch shortly to discuss this further. Now, four weeks later I have heard nothing further from Airco. What did I expect?

I am so pleased with the service provided by all the representatives that participated in my new AC/Furnace installation. They provided prompt and thorough explanations. I felt confident in the diagnosis and appreciated the numerous options available for repair or replacement provided by Jamie Dwyer. The service technicians were wonderful- Jake R and Kendall. They covered all my exposed stairway carpeting, covered their shoes when needed, were immaculate in installation and cleanup and were personable yet always professional. EVERYONE was patient- even when I asked for a change of plan. I would highly recommend this company.

Service same day I called. Servicemen came in and went right to work. Very pleasant, and found the problem fast. Did a great job fixing the leak and on their way. Very happy with service today.

They had to come back because the city inspector said the hot water tank failed inspection.
Also, they used the restroom without asking and made a mess. I didn't appreciate having my bathroom treated like a gas station pit stop.

Repaired heater. Original company would not reply or callback after 3 days; so I called AIRCO and they immediately called back and scheduled me next day. Very professional very knowledgeable and helpful. Turns out previous company had configured something incorrectly. I am very impressed! And will be using them again!

Impossibly bad service call. Gus the technician was rude, irritable and dismissive to my wife, and implied she was stupid and a liar. Several complaint calls to customer service did nothing to restore our confidence in Airco. We canceled our service contract.

One of our AC units was struggling to keep up with the 100+ degree temperatures in July. Airco fit us into their schedule the next day. Seth, the Airco technician, was knowledgeable, arrived one-time, and had us back up in running in about an hour for a very reasonable price. We're so thankful to have working AC again. I was very happy with my winter maintenance service today from Airco. Shawn called before he came, arrived on time, was very thorough when servicing my unit and he even changed the battery in my smoke detector.I had a part that needed to be replaced on my outside unit. He showed me the meter reading output on the old part and then the proper output reading on the new one, explained everything so I could understand it, and then checked to make sure the compressor hadn't been damaged from the lack of output. I was very impressed. I will be requesting Shawn for my next service call in the summer.

Set an appointment between 1 to 5 pm. No one showed up! At 6pm I called them, and was told that I was next in line and they were running late. I asked why they didn't call to inform me of this.Not very professional, they should at least call when they are late to a 4 hour window! I canceled the appointment.

Awful service. Weren’t here when they said they were going to and try en when they did come they didn’t know anything. On 3 different occasions. So I called dale and Lee out of owasso and they had the ax fixed in one day. Air I was trying to get us to buy a new unit for $1600 while dale and Lee came out and found out it was just a thermostat problem and fixed it for $92. My parents are older and with medical conditions and were without air. I would never use airco again. If you need good service with quality work call dale and Lee out of owasso.This part I’m replying to your reply. I didn’t leave my parents name on here so how could you locate them? This job was in Catoosa and I don’t want to put their names out there. You all are very unprofessional and that is what your receptionist said on the phone when no one would call us or get ahold of us. We won’t be calling you anymore due to your lack of commitment to the customer. You were going to charge us $1600 when it was just a simple maintainer issue which dale and Lee figured out in less than 3 hours. I just wanted people to be aware as times are hard right now and every dollar counts. My company will not be using you anymore either.

Airco installed an HVAC system for us. The company is one of extremes. On one hand their sales and customer service teams are extremely good and helpful. On the other, the installation and repair teams are atrocious. At installation, the team failed to charge the outside unit with ANY coolant and wired the system such that the outside unit and inside heat strips ran at the same time. This meant that in a house at 92 degrees, the vents were pushing HOT air (so hot the vents were hot to the touch). When called back, the technician simply refused to fix the problem, asserting that we 'adjusted the thermostat too much.' On the next visit, we were told the thermostat was in fact bad - the technician failed to bring a new one even after me telling the central office that this was the problem and them communicating it. They had to 'unhook' the inside unit to cool the house. On the third repair visit, the technician spent in inordinate amount of time on the phone asking someone else how to wire the thermostat - though it doesn't inspire confidence, our system finally worked fully. What all this meant was spending nearly 2 weeks in a house that was never cooler than 88 degrees. On the plus side, the central office and sales team were really great and the only reason the system was finally installed properly.

They were quick to schedule an appointment and showed up on time as promised for weekend issue. I had canceled an appointment with another business because they never showed. The technician clearly stated and showed me the issue with the furnace and fixed it quickly. He also performed a quick check to make sure everything was in working order. They were reasonably priced for a weekend call. Great service and highly recommend.

Had a service technician come out to look at our AC which had stopped working. Were told that the capacitor was bad and that it would cost as much to repair our existing compressor as it would cost to buy and entirely new system. Found out later that the tech took our old capacitor with him when he left, so we basically paid him $99 to break our compressor so that other companies can't even test it due to missing parts. We were also never given a cost for repairs, only a cost days later for a replacement system which would cost just over $15k. Extremely poor business practice bordering on bait and switch.

Our service technicians were great, they were in and out in an hour and a half. They replaced our garbage disposal and faucet. Looks great! We will continue to use Airco for our HVAC maintenance.

We were scheduled for 5p-8pm for our AC but they were able to come help us sooner. The AC wasn't a problem so I was notified and they scheduled an electrician to come out same day. They were super nice and professional and explained the issue and solution.

I called them out to repair my heatpump they needed to comeback after the parts came in they came back on a Monday and was supposed to be here no later than mid morning and they didn't get here until 1130 and I had to take off 3 hours on vacation to be here and they forgot the parts they had to reschedule. I called them to give them a chance to make it right and they didn't I lost 3 hours of vacation. I won't use them again

We have used this company for several years and always have been satisfied. They always arrive within the time window given and act professionally. When we had an unusual problem they came several times until it was resolved with only one service call charged.

Have a bunch of issues at the house but mainly with Return Ductwork. Nick came out and made assurances on some options that would have a huge impact and seemed very competent and confident, so I spent 2000 on them replacing ductwork in the attic saying it would make a huge change even though the chase it goes down couldn't be sealed. It had 0 impact.After calling them back thinking in good faith they'd at least come put some effort into figuring out the cause of my issues, they simply never returned my call and even the main office helped him dodge me calling them directly to get someone to answer me.Called Air Assurance, without charging me a dime they did a whole home pressure test and found the system couldn't even pressurize, then put camera's in the chase that Airco claimed was unknowable and showed me video of exactly what the issues were, showed me the numerous air leaks in the 'NEW' ductwork Airco put in, and redid the entire system basically flushing the 2k I spent with AirCo down the drain. But it fixed everything.Long story short, call Air Assurance and save yourself thousands.

I actually had two issues which Airco took care of today! They did a fantastic job of coming in and dealing with water in the plenum (had to fix it with concrete and a sealant), rerouted my condensation line and installed an ionizer. Enter me and I happy dancing to finally getting this long time issue dealt with!The second issue was separate but fixed from the plumbing side of the business which was to run a water line for my refrigerator since I had one bust in January. It was flawless and both teams took lots of photos to document the work done! Me, I’m a happy camper 😁

Had someone to come out as I was willing to pay after-hours fee of $99 for diagnosis. Only for the technician to only give half of the diagnosis.Long story short, Only half of the problem was attended to because only half of it was diagnosed, so only half of it was actually looked at. After paying $690 my unit still does not work correctly. Called someone back at out only for them to tell me it will be X amount of dollars more to do XYZ. Had I gotten a full diagnosis for my after hours fee the first time, I could have better decided if I wanted to move forward with this company or go with another company or simply find another means of cooling my home. It is too hot And that $690 check that I gave them Did not come easy for me. No one took ownership of the fact that I got half of the service done For the full amount of pay that they required. I am very angry and I'm very disappointed! Company offered to attend to part of the additional problem a another fee. The principle of the matter is, It should not have been a surprise to me of an additional problem and fees had I received a full diagnosis as promised. The job should have be done correctly in its entirety the first time. I wrote the check thinking and trusting that everything was completely resolved. It is not. My unit is not working correctly and it is not cooling like it is supposed to. I already explained to them that I had been in the heat for four days At 95° in the house. So when they came out and I agreed to pay more for after ours, I'm expecting it to be completely fixed. It's still not fixed. I will go on to write Other reviews on this company and contact BBB about this. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My AC quit in the middle of July . I called the morning after it went out, on a Friday, and they got a serviceman out there and he had it fixed before lunch! He was nice, professional, quick, and clean! It was reasonably priced too! To have that kind of response, especially in their busiest time of year, has made me a life long customer!And once again, I had to call on a Friday because my dryer messed up and the tech came here quick and fixed it and was so nice and so professional. I won’t use any other company!

