Duvall Plumbing Heating and Cooling

I had a pipe burst at 10:00pm the day before Christmas Eve. I called Duvall at 8am the next morning and a live person answered the phone and sounded like they genuinely cared about my situation. She said they would have someone out between noon and 5pm. Of course I figured they would be here at 4:59pm. But at 12:12pm I received a call from Hunter to let me know he was on his way. My situation was resolved by 2:00pm. Hunter was very knowledgeable and professional. He is an asset to Duvall and should be commended for how he represents the company. My Christmas festivities are underway. Thank you Hunter and Duvall Plumbing.

Highly recommend Duvall Plumbing, and specifically Hunter! We called around 9pm because one of our rooms had soaking wet carpet. By 10pm, Hunter was at our home and figured out what was causing the leak and repaired the busted pipe. Out of 4 companies called, Duvall was the only one truly 24/7 with someone willing to come help us with this emergency situation. Thank you Hunter, we appreciate you coming out so late to help us.

Eddy is well informed and provides professional services! Brian came out on no notice on a Sunday. Which was amazing enough. Prices were WAY cheaper than what I was expecting. He even gave me a military discount, as Brian is a veteran himself. He explained in detail what he was working on. He spoke with my business's landlord and coordinated with him to help figure out the problem and get it resolved. Super professional. Super courteous. Duvall plumbing co was amazing!!! They showed up within an hour of me calling when both my toilets stopped working. We just moved into a new house a couple days ago so the stress of a plumbing issue showing up was real. Both guys were super nice, professional and quick. They fixed the problem in 30 minutes!!! I’m recommending them to everyone I know!!

I had them come out and do the spring service on my hvac system. The crews who came out were all very professional and friendly. There was an issue that I called about and spoke with Eric, the HVAC supervisor who came out and took care of it personally. He made sure everything was up and running the way it should.

Duvall really got us out of a jam. I’m responsible for maintenance at a big apartment complex. The outdoor gas regulator locked up and an entire building was without hot water and stove. We called a few different plumbers and nobody wanted to touch it. We called Duvall, and they came right out and got it done. Their guys are real professionals. Lester and Justin really got me out of a jam. I really appreciate what you guys did.Duvall is the only plumber I’ll use going forward!

Matt came out, fixed the first issue, didn’t over charge us. Had some more issues a couple of weeks later. Matt came back out, knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed the issue the next week. Great knowledge, and a fair price. Felt really comfortable with everything he recommended.

very over priced they were wanting way to much money for repaing and replacing sewer line and under house repairs got the repairs done by total plumbing for way less the price !! I DONT RECOMMEND DUVALL !!

Twice I got Hunter and twice he saved the day! 1st after I had to call the fire department out to turn off the water… it was bad… Hunter arrived immediately to fix the problem and the 2nd time after I got the wrong person to tell me they could install a hot water tank. Wrong! He fixed everything in no time and had us up and running with a correct up to code install. Amen!

Scotty came and was fantastic. He did not try to oversell me due to the fact that my AC unit was super old, instead he focused on the issue we conveyed and FIXED it. Every other technician that has come by from other companies simply focused on trying to get us to buy a new unit and not take the time to address the issue they were called out for. He was prompt, honest, and very skilled and knowledgeable. Will definitely be using this company moving forward for all of my future needs.

We had some sediment that started showing up in our bathtub and shower, which needless to say worried me greatly. The technician Hunter came out exactly when he was scheduled, was extremely polite and got straight to work. He was able to clear out our aerators and verify there was nothing else left in our water system afterward. The $ was a little pricey, but overall was well worth the peace of mind. I would recommend Duvall to anyone who has any plumbing problems or concerns about future problems. I will definitely be using Duvall again in the future if I come across anymore plumbing issues.

We live in shoreline apartments and the manager called to have the plumbing fixed. The guy just left and everything is still backed up. We just asked our neighbors and theirs is still backed up as well. Now we have to call emergency maintenance to let them know the job wasn’t done. I wouldn’t suggest this place. Go somewhere else.

I've know one of the guys (Jude) that works there for almost 3 years now. They are some of the best people you would come to know. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Since moving into my house last year, I have used Duvall for all my plumbing needs and this week I came across an AC issue. After calling around for help to see who could get me in the same day, I remembered Duvall works on heating and cooling also and contacted them. They were able to get me the help I needed and in the same evening! I know who I can contact when help is needed! The temp in my house finally went back down from 90° to where it should be. My water heater blew out and I needed immediate service on a Saturday night. They came and tended to it and later came to replace the unit. I had 2 other bids, not only was Duvall less expensive they were the most responsive and professional. Bryan and Brandon, as well as everyone who answered the phone were stellar. I would still have done business with them even if they weren't the least expensive. I truly appreicate that they never talked down to me because I am a woman. Highly recommended!

Employees were nice but job wasn't complete for 3 days then had the same issues 5 days later. Their prices are outrageous and they don't seem to care as long as they get your money.i will NOT use them again.

We noticed we were leaking water into the crawlspace with every flush of the toilet. Brian came out around 8:30 today and had the pipe repaired before noon! Very pleased & thankful.

