I personally know the owner and he is one of the most genuine person you can work with. Amazing man of god and I get the chance to volunteer with the owner so I know his work is very clean

Jerry showed up on time and went straight to work. He listened to all of the little jobs I wanted looked at and offered advice/answered my questions as we went. He was very knowledgable and wasn't condescending at all as some professionals can be. He worked quick while making sure that everything was done correctly and completely. I will be calling them again for any future plumbing needs I have!

Mark and his team are who we always call when we have a plumbing need. We have used his services for several years and are satisfied every time. Be it replacing our hot water tank to unclogging the toilet we have never been disappointed with Markim plumbing. Their service is professional and their prices competitive. We suffered a broken main water line into our house from the recent winter storm. Markim was able to come out within 24 hours of our call to repair our line. We were given estimates of days or even weeks before we could get a plumber from the big shops in town.
They were able to quickly find the line and dig down to it (it was deeper than code required and close to 4 feet deep) and repair it. They also fixed a water line to one of our toilets that was clogged from the sediment that was in the water lines from the broken pipe.
We will be using them as our go to plumber moving forward.

This company and team worked magic! After our A/C went out last night we were trying to figure out the issue ourselves because our unit was old but nothing was working. We feared it may have to be replaced but kept our thoughts positive. I contacted Markim at 7:30 this morning and received almost an immediate text saying someone could come out midday. Perfect, we’ll see you then!( I had left messages at two other places, just in case) I got a call about 10 am saying they were on their way. (His name was Bobby McGee, seriously the best guy)The tech ran his tests and showed us what was wrong and answered all of our questions.Unfortunately our A/C had breathed its last cold breathe. We asked for an estimate and the tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Didn’t push us one way or another and was completely honest. We felt the price we were quoted was fair and reasonable and decided it would be too much of a hassle to check around when the other companies I had called hadn’t even called back. The tech checked to see if the unit was in stock, it was, and then called Mark (The Man) They could come out today and start the replacement. WHAT?!? How awesome. Two hours later David and Max show up and get to work taking out the old A/C and furnace. Our buddy Bobby was back about 30 minutes after them with the new unit. They never promised it would be done tonight which is understandable because a pregnant lady not getting what she thought with no A/C is not good news 😁 BUT they did it. They did it in like 5 hours. 🤯 I know that is not likely to happen in the middle of summer on the hottest day of the year but this team nailed it! Not only did they work a miracle but all the gentlemen were THE nicest guys ever. This company will forever be our go to for heating/air/plumbing. Don’t hesitate to call them, I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😃

I appreciated that Markim were able to receive photos by text, because that enabled them to understand the problem and prepare for the job before they arrived at my house.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job setting up and repairing the pipes, faucets, and hoses for our washing machine! They came out to our house, were so kind and personable, and got the job done. I requested the plumber wear a mask a footies and when I answered the door he was in a mask and putting on his footies. He told me it would take approximately 1.5 hrs to install each faucet. He finished in two hours. He kept me appraised along the way and was super tidy. Would def. use them again.

I had an emergency. I called and the owner answered. They took care of the problem immediately. I had a slab leak. Three gentleman came out. The first one assessed the problem and gave me options, he gave me his recommendation which was the less expensive route - very impressive. The second gentleman jackhammered the slab and did the repair. The third gentleman poured the concrete. They were very honest and polite and courteous. The price was competitive. I am very very pleased!

I paid Markim Plumbing over $600.00 to fix my 4-5 year old water heater. They replaced all the easily accessible and expensive items on it and my propane tank. Jerry told me, before he left, should we have any further problems with the water heater not staying lit, they'd be right out to fix it.

Not so the case!

Now that the check is cashed and the hard work begins...Markim wants me to find someone else to finish their work.

With three daughters and a wife...Ii'll be a long week waiting for a competent plumber to fix this correctly

They came late in the day even though they were busy. Came in, explained the problem, got it taken care of and made sure we were satisfied.

We found Mark a few months back when we had a plumbing issue - we weren't able to use his company at the time, but he gave us helpful advice over text and followed up to make sure we got the issue resolved. This past weekend, we had an emergency (a pipe in the yard burst) and again reached out to Mark. He texted with us over the weekend, again giving us helpful advice, and sent out one of his guys (David) Monday morning. David was great and fixed the problem - we are very pleased with his service and pleased and thankful for both him and Mark. If you have any plumbing issues (or, any issues related to the services they provide), Markim should be your first call.

I reached out to Mark to get a second opinion on some plumbing we were having installed - just to confirm our contractor had everything lined up properly at our new house but also to see if there was anything we could do to make the plumbing better. He not only answered my call right away, but he also scheduled to go out the next day to give us this professional second look. His quote to do this was extremely reasonable, and he texted me either later the same day or the morning after he went out. He not only gave us a good report (that the plumbing had all been installed properly ) but also shared a couple of ways we could enhance the plumbing if we wanted. Mark was a courteous professional that took care of our request right away. I HIGHLY recommend him and will be calling him from now on for any plumbing or HVAC issues we encounter.

I hade two broken AC units. One I had repaired many times myself. The team was responsive, I got a same day evaluation in the middle of 102 degree hot summer weather. I received a very competitive quote. His team showed up on time for the work and were very professional!

Mark helped turn my horrible week around! Last week, my grandmother passed away and then my water heater went out. I spent an entire day cleaning up water from my floors and drying everything out. Other companies that I reached out to did not respond at all or did not respond timely. Mark's team came out and installed my new water heater in one day and everything is working perfectly now. After a long day spent cleaning out my grandmothers house, it was so nice to know I was coming home to hot water again. Thank you, Markim Plumbing and Mechanical. I had an extremely slow-draining kitchen sink. Aaron showed up right on time. He was able to get the pipe unclogged and we discussed what the next step would be if I have to call them back out. I have cast iron pipes that were installed in 1968, so I may have something more serious. Hopefully not and I'm really happy they are willing to try the simple things first. I do not feel overcharged and Aaron made minimal mess and then he cleaned it up.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees.

Had gurgling toilets that, after investigation, stemmed from both collapsed old pipe and severely clogged newer pipe. Called late on Wednesday with initial problem and they discovered and fixed all issues (including removing concrete, digging a trench, and replacing about 30 feet of pipe) by Friday afternoon with limited interruption in plumbing access.

Employee David (along with owner Mark) did amazing work, were easy to talk to, and are very good people to boot. Another employee Mike also did excellent work for us on a separate project earlier this year.

Hire this company and you’ll never regret it.