Benji & Chris did an amazing job!! They had us hooked up with cold air the first day! The first day- I showed them where everything was & I went to work. Completely felt comfortable with them in my home alone. Each night I came home, I noticed the guys cleaned up like they weren't even there, made sure our (difficult) garage door was shut properly, & they locked up the house for us when the job was done. We are VERY grateful to have AC & even more grateful to have a company in OKC that takes such great care of the customers!!

I would like it known that I am extremely unsatisfied with this company! I was grossly over charged for a compressor changeout. After the changeout they either over charged the freon or did not check for leaks. Then the next step for repairs or replacement the estimate was $3000 over what I had a local company replace my system for. You have gotten a bad reputation for robing customers I certainly learned my lesson!! but we were out of state at the time and did not take time to do my research.

Brian came out for the service call that was $99 and told me that I could order the part on Amazon. I called this morning August 7th and canceled the part and for Brian to come out again. I had a friend who helped me order the part the lint tray for the dryer.

My husband and I were very pleased with Leonard and the Airco team. we were included in the decisions when it came to how the units were installed inside and outside of our house. Leonard let us know every step of the way what was going to happen next, he let us prepare for when he turned the hot water off or the electricity. Leonard was so friendly and a very nice person, we were both happy to see him the next day. Airco has a very valuable employee in Leonard. We use Airco for all of our needs when it comes to air, electrical and plumbing and they have always left us satisfied. We are very happy customers.

Called Airco on a Saturday, as a VIP member got a tech out the same day to see why our A/C stopped working. Specifically told tech listen to the heat pump making the weird noise and he said yeah I hear it yet NEVER bothered to check the heat pump, instead misdiagnosed the issue and said couldn't fix until Monday. Got there to fix and didn't have correct tool, after finally fixing A/C still didn't work so said oops, I misdiagnosed, it's really this; approved that fix yet hours later and that part replaced and all refrigerate drained and replaced still not right. 2nd tech called opps, now it's this. Guaranteed that was the issue, which was a part in the heat pump!!! Guaranteed a call 1st thing next day, I had to call the service manager after 2 pm and get ugly before they went to get the part. Finally arrived to fix the issue and bent the part trying to put it in!!! Service Manager acted put out & like he was giving me a great deal by giving me 10% off labor! Let's see I'm out of town on business so my mother postponed her vacation to let techs in and out for 2 days and my husband had to finally rent a hotel room because our house reached 86 and he works in the heat all day, $140 doesn't begin to make your errors right! I've been a customer for 10+ years and at 2 houses...I'd never needed them except for maintenance or standard repairs, needless to say I'll NEVER use them again!!!

Marvin was a savior! He came out and repaired my heater over the Thanksgiving holiday. He was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. He was able to get the part I needed to get my heater working the same day and stayed late into the evening to get it installed even though it was over the holiday. He didnt try sell me on unneeded equipment or services like other companies just trying to make a buck. No, he was straightforward and friendly. Needless to say, he gained a customer for life. Technician showed up to fix recurring issue with HVAC unit that's under manufacturer's warranty that does not cover Airco labor. Was quoted $99 for Airco just to show up and then had to pay $100 to fix the problem. Airco installed the unit July 2021. Technician was unprofessional when dealing with my wife and I. Seemed like a used car salesman trying to get us to buy an Airco service plan.

We have used Airco since moving back to Tulsa in 2017 for seasonal check-ups. Last year they replaced our HVAC system and have serviced it since. A month or so ago I began noticing slightly brownish water coming from my hot water faucets and called Airco for a service recommendation. I hadn't realized they also serviced plumbing needs. They have come out twice and finally found the cause and cleared it up! As the water heater was less than five years old, it was a mystery, but Robert persevered and found and cleared the cause! I am so pleased to recommend this company for anyone's needs!After recently losing my husband, I am normally very careful about who I can trust. These people have been wonderful!

We had called Airco Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday, however, we are expecting a freeze tonight so, we called and asked if we could possibly get it moved to today. They were very gracious to fulfill this request.Within an hour Airco called and told us they would be out in 20 minutes and it was 20 minutes.(outstanding) Mike came in and introduced himself and also explained what he was doing with each step. We are very pleased with the level of professionalism he displayed and had great care for our home. What a great guy! I wholeheartedly recommend Airco and will be using them in the future for all of our heat and air needs.

A pipe burst in my wall and was flooding my kitchen. It was negative 5 degrees, and I couldnt get the water turned off. I called Airco and they couldn't come until the next day. The kind lady who answered said she would try to get someone to call me to walk me through getting my water off. She obviously could sense I was totally panicking and distraught. An Airco truck showed up 30 minutes later and they turned off my water and moved me up in the schedule for the next day. I've never been so relieved to see anyone! They showed up the next day and fixed my pipe. And they did not charge me for the previous days visit to turn off my water. Impressive to see a company who went the extra mile and saw me as a person in need and not just a customer and showed me kindness instead of taking advantage of my desperation. Would recommend to anyone!

The guy came out quickly for being in after hours service. He was very pleasant and was able to work quickly even in the dark. He not only repaired the AC but gave us some tips on how to make the AC run more efficiently and keep it in good condition.

She gave us an honest assessment of the repairs needed, gave an accurate estimate and completed the work within the timeframe she estimated. Afterwards, I received an email summary of the work performed and before and after photos of the work. Extremely pleased with this effort and they will be my go-to service provider from now on. I called and asked for someone to come out and get our house generator working and show us how to use it. We bought the house with it already installed. They set an appointment, then the guy got lost and so I canceled and rescheduled. They sent a guy out and he charged us almost 300, saying we needed a new solenoid, but my husband said he can fix it and clean it up himself. Still it wasn’t fixed.We called again, my husband explained in great detail about what we needed done, and we wanted the generator fully fixed, running and for the tech to show us how it works and to power the house! They said they could do that! Also my husband told them on the phone that he had the original solenoid that he cleaned up an can most likely be used, not replaced.The guy comes out, works for an hour, can even figure out how to put the solenoid on the generator and was on the phone with someone helping him. He didn’t fix it, and left and said they would send someone else out to fix it. They sent ANOTHER guy later the next day. He was here for 4 hours and he used out existing solenoid, got the generator running but not power to the house likeThey said they can do! So he says that the electrical part of the service was another side of Airco and we would have to pay MORE money for another guy to come out.We have gone back an forth with Airco for a few weeks now. They are charging us over 400 dollars for a service they did no complete, and are trying to charge us for a new solenoid instead of the existing one we had that my husband cleaned up!!!!I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Now we’re Stuck with a house generator that still isn’t powering our house and a huge bill to pay.

Airco replaced our entire HVAC system recently. There team were professional, on time, and easy to work with. The new should keep them away for a while, but I know we are in good hands when the need arises.

I scheduled online and they got me a tech within about 2 hours on a non emergency issue. The tech was professional, courteous and explained what and why he was doing with the repairs. I was very pleased with the service call.

Called to speak with my salesman and was told he was now a manager and that he was unavailable to speak (8:05 am). The young lady said she would email him that I would like to speak to him. When asked about a response time she indicated 24 hours. When I said so tomorrow morning? Well you guessed it has now been 2 business days and no return call. I guess once my installation and payment has cleared, I am just a number. I was attempting to talk about having my system flushed and the price I was quoted was not the same price my salesman quoted me when we shook hands and I agreed to purchase your services. I wish google reviews would allow something less than 1 star. Being old school that a handshake use to mean something and now knowing the true disappointment I would have chosen a different service company for my tankless hot water heater. Prior to this I was pleased but service after the fact I feel the pain

Ok this will be up for edit depending on how this is handled….OK they came first thing next morning. It ended up being a blown fuse. So really wasn’t any issues by Airco. At this point in time all has been great since fuse was fixed.

We have been looking for a new HVAC company for about a year... thrilled to say we have found it! We have several rental homes and called Airco on a whim. They came out and fixed our dad's house, something that another company said could only be done by replacing the whole system. So then 4 weeks later, when a tenant called and said their heat wasn't working, I called them again. Within 90 minutes, the heater was working, my tenant was happy and my bill wasn't ridiculous. I'm a new fan. So far, they've earned my business and my positive review. Thank you Andrew, the serviceman who happened to show up for both of my calls. Rock star.

Very professional nice man! Quick response from initial request for service, same day service. Used mask & feet covers during Covid 19. Texted & gave “I’m on way warning”. Only improvement could be little more timeline expectancy from company. They said afternoon, which when I asked ballpark time? They said means after lunch. It was almost 5:00 before he came, so I waited all afternoon when I could had run some errands if I would have known later in day arrival. But overall great!!

Curtis was very knowledgeable and attentive to details. He evaluated the cooktop and explained that we had offset the burner and it wouldn't light, so gas was extremely slowly weeping into the compartment below and when we lit one burner it ignited that gas. He adjusted the burner and inspected the rest of the unit, nothing had burned like we thought. Very pleased with the service.

Our Airco Service team just completed the replacement of our HVAC. We received excellent service from estimates (Jamie D.) to installation (Jody and Peter). We were updated with what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and how it would be done throughout the process. This is a messy business and they left our home very clean. It is a pleasure to work with such hard working people that sincerely strive toward quality service and customer satisfaction.

I am Bart Younger. The Airco crew ( 4 men) arrived at 8:00 am sharp to install a 15000 watt stand by generator. They consisted of their electrician plumber plus Nick & Johnny. Johnny and his assistant left at 7:00 pm. We are awaiting the city inspector to activate the unit. The entire crew worked as a unit with each having their specialty. They exceeded our expectations. Johnny answered any questions and followed through with any special requests. The entire crew graded out as an A. Johnny was A+. These guys worked in near 100 degree heat but didn’t let let that slow them down. We have utilized Airco on semi annual tune up to our HVAC units. Kudos to this local Company.Disregard. I have two serious issues which I sent photos of Airco’s performance since the above was written. If you would like to view Michelle Will undoubtedly provide.

I had an arrival window from 8-12. There’s nothing I love more when they show up at the beginning of the quoted time! Joseph was at my house working around 8:30. He was extremely professional and friendly when he called me to let me know he was on his way and while he worked on the AC. He was thorough and explained the issue to me. In this heat, you can’tv afford to lose such a great technician.Please don’t send the rude, disrespectful kid that has to crawl under house to change out 6 ft of wire, complaining how small the space was, when I am 70 yrs old, same size and crawled under there in December to lay down plastic to spray foam n insulation. Millenials! A motivator to mn take care of your experience valuable help like GUS. Glad he helped Gus out but not a technician I want to service any calls for me. He’s a complainer and Wired the thermostat wrong, Gus had to redo.

Brandon, Alex and David did a great job installing my new heating and air conditioning unit. All three were friendly, professional and hard working. They explained everything, got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and made sure it was working before they left.

I have used this company for multiple repairs in the past and have always had a good experience when using them. I called to get an estimate for hot water heater replacement and they came out 3 hours after I called and gave me an estimate. The technician explained what each part I needed was for when going over the estimate and gave me multiple choices to choose from. The next day the new water heater was installed. It was a pleasant efficient process. Will definitely use this company for futuree needs.

It was the hottest day of the year and our air decided to quit working! We started calling places around 2 thinking we will never get it fixed today and if we do we will definitely overpay! The lady who answered was super sweet and said they could get somebody out that evening, she was even apologetic for not having anyone available right away! Not long after 5 the tech calls comes by and quickly replaced whatever needed replacing! It cost half of what we were expecting it to! We will absolutely use Airco in the future and will be recommending them to everyone!

Luiz thoroughly serviced our a/c this rainy day, April 25, 2023. System checks and pressurization were performed as well as electromechanical functionality. The condenser was cleaned and debris evacuated from and around it . Through troubleshooting, it was discovered that one of the two 30uf capacitors was weak. The two 30uf capacitors were replaced with a 60uf capacitor as designed. Last but not least the input/output air filters were replaced inside the home.Thanks for a job well done!Major Hill

Please help!!!! The unit failed again this weekend. The service technician was able to repair but charged us close to $200 dollars. This is a new unit installed in May, why am I paying for repairs to a new unit?Update!! More technicians were sent out and were able to repair the two systems that were just installed. They have been working for the last couple of weeks. We are grateful that things have been resolved, but it was a very frustrating road.Technicians and Customer Service reps have been very professional, but in April we purchased a mini split unit that still does not work properly and no one has been able to provide us with a plan for resolving the issue. We are told a supervisor will be calling and no one has. In May we replaced our house heat and air unit and a couple of weeks after install it stopped working. The technician has replaced two relays and we are scheduled for the third relay to be replaced on Saturday. At this point I have lost confidence in the system and still have not received any call from a supervisor or manager so that we can develop a plan to resolve these issues. We have used Airco over the last 10 years and have always had great service, but this latest experience is really disappointing.

While the price for replacing my High Limit Switch was on the higher side, the had a coupon on their site that lowered the cost. The technicians were very professional and timely, and were transparent about the work that was being done. The service call fee was waved, because I agreed to have the repairs done, they ordered my part, and called me and came to install it on the day it came in. My heater is running better than ever! Would highly recommend Airco Service.

Normally I would give 5 stars. I use Airco exclusively for plumbing, heat & air, and electrical. I had air and plumbing scheduled for the same day, in the morning. Air came & went by 9.30.But. Since they define morning as 'before lunch' I thought it would be safe to not go back to work. I called at 2-ish to make sure the plumbing part hadn't been accidentally cancelled. At 2.30 or so they called to say they had run into a problem and would be another half hour.They did arrive then, and got the work done. I have no issues at all with the technicians. Just the scheduling. I had already had to reschedule the air from Monday 'afternoon' when it got to be 7.30 pm and they didn't have an ETA. I get that half the air units in the city we're down, but we need more realistic scheduling.

I hired Airco to install a exhaust fan in my bathroom and quite certainly it has been the worst choice I have ever made . I should have seen the red flags when I call to schedule the service and the woman on the phone told me a tech would be by sometime in the afternoon instead of giving me an actual time block.The fan looked fine and I gave them payment only to realize when walking out of the bathroom that the tech had taken a chunk out of my wall while installing the new switch. He only admitted to the damage once confronted. He then told me that since I already paid for the job that if I wanted him to fix it that it would be an extra cost. I obviously called airco and was told I would have to wait for a manager to call me back.Never in my life have I had a company tell me that I needed to pay them to repair something they damaged.The next morning the tech who damaged my property called me saying he was headed to my house to provide a quick fix that just the day before was going to cost me over $100. I told him no as that is incredibly unprofessional for anyone to come to my house without scheduling it with me first. I called airco again and they let me know that no one had been scheduled to come to my house. So this tech was doing this on his own to try to save face from his mistake.I spoke with 3 separate people before the manager finally calledme. The resolutions they offered have not been satisfactory and I am still working with them to find a solution.Overall this whole process have been a nightmare with the cherry on top being that the fan they installed doesn't actually provide much ventilation.

New to the area and I called this company for a weekend emergency and they were great. Of course it was pricey but it was the weekend and I expected it. I had a great experience with them, which is why I called during the week to ask about making an appointment to fix some other things but I was told there is a $79 diagnostic fee. I don't need someone to charge me $79 to come out and tell me I need my faucet replaced...I already know.

Was sold a 21 Seer Lennox for a 1500 sq ft home. I paid a premium price for what I thought was a premium company. I was wrong! The installation took over a month once they started the job. Had to call them again because they never put the covers on the vents. No idea why I paid $175 for a yearly service checkup because haven't heard a word from them since they took the money and ran. NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! I dislike having to write negative reviews, however extremely disappointed in what I thought was a reputable company.

I've depended on Airco several times. I've always been pleased with the results. This time I needed a faucet replaced. It was done quickly and respectfully as always.

Absolutely awful service and lack of professionalism!We’ve been Airco customers for years and have paid for their (twice per year) maintenance plan for three large units at our home for several years. Our upstairs unit malfunctioned yesterday (Saturday morning). They scheduled for a technician to come out Sunday morning. Ipon arriving, Immediately he accused us of not keeping the coils cleaned regularly. I asked him to look at the adjacent larger unit, and he said it seemed “pretty clean”. Our yard is meticulously landscaped and maintained on a weekly basis and is free of debris around the air conditioner units. I Informed him all units were supposed to be washed and maintained every six months by his company (Airco) to prevent this. He checked his iPad and agreed it is true. He proceeded to wash the coils and replaced the two blown fuses. He then left the premises without even going upstairs to see if the unit is functioning properly. Before he left, I felt something is definitely wrong with this technician due to his baseless accusations, careless demeanor and his performance. So I signed the agreement, but for the first time in history did not pay for the service on premises because I wanted to talk to the manager in the morning.Sure enough, eight hours later, the upstairs is still hot, and the AC is still malfunctioning. I called back and the very unprofessional and argumentative manager (Austin) refused to do anything unless we paid the current bill. After my wife talked to him and paid him the measly $270. Supposedly he scheduled another technician for tomorrow morning while we are staying in a hotel tonight.It seems like this company is only interested in making money. Customer service, professionalism and competence is definitely out the window. After 8+ years with this company, we’re looking elsewhere with at least half way decent service and professionalism.

We had our A/C replaced with them and 30 days later we had problems with it. They are very responsive when they want your money but don’t expect any type of customer service especially from the service manager…Dave Spears. He definitely could use some custom service classes. I waited 3 days w/o an A/C working for someone to call me back with nothing. Finally we the had broken pieces replaced with still no calls back and now they just want to send me a bill. I would NOT recommend this company even to someone I don’t like! Don’t waste your time unless you want to be used as an endless cash fund for them.

My wife and I wanted to have a home generator in case we lost power. We read some very bad reviews about some brands of generators on the Internet. We contacted Airco and they sent Seth Rice to our house. Seth was patient, knowledgeable and by the time he left had me absolutely convinced that I was dealing with an honest, trained professional. He explained everything that would happen, where the generator would be located, and how it would be installed. The installation techs showed up on time and got right to work. They installed the generator and then took their time to explain what I needed to know. They put everything back like it should be and the installation, although it took all day, was done incredibly well. I was so impressed that I immediately called Airco and took out a maintenance contract for my air conditioner/furnace. Highly recommend these guys! Five Stars plus!

Luis & another technician came to help with reconnecting a toilet water line after I replaced the fill valve. My attempts to reconnect had water spraying unexpectedly from the small hose connected through our wall valve. Luis quickly diagnosed that it needed a rubber washer to connect the fill valve, which I had not noticed was missing, after replacing the internal components. Upon replacing the missing washer it now is working fine without spray or drips.

He was awesome!! Figured out my electrical problem and had everything working in minutes!! I am very pleased!!

Airco's technician, Dennis, kept me informed on his arrival time. He was courteous and very professional at all times, arrived within the promised window of time, completed the maintenance of our whole-house generator, and did a review with me of his findings.

One of my pipes to my washing machine had burst and was spraying water everywhere flooding my house. It was at night, after normal business hours and I had Airco services VIP membership where I would not have to pay overtime charges for emergency services. I called Airco telling them one of my pipes had burst and water was flooding my house and they said they would send someone over.After an hour of fighting this burst pipe from creating even more water damage in my home, I called Airco again to ask when they will have someone out to help me. After being put on hold for about 10 minutes I was told that nobody would be coming to help, and that I was on my own. Only thing they could do was schedule someone to come out first thing in the morning between 8am to noon. I then had to call a different plumbing company to come out and turn off my water, after which I spent the next several hours cleaning water off the floor.Woke up the next morning with only a couple hours of sleep, I wait for a plumber that's supposed to be showing up between 8:00 a.m. and noon. At around 3:00 p.m. I call Airco again and ask why they have not showed up yet. They apologized and said they accidentally scheduled my service for the wrong time and they should have someone show up around 5:00 to 8:00. At 5:06 p.m. the plumber showed up and cut open my wall and replaced the cold and hot water pipes to my washing machine and did a very professional job, even cleaned up the dust from where he had cut open the wall and I paid what was owed with card.Afterwards, I received an email for the invoice for the work done. Looking closely at it, I've been charged for 1.35 hours of labor. Looking back at my security system on my house, the plumber ring my doorbell at 5:06 p.m. and finished his work at 6:18 p.m. which is only 1.20 hours. I feel as though, even after all of the unfair and improper service I had received, I still got cheated out of my money. This isn't even the first time that's Airco has wronged me.Whenever they had come over during the summer to put insulation in my attic I had them install a new thermostat. Come winter, whenever I tried to turn on my heat, the heat would never come on. Called Airco so they could have someone come out and look at it, and the soonest they could send someone out would be in 4 days. Had to endure the whole weekend at home in freezing temperatures with no heat before I could receive service. When Airco finally got there, they figured out that when they had put it in the first time they didn't wire it correctly.I am overall quite dissatisfied with the services I have received. From poor quality control, long wait times, being lied to, and repetitive mistakes.

David H. and Nick B. Showed up to replace a hot water heater and install several upgrades to bring the utility closet up to current codes. Both of them were very courteous and professional. They did an extremely good job on the installation and I had hot water by 5PM. Most importantly they cleaned the work area and left the area spotless. Good job guys, thanks for a job well done.!!!

Our dishwasher was not working and they came twice to help us figure out what was going on! When the price for repair became higher than the price for new dishwasher, they were quick to let us know they recommended getting a new dishwasher which we very much appreciated! Would highly recommend!

No heat so we Called out a tech on a Sunday. Tech comes out, says blower motor is bad & needs replaced. Says Part should be in Monday morning. Monday comes, no part, no call. We had to call them for them to inform us. Tuesday comes, no part. Airco sends us a text saying a tech will be by, but never shows. So we call on Wednesday, they send a new tech out & he has absolutely no clue on what “work” was done by previous tech. The new tech checks a totally diff part, cleans it & leaves. So in total, the property which has a family living in it was without heat for 3.5 days due to miscommunication. I dont understand how one can say its a certain part when you’d have to check the other part to troubleshoot in the 1st place. I have been a customer with Airco for years & I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional in the way things were “handled”.

Tankless Hot Water repair. Hot water went out on the weekend with family visiting. They were amazingly responsive and came on a Sunday morning - on time! Ben was knowledgeable and extremely thorough. And he had our hot water restored in an hour. 5 ⭐️ Service!!!

I sat around for 4.5 hours with a no show.When I called them and advised them, they hadn’t even assigned my job to a tech that day. Not cool

We have used Airco Service for years, for HVAC/AC, Plumbing and Electric. We have found friendly, great service, at a reasonable price. The office staff is particularly wonderful to work with. You can hear the smile through the phone. This past visit, 12-09-19 to install a new thermostat, I was pleased to have the same technician as was here during the summer to replace a blower motor. Jeff is friendly, knows his business, and an asset to Airco.

The technician stayed way after hours to get the job done. He was concerned about the house being too warm and wanted to make sure to get the AC running. We are very impressed!

Do not use this company for back up generator. The sad thing is we have used this company for our AC and Heat. They have always treated well until this happened. We have called more than 20 times. We chose the generator that didn't have monitoring fee. At start up the monitor hub wasn't installed. The generator repair person asked to hear all the problems we have had from the beginning. I even forwarded him an email showing where the sales man told us we paid for the monitor hub. Had we know of the monitoring fee we would've went with a different generator. We still haven't received a contract of what we have purchased. We wanted to move on from this. We were told last week we would get two years of free maintenance for our troubles. We were told that wasn't in our contract. Everyone can see our contract but us. 20k is what we have spent and to find out we could've bought a cheaper generator that doesn't have a fee for monitoring. Make sure you get everything in writing.

I have had several incounters with Airco in the last 12 months. To be fair, all employees that have come to my property have been courteous. The work itself and the charges for the work are a different story. I will discuss the poor quality of work and the prices that have been twice as much as other quality vendors will be discussed in future posts well as not disclosing charges before they happen! As an update to the charges that were not discussed, after multiple conversations, it was reversed. As far as the quality of work , there was an attempt to fix a couple of places that were leaking but I have no faith that all the other connections that we can't see now are correct and not leaking.

UPDATE: Airco customer care called and scheduled a technician to come out and clean up the mess. The technician came out August 3, ready to clean up oil from the concrete pad but not to clean the generator itself. I went through the problems again . He called his supervisor to discuss the issue. As he was taking photos, we discovered that the previous Airco technician had damaged the side cover and it would no longer latch into place. The technician stated that Airco would be sending out a cleaning crew and would take the cover in to be repaired or replaced. He then left. The next day another technician came out and took more photos and left. It is now 8/16/23 and there has been no further response from Airco.After servicing my standby generator, the Airco technician left the oil filler cap loose or off. While the generator was running during the June power outage it blew all of the oil out resulting in a shutdown. When Airco came out to clean up the mess, they did a poor job. When called back out they did another poor job. Oil is still all over the unit and the slab it is bolted to. I called again to talk to a supervisor and was told he was not available but he would call me back. He did not. I called back days later and scheduled another clean up. The technician did not show up. I called the next day and was told he would be out that morning. He showed up around 1:00 p.m. He did not listen to my description of the oil puddle under the engine and told me the front seal was leaking. He wiped the puddle up and left. I then received a proposal to replace the front seal. I have used Airco for over 14 years for all of my HVAC and generator services. This will probably be the last time I will use them.

The person was very professional and caring about what my washing machine problem was and proceeded to check the machine for those problems. He quickly narrowed down the possibilities and gave me a price for the part and service (entire cost). He gave me an alternative way to replace my washer. I did not make a decision the same day. Was the cost of repair about the same as a replacement?

My tech, Chelsea, was super polite and professional, but also friendly. Got there about an hour earlier than I expected (which was great when there’s no AC and it’s 101), and got things fixed very fast. She fixed the obvious problem but then also checked to make sure other stuff was still good.5 stars!10/102 thumbs way up!

Had a plumber that couldn’t remove faucets had a tight timetable in order to continue with kitchen rehab so called AIRCO and they seriously came the same day I was shocked and forever thankful! David was very nice and professional and was able to continue with tear out of the rest of the kitchen project!! Definitely using them in the future!!

Technician was great. Company will not honor the original 10 year warranty on a thermostat.After further investigation, I discovered that the technician lied to me. The actual thermostat was not the problem, but the Smart Hub Controller, a part that is separately available and less expensive than the thermostat.It's unfortunate that zero stars is not an option.After a second visit by technicians, who confirmed my earlier assessment of the thermostat, Airco continues to dishonor the 10 year warranty, on which basis I originally purchased my 3 Lennox systems. They are perpetrating a bait-and-switch scheme.I am switching to Air Assurance!

Our repairman was on time, very courteous and efficient. He addressed any Covid-19 concerns we may have. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and luckily had the necessary parts to repair our HVAC unit. This was all done in a relatively quick time!

Due to a water leak they ​repaired my furnace plenims and when they did they pushed the refrigerant to my perfectly working A/C. In doing do they caused my compressor to seize up. They refused to acknowledge that they caused this or warn me that is could happen. But after talking to their techs it can happen. I would not have had this work done if I knew because on top of the $3,000 plenim work I had to replace my a/c for $8,000. Twice after this the a/c wouldn't work. The second time the answer was $2,000 to replace the furnace blower motor but they recommended $8,000 full furnace replacementto match the new A/C. Tired of not knowing if I am getting the Goober crew or the experienced crew. Tried to talk to the owner several times (including showing up at their offices) and he NEVER would return my calls but would be pushed to others. Everyone I talked to agreed with my situation but couldn't get the higher ups to agree. Done with them. Switching my loyalty elsewhere.

Very happy with our smoke alarm installation. One of the alarms that I provided to Matt for installation was defective but I found a replacement and was able to install it without difficulty. Thanks Airco (Matt)

Tech came earlier than expected which was excellent. He was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Problem was fixed. However, the only thing wrong was a sensor and the burner needed to be cleaned... no parts needed. Was charged over $200 for about 15 minutes work and no parts. That's rather steep for what was done.

We had a lighting strike near our house this summer that blew our our two year old HVAC up and downstairs. Arico did a great job of diagnosis, working with insurance and repair. Then the heat started going off before Thanksgiving. Long story but Chris found the power problem was PSO, damage was repaired and HVAC components replaced. Chris was our first point of contact and trouble shooter, he was amazing and called back to see how it was going. Gus was great replacing parts and Colby came back out and found PSO needed to do more work. They all worked as a team to help us. Sydney and Nicole worked miracles to with dispatch to get us help and even sent someone on Thanksgiving day when the downstairs went out. Excellent service.

Called at 0800, had someone out and unit fixed by 1030. Scyler was the technician. He was very professional. I used Airco on 7-26-22, as my dryer stopped working. I called them at 12pm, and they were able to schedule me for the same day. They utilize SMS messages to communicate your service repair tech's identity for safety, and to notify you when they are near.I shared the model and serial number of my dryer during scheduling, and they had the foresight to load any available parts for very convenient repair.When Bryan our service tech arrived, he was able to fix on that same visit, which waived the service fee.This company is trustworthy and i will definitely use them again.

Thorough explanation of the concerning sounds coming from the hot water tank. They carefully inspected and photographed all tank components and explained what is expected of a tank as old as mine and he was transparent about the health of the system. Added on to my house, so the city demanded that I update my whole 1952 house electrical system to the current electrical codes. My door bell never worked again. I had ADT come and put in a camera door bell in but they would not touch any electric wiring. They had me buy an extender to my computer for another $100 and set up the camera thru the extender, said it was working fine with the extender and left. About 30 minutes later the door bell rang but just one time, not a series of tones which would be normal, but no one was at the door. I couldn’t find any information on the button they put on the porch. So the next thing I thought was well my door bell is 70 years old maybe it is shorting out. Got a new bell to put inside the house and even called an electrician to put it in. 30 minutes after they left the door bell started chiming again on its own. Called ADT, the person on the phone could not tell me anything to help, so I had to wait to get an appointment. ADT service man came and was only here maybe 5 minutes and said that the whole problem was that the transformer on the old door bell was only 16 Volt and I should have had the transformer changed out to be 18-24 Volt. So then I had to have the electrician back to change out the transformer. Scheduled the appointment for an 8am to 12pm slot. At 12:00 pm I called, because they had not called nor showed up. They told me that the truck was on its way. After they did a lot of searching thru old and new power stuff in the attic (because they never remover the old electrical, they just bypass it to put in new stuff, so it’s a really a night mare to locate what goes where. The electricians from this business were not at fault, but I had to pay $200 service call for each time they came plus time, labor and parts, so I paid $593.75, so I could have a camera doorbell that actually works correctly. A bit much I would say, if only the electricians knew about the possible transformer problem that would cause them a second trip it would have not hurt so much.Thank you for letting me rant. I am a single old woman with no one to sound off to, so I did it here, on the electricians web site thru Google so other people might become aware of the problem and not fell taken like me.Carolyn Chapman

Airco technicians are always professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We have them out twice a year for routine maintenance and filter changes and we are very pleased with the attention they give to our A/C system. If you are looking for quality work I would highly recommend them.

Called Airco to come out and give an estimate of repairs, as A/C was not working. They came out and repaired it, talked about the maintenance plan and I jumped on it. The Tech (sorry, can't remember his name) was so nice, thoughtful, respectful and discussed everything he was doing. We also had a hot water tank installed by them and it was great as well. Couldn't ask for better customer service!! I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the third maintenance service call where the technician has not shown up with a ladder tall enough to change the second story air condition filter. On the second maintenance service call the technician did not know our hot water system was a tankless system that Airco had installed. I am not impressed with this company and will cancel my yearly contract if these blunders continue.

Dain our appliance technician was amazing! It is always stressful when an appliance breaks and he was a pleasure to work with. Dain went far and beyond to help us with our issue. He even happily came back when we forgot to ask him a question. He had just left and turned right around to answer our needs. Most technicians would just ignore the call and go on to the next customer. Not him! Thanks Dain! He even denied the tip we offered for his great work. Outstanding individual. I would highly recommend Dain and WILL definitely be using this company again and requesting him.

Annual maintenance customer. Called in on a Sunday morning when furnace had quit running. Airco was there within a couple of hours and was able to identify the issue and address with replacement parts all in one stop. Really good response and treatment and back up and running in short order even on a Sunday morning.

I have had exceptional service. Servicemen are always polite and do a good job. I recommend them, because they have fixed all problems and given advice as how to keep my air coming year after year.

James was awesome! He deserves 4 stars! It's Airco in general that I'm not happy with. We've had nothing but problems with this brand new Lennox unit. Today was the 10th service call within 23 months! I'm just not happy at all.

Pics 1 & 2 show a prior installation with exposed wires and piping. Pic 3 shows access to air handler, furnace and coils. Pics 4 & 5 show the new installation with recovered piping, and well dressed conduit for wiring and BTW the system operates brtter than ANY before it at half the sound level.I have not seen the a-coil replacement, as I am still awaiting the final report from the company.

Due to health issues my parents no longer will need the membership maintenance program so we canceled and Airco said they don't refund the unused portion.Thank you for your response. My air conditioner stopped working. I wasn't sure what was wrong. Mike was very professor and fast. He identified the problem within five minutes and said the repairs would take an hour. I wasn't watching the clock but I don't think it took that long. I am very satisfied with my services and I would recommend Airco to everyone!!

Colt did a great job. Took his time to make sure he did the job right.

They were friendly and professional but I was not satisfied with the way they left a couple of things. When they installed the thermostat, they left a decent sized whole in the wall. They did not seal the vent in the house and did not finish sealing the furnace. When they came to inspect, left a mess in my laundry room.

The service is thorough, and the focus is serving and meeting the needs of the customer.

Working with Airco has been the best part of my remodel project. My house a split level did not have central air. These guys had to install ductwork, electric and gas hook-ups. Then they taught me house to use the system and called to check if I had questions after a few days!They were fast, efficient and clean! They never left a mess at the end of the day. I appreciate them and highly recommend Airco!

I've used this company a few times. I had a hot water heater installed in 2020. That was well done and completed extremely quick. I've had 0 issues. I had a full A/C with 3 ton, furnace and duct work done. The unit has been awesome. They're people are all very professional and totally respectful to homeowners. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

I had always been told to not use Airco because they were “so expensive”. But when my Hot Water tank went out and the place I purchased it from couldn’t install it for 2 days because whoever they used wasn’t available, they called Airco. And the techs did an excellent job so I decided to call them for three other service calls (Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven) and all of these were handled professionally, efficiently, and quickly! And those three were all by the same tech named Bryan. He’s excellent and deserves a raise

We got a new HVAC system about two years ago from Airco and we couldn't be happier with every aspect of our experience. All of the folks we dealt with went above and beyond to help us. Austin was especially kind and helpful. We love this company and highly recommend them. Love seeing Austin in the new commercials! 😁Update: Had to have our a/c serviced yesterday and our technician, Sean, was amazing! Still very happy with Airco!

3 stars bcus the technician was knowledgeable and helpful, however, not happy with the company overall. Scheduled online and was given the option for a window timeframe. I selected 8am-12pm. 12pm rolled around an no one had come or called. When I called I was told bcus it was the weekend, they cannot guarantee a timeframe. When I ask why I was given th eoption to even select a timeframe I was told that they had been having issues with that. Additionally online it said price was $99 for tech call, later they tell me it's $119 bcus it's weekend. I get that they have to pay their employees extra (and hopefully they do) for overtime, but it's false advertisement to have one price online and another when they come out. Obviously a company taking advantage of peoples situation. Will personally never us this company again!

David was very friendly and professional while replacing all the toilets in the house. I would recommend him anytime. The only down side was the outlandish price Airco charged for the disposal of the old toilets.

I used this company last year at a couple different franchised restaurants and they did good work.I put a credit card on file to pay for services and everything was fine until yesterday when I tried to schedule service. I was called back and told that the account was flagged and couldnt be scheduled but she couldnt tell me why so someone would call me today. This morning after wasting a couple hours of the day waiting for a call I decided to call them. I was transferred a few times to accounting and was finally told that they couldnt find any bill's that needed to be paid. Then they informed me that they do not schedule service for this franchise and havent for a long time and the people that scheduled my service last year were new and didnt know the rule.So even though I put a card on file and paid at the time of service they could no longer schedule service for me because of other franchisees history with them.To be clear the first lady I spoke with was very nice and the techs that came out last year did a good job so I didnt have any complaints with that part of the company.I need service and at least 1 new commmercial ac unit installed and even with trying to payup front with a card on file I was refused service for what will be close to a $20,000 project. After wasting my time trying to give money away I now must find someone else that can service my ac unit on a Friday .

The technicians that have helped me with my hot water heater have been absolutely the nicest people, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend Airco Service to my friends and family and I will continue to use them for future services. The work they did to my house is quality and they have given peace of mind.

My elderly mom contacted Airco about 2 years back when her older unit was malfunctioning. Next thing you know, she's got an expensive new unit and water heater. Not sure why, but my sweet mom seemed like she knew what was up, so okay.At first, it seemed like they'd done right in taking care of her, but we recently found out she was overcharged AND the cost was attached as a 2nd mortgage which she had no idea about, which means they were untruthful at the least. Now, she can't even get it serviced without paying $79 just to show up.Not cool, Airco. Why couldn't you just do the right thing and not be so seedy and greedy. She's on a fixed income! Shame on you all for preying on her like that. I'll let anyone and everyone know of your sketchy practices so they will shop elsewhere. Thanks for leaving such a bad taste in our mouths and my poor mom in deeper debt. Hope the extra cash you made of her was worth it, creeps.

I've been waiting 9 days on 2 different estimates. The man that showed up for an oven vent estimate knew nothing about vents and couldn't even tell me what size to look for. The plumber 'didn't have time ' to estimate an additional job, when he was already in the area work needed to be done, but had time to sit in his truck for a half hour in front of my house. I would have had a third job for electrical work, but I won't pay over $200 for an estimate. No communication, no estimate completed. No confidence in this company. No thanks.

Really excellent service and a very competent technician (David). Showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem effectively, got the parts and completed the repair quickly. You appreciate that when your AC is out in Oklahoma in July. Very satisfied.

We called them out for an estimate and to take a look at our heater. The technician was great, but the estimator, Cameron, was rude, unprofessional and down right pushy on sales. When I started to ask questions about charges he got defensive and aggressive. We will NOT be using them solely because of the estimator/salesmen.

They sent Clyde, who did a great job. I got the service the same day I called. Price was reasonable. He totally took care of the problem. We definitely Will use them again.

This is the second issue we have had with our Lennox unit within the first 18 months - what upsets me is the fact that the warranty explained by AirCo when purchased and installed is a joke. I was told when I called about the issue that the parts were still under warranty but that the labor warranty had expired. They don’t honor what they sell. I’m sure my defective capacitor was taken back to the shop where they promptly send it back to Lennox where they get credit for the part and warranty labor - all while I had to “purchase” the $246 “aftermarket parts”. Gives the impression of double dipping against the consumer. If I had known this upfront I could have hired anyone I wanted to fix the unit (without the threat of voiding the warranty) and not been subjected to 94 degrees all weekend long. I WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD WHEN I CALLED TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT THAT THE PARTS WHERE COVERED.

I am infuriated and compelled to share my appalling experience with this deceitful company. Prepare to be shocked by their flagrant disregard and relentless harassment!Let me be clear: we have meticulously signed and dated contracts, backed by a thorough written communication trail between us and this company. Despite this, their behavior is beyond reprehensible. They consistently stoop to rudeness and unprofessionalism, leaving me seething with anger.Incredibly, they have the audacity to disconnect calls (Lannel at accounting especially), displaying a complete lack of respect and basic decency. Their abominable conduct is unfathomable and leaves a sour taste in my mouth.Furthermore, every time we engage with them, they conveniently fail to provide any updates on our supposedly resolved file. Yet, they persist in bombarding us with inflated bills that contain arbitrary numbers nowhere to be found in our signed contracts. Zach was our technician. He arrived and was very polite and professional. He listened to everything I had to say, even the stuff that probably wasn't relevant to the issue. He called me sir with every statement and clearly explained what he determined was the issue. (Low freon) quoted $250. And then came back saying it was actually only $242. Yeah I know it's only $8 but 8 bucks is 8 bucks. This is the second time I have used Airco for two different issues and this is a company that knows customers are why they are in business. Thank you, Zach and Airco. Runiing cool in Oklahoma now.

We had a great experience with Airco for our new AC. At the consultation, they showed us 4 options for a new AC, so we could choose the right option for our needs and budget. Fast, efficient, and professional. I use these guys every summer and winter for routine maintenance and tune ups. I never have to wait for more than a few days to schedule and they’re always on time and friendly.

I called to have someone repair the lines of my ac unit. They sent someone out who was nice but wanted to quote me $550 and the cost of Freon to find out if it really was a leak in my lines. That would not include fixing it. Then when I explained I already knew I had a leak ( like I said when I made the appointment) he then suggested someone else to come out and quote me a price for what I thought I was getting today. Then he charged me $119 for I don’t know what??? And no one has come out to give me a quote. I think I should have not been charged.

They where wonderful, our breaker box went out and they came out right away to fix it. Great pricing and they helped with financing. It was 20 degrees outside and they where out there for 3 hrs in the cold the technician Daniel was great and knew his stuff. I would recommend to everyone. I will now call them for all my repairs.

I have an annual membership with AirCo, for which they do Spring & Autumn cleaning, tuneup, & preventative maintenance of my heating & cooling systems, & I get a discount on any parts I may need. Critical in Oklahoma’s extreme weather! My tech this time was Chelsea, who worked her absolute behind off. And it’s easy to remember her name, because they text a picture of who’s coming to your house, as well as their ETA!Anyway, Chelsea found a slight problem with one of the units, explained clearly & simply what my options were, & told me how she’d approach it if it were her; exactly the kind of honest expert advice I appreciate. She spent extra time cleaning one of the units, which had looked good from the outside, but had gotten absolutely filthy inside from sucking in all the debris from my recent roof replacement. Even my opinionated pup loved her, & flirted shamelessly the whole time Chelsea worked on our house. 😹

We contacted Airco after reaching out to where the previous owner of our home purchased our stove. Airco was upfront and honest about the cost to have a technician come out and we were able to be placed on the schedule for the next day.The technician (Curtis) called and a text was sent prior to him coming over. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix our stove in a timely fashion. Before any work was done he gave the quote and we agreed to the terms. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received today.

Rental property capacitor went out in the air conditioner. Called airco 5pm they dispatched a young technician Gerald who replaced capacitor and also cleaned unit work was completed before 7 pm. They texted my tenant 30 minutes before he arrived to let her know he was on his way. Airco also texted me a picture of Gerald and his work history with phone if I had any questions. Professional, on time and I was pleased with service airco provided.

There was no service. They didn't come or call when they said they would. I had to go to another business to get my electrical work done.

I called Airco service to check my AC system before the weather turns extremely hot. I called in the morning and was surprised to get an appointment with a technician that same afternoon. Shay was my technician and was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable of his profession. He was very aware of the Covid19 virus and took all precautions that he could in order to prevent exposure for him or me. He did a maintenance service and also replaced my thermostat that was beginning to have problems adjusting the setting of the temperature. He had a replacement on his truck and so within an hour he had completed the services. I am very satisfied with this service call and the attention to detail Shay and Airco Service gave for my service call. I would recommend them to others!!

I had no idea Airco worked on appliances. When I looked up washing machine repair their name was listed. Since they have a great reputation, I thought I would call. They set me up with a repairman that came out the next day. He called when he was on his way and sent a pic too. He and the company assured me he would have a mask and it would be a visit under all guidelines. Matt ward professional and gave me a quote and said he would be back tomorrow to finish the job once he got the part. He was back the next day and finished up Nice job and was very prompt.

Our 13 month old washer stopped working, conveniently after the 12 month warranty ran out. Decided to have them come out to diagnose it. Curtis was very professional. He let us know it was a really common issue with our washer and all he had to do was reset a part! Saved us the price of a new washer. Highly recommend!

Going on a week now with no a/c.. Horrible customer service, first had to wait the entire 4 day holiday weekend before they even ordered the part, which now that they've finally ordered, is supposed to take another several days to arrive..I wouldn't expect prompt service if you have an issue with your system to say the least.**Update, day 7 with no AC, after many calls with no call backs as promised, I was finally informed they received the part last night, and even though it's before noon Friday and already been 7 days, I will have to wait until Monday to have it fixed, which will then put it at 10 days. This is all with priority services of a service agreement too. By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had, anywhere to date.

My dryer needed a heating coil. After ordering it Curtis put it in. He is an extremely nice man who knows what he’s doing and doesn’t waste time. Very professional.

I just purchased my first home and had some initial maintenance needing done. I called airco for the positive reviews and everything was going smooth. Paid for the VIP package and had a rep come out for an A/C tune-up, and my wife spoke highly of that experience. We are not overly sensitive to the mask and shoe covering portion of the service industry, but the lady wore hers and was in and out in no time with everything being taken care of. I also needed an inspection and likely replacement on our hot water tank. That's where my issues begin. 2 reps came by, where my wife allowed them into our home. A mask, nor shoe coverings were anywhere in sight or even offered from the two men. They came in to look at the tank, where my wife stood and watched and communicated with them while they assessed the situation. She never saw them mess with anything on the tank besides looking around it and seeing what needed to be done. She stepped away for a moment and came back and they were ready to go, confirming it needed replaced. After that appointment our hot water has been luke warm, which was obviously fishy. The sales rep came by to give a quote that day, got me on the phone to be a part of the process and I had asked for an itemized list, not to shop the price, but to understand what I was paying for. He promptly, and politely, responded that he could provide that. I got the original quote, but no itemized pricing, and followed up for days after trying to receive that, just to get a semi-unprofessional email back with a break down of how much the tank was and how the labor was lumped in together. Fast forward a few more days and I go to check the tank one more time and the heat level on our tank had been turned down. Which had to have happened when my wife stepped away during the initial inspection. We knew it needed replaced already, so tinkering with the heat to ensure that it HAS TO be replaced puts me off a little. I was ready to pull the trigger and have my work done with you, but I will be looking elsewhere at this point. But the A/C service was great!

Kristian was very professional and personable. He did a great job cleaning out my dryer duct. He told me what he was doing step by step and then showed me before and after pictures. He went above and beyond cleaning up behind the dryer all the lint that had escaped over the years. I so much appreciated this because I am disabled and can't do that kind of cleaning.I am really happy that I called Airco. I love the fact that you text me and send me a photo of the technician that will be showing up at my home so I know who to expect.Thank you so much for all that you have done for me. I will be telling friends and family about my great experiences with your company and recommend Airco.

Airco installed my Generac home Generator and has maintained it for over a year. Throughout this time, I have had multiple issues with this unit, all of which were from the manufacturer, not Airco. Airco’s power generation team were able to discover a hairline fracture on the engine block and had the entire engine replaced in an exceptional timeframe. Additionally, their response time and attention to detail has been phenomenal. From a coil wire that vibrated loose to a complete engine replacement, Airco’s response time and support has been first rate. Kiddo’s to Austin, Derrick and all the technicians at Airco, they are truly professionals at what they do.

AirCo came to do annual maintenance on my tankless water heater and air system. It was done very professional.Well done AirCo staff and team.

Joshua was very professional and helpful. He helped us understand why our toilet was always backing up. And was able to fix it. It’s more than likely going to happen again and we will call them again for help.

We have used Airco since 2006 when we bought our current AC unit. They are wonderful. Their response time is great, they do a great job with keeping our unit maintained. Ardell has been our tech the last several times we have needed maintenance and he is awesome! He not only repaired the unit in 100+ heat index, but took the time to explain how to keep the outside unit cleaner between maintenance. Airco stands by their work and care about their customers.

Installation was excellent, installers were great, knowledgeable, hardworking. Unfortunately they messed up a can light & ceiling around it. Unfortunately the company has not contacted me about fixing it.So installation was great, Service afterwards, we’ll still waiting to hear from them.

We used AirCo a few years ago to install a new HVAC and had an excellent experience.We recently had two leaks in our bathrooms so we contacted AirCo for our plumbing. Unfortunately…our plumbing experience was one of the worst experiences we have had.The plumber did repair and fix one of the leaks but left the other leak unresolved. The leak was also worse than before he came. He advised we needed a new valve and estimated it would be $900. He also left a hole in our wall (another issue that we need to repair now) just to see what type of pipes we have.We chose to wait on the valve repair because I wanted to get a second opinion. So when it was time to pay and we weren’t going to do the expensive repair…he stated that he under quoted us for the one leak he did fix by $100. Originally he quoted $270 but it jumped to $370…then he dropped it to $310.So we paid $310 for one repair and a new issue to repair (a hole in the wall) and a leak that was worse.We called another plumber for a second opinion and they were able to repair our leak for a fraction of the cost…$140.Very disappointed in our plumbing experience with AirCo and definitely feel like we were taken advantage of and way over charged. Do not plan on doing service with them in the future.

The people who schedule The appointments are incompetent and give you conflicting information. I have used them in the past they were much better and now they can’t get their act together or even get a simple appointment time correct. Twice they have stood me and when I called back they told me that I wasn’t even scheduled!!They also told me that they don’t give set times yet I have a text messages that proves the time they were supposed to be at my house, their response was “oh we need to get our text messaging system updated”. Seriously this is their best customer service. Wouldn’t refer them to the devil !!

Absolutely wonderful experience. I put in an online request and had a call within minutes. They were out same day to take care of my issue. I went ahead and got their maintenance plan and was not charged any extra for the small issue they found. All around excellent people and Mike is a great technician.

This company is great! I called them yesterday after 5pm to get an estimate for a water heater. The representative was very professional and scheduled for someone to come that evening. The estimator made it to my home within the hour. He estimated a price lower than what another company estimated plus the estimate was for a water heater with a longer warranty. We scheduled the installation for the next day. On installation day, they called just after 8am stating they were ready to come within 30 minutes. They technicians were polite, professional and quick. They installed my water heater in less than 2 hours. The other company said installation would take 4 hours, with a higher price and for a tank with a lesser warranty. I highly recommend Airco Service.

Bought a brand new HVAC 7/2021. They hooked it up wrong you turn on the heater and the air came on and visa versa. They charged us for copper that they didn't use and we are STILL waiting for that to be resolved. Then here we are ONE YEAR AND NINE DAYS later and the unit goes out. Then they have the nerve to charge us for the issue. Manager refused to talk to us.

I bought a new AC/heat unit several years ago from Airco and pay annually to have it serviced twice a year according to their maintenance program. They have always come out on Saturday to do the maintenance because I work normal business hours Mon-Fri and can't be home without missing work. My wife has severe social anxiety and stays home, but can't deal with the interaction without me being there. I called twice today to set up a fall service and they said they won't come on a Saturday, only Mon-Fri. UPDATE: Customer Care called me and resolved the issue and were very professional and curtious. I had to push out my service a little bit but it will be when I can be home and off work. Thank you for being the company I put my trust into.

Master shower head fell out of wall. Our home is 16 years old and had $ fixtures. We learned it was installed with pipes that caroned and installed improperly.James was great and took care of the problem and installed a new shower head within a few hours.

We smelled gas at our fireplace starter on a Saturday. We contacted ONG, who sent someone out to investigate. The serviceman confirmed the leak and turned off the gas. I then called our usual plumber to make the repair. The weekend fee was $250 and I did not care AT ALL for the very rude plumber who was sent out. By the time our gas was turned back on, it was Sunday before we could get someone to come turn on our heaters (it was a very cold weekend to go without heat for 24 hours!). I was not going to nor will ever use that plumbing service again, believe me, so I combed the internet looking for service companies and started making calls. After calling and leaving messages at a number of companies, I called AirCo and a person actually picked up the phone! AirCo’s emergency weekend appointment fee was less than half of plumbing service I had used on Saturday. Demetrio soon arrived, was extremely polite, and went over and above to discuss our heating system with us, inform us the filters were dirty, and set up an appointment for the following day to replace a missing vent cap on the roof. I could not be happier with the service we received from AirCo, and they will be the first place I call for any sort of repairs from this point forward.

A.C. went out on the hottest day of the season. I figured a few days until a visit let alone a repair could be made.From the outset on my initial call to Airco a very pleasant voice on the other end of the line who had a willingness to help me work out a problem.I was amazed that I got a next-day appointment and I told them when I was going to be home, and as I pulled into the driveway a repair man called and said he would be there in just a few minutes. But what I was really surprised that was his total professionalism in getting the problem solved. And I was even more amazed that he had the part on his truck in order to get the issue resolved. The service call from start to finish was handled with true professionalism and speed and I for one was very grateful . THANKS AIRCO

The repairman showed up to fix non running toilet. Said he couldn’t because the water shut off valve was rusted off. Put job on hold. Never came back, never heard from him or the company again until yesterday, when I received a bill for $99.

When you call, one person will tell you one thing and then when you call back, you'll get someone completely different that will tell you something totally different 180* from what the first person told you. And they're kinda rude. Disappointing since I wanted to do business.

One of their drivers in their van was driving like a madman on Memorial & 61st and almost hit a woman with a child in the car this morning.

Received a quote Wednesday afternoon that went above and beyond helping us though the finance by Thursday afternoon. The installation guy's had the whole system swapped out and running by 3pm Friday I don't think the installers took a break or lunch they worked straight through, totally awesome couldn't ask for better. Tech tried to sell me a thermostat that was 3x more than the price of a thermostat at Home Depot and my thermostat was not the issue. Tech also didn’t check to see if the parts for my Heat Pump were under warrant and over charged me for the initial repair. Was able to double check on the warranty personally thank God before he was done.The response time was good, however if you don’t have an emergency I would shop around.

David was a tremendous help. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. The knowledge and information he provided were key in maintaining our AC unit.

Last Monday I had an appointment with a gentleman from Airco. I've seen numerous commercial's on TV about there service. I know that they are a great family company. I had previously had an AC & Furnace installed back in 2009 when I owned my Condo with another Company. There was no pressure to purchase as I had my furnace inspected by a tech from Airco a few days prior. After my decision was made, application approved & signed the next 2 days the install techs were over to install a brand new Lennox AC & Furnace. What a huge difference a New System(furnace) makes. It heats up my house wonderfully. I would definitely recommend Airco if your looking to replace your AC,Furnace, Hot Water tank. The website is easy to let Airco know what issues you are experiencing in your house or business. Truly a Fantastic, Wonderful Company & employees to work with. Thank you.

Not fully satisfied with resolution. Over quoted on price and was charged an extreme amount to fix one leak. Main bath was still leaking and issue was not fully resolved. Plumber left a hole in our wall and an unfixed leak. We were quoted $900 to repair fully. We were referred to another plumber by a personal friend for a second opinion and we were able to get leak repaired for a 1/4th of the price quoted by Airco.

I thought Jacob TJ and Eddie and everyone else involved in my heating and air to get us were we needed to be were outstanding the hole crew was from top to bottom was outstanding thank for getting us out of the HEAT

We couldn't wait another day without any A/C. I called Airco and Zach came right on out to take care of it. He was professional and thorough, and we got cold air. Airco was also $350 cheaper than the estimate we got from another company!! Thank you so much guys we appreciate your service and will be using your company again for future needs.