I'm giving them 3 stars because they did get our new water line installed and quality of work was satisfactory. However, the experience was tainted by the plumbers on site not following the directions given. I gave them very specific directions on where I wanted the shut off valve (about 30ft from crawl space access). What did they do? They ran the pipe 30ft over to near the crawlspace access and installed the valve. I'm sure the plumber thought he was doing me some great service but what he didn't realize was that the existing access point was getting covered by a concrete patio less than a week later and I ended up having to crawl under the house and move the valve myself. Very disappointed in the service I got from this company. Will not hire them again. Unfortunately this seems to be a reoccurring theme with contractors lately where they do not listen to their customers and decide that they know best.

Until today I had never used Duvall Plumbing. They were recommended to my by a friend. I had a problem on Sunday (yesterday) and called them. On they phone they were personable and responsive. They told me they would have someone out to my house first thing in the morning. Today they showed up right away. They were actually early, which was a nice change. You don't get that kind of responsiveness (which is why I asked my friend for a recommendation). I'll be paying it forward and recommending Duvall to everyone I can. They were excellent.

Hunter came out on a Sunday and did a great job!!

They replaced my hot water knob on my washer and checked my hot water heater. They told me they would replace my hot water heater for a very expensive price and then charged me 250$ just for the knob to be replaced. Then sat in his car for 20 minutes before coming back in and charging me. I know I am not an expert but I do know the part alone was NOT that much.

Over priced, lack of completed inspections prior to installation so when the time came to do the work they had more and more expenses to tack on and more people to call. Did not match the price of quote, even after they came out to inspect first.

Eddie was awesome. He educated on everything he was doing so I could understand what the problem was. I’ve had people come out and not be able to explain things before. It’s good to have someone know what they’re doing!

Brandon Hagood was awesome! Went through my slab in the master closet and removed concrete and made a repair on a busted copper pipe. He also changed out some valves as well on some other items. This guy is super knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing! He is also a very hard worker and is fast as well. It is very hard to find someone that actually cares and does excellent quality work in today’s world.I would highly recommend Duvall Plumbing and ask Brandon to do the repair.

I had lots of fixtures to be installed. I recieved a call to discuss my project and a very rough estimate which certainly helped. These gentlemen are top notch plumbers!!! Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. They installed a gas cook top, garbage disposal and bathroom sink plumbing. They also installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system and literally did an amazing job. It works properly, they explained that I would need to allow it to fill up and dump the water at least twice prior to use. In addition, the spatial planning and neatness executed in the installation is much appreciated. It's not taking up all my under sink space because they tucked it nice and neatly. My fixtures and air switch are nice and tight and not wobbly at all!!!! Oh.... the prices. Call and check because I was floored!!!!!! 👀👀 I have some more stuff to be installed. These are my new go to for plumbing!!!!

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE CALL SOMEONE ELSE! We had a slow draining toilet, and kitchen sink so we tried to snake the line and when we couldn't make the repair we called around and Duvall Plumbing was the most responsive, but that is the only positive thing I have to say Hunter came.out and was nice enough but left us with no working toilet and charged us 300 to not fix the issue but make it worse. At least before we called we could use the restroom, he said it would cost us $900 and a new toilet and they would call tomorrow to try to get us on their schedule. NO THANKS. HE ALSO SAID IT WOULD WORK FOR NOW UNTIL THEY COULD GET BACK NOW THERE IS SEWAGE LEAKING ONTO MY BATHROOM FLOOR

Cayde & Rob came to help with toilet plumbing issues and to install a new faucet for me today. Such a great experience! They had me fixed in no time. I recently lost my longtime plumber due to an injury he had. I looked online and saw that Duvall had good reviews, so I decided it was time to try. I can't say enough about the people who helped me, from the nice person who answered the phone and booked the appointment (within 2 days, which was what I wanted) to the actual plumbers who fixed my issues and installed a new faucet. Great all the way around! Will certainly call them again when the need arises!

Brandon came out to repair a toilet we had that had a tank leak for some time. We had Harp Services out two times prior to fix this problem but they never got it done. Brandon diagnosed the problem and fixed it and the toilet tank has not leaked since. I have now used Duvall Plumbing two times in the past three months to rectify repair work Harp Services did that did not fix our problems. I have been very pleased with the service and workmanship I have received so far with Duvall. I have also used your heat and air service and was very satisfied with their work also.

Duval came out. The technician was very nice and presentable. Attempted to make a repair. Gave me a quote to replace the entire fixture. I chose not go that route. Andy Duval called to explain their policy is not to repair exterior faucets due to their tendency to fail again and refunded my service call. Absolutely wanted me to be satisfied with their service. I understand their policy but would have liked the technician to explain that at the initial call.

Dillon came out first to repair what we thought was a hose leak. He found it was coming from our faucet and determined it could not be repaired. He was professional and even suggested a good faucet brand that would work with our present setup.I went and purchased the faucet and called back to set up the install. Brandon came out the next day and installed in 30 minutes, cleaned up the mess and even reconnected our garbage disposal. We were very pleased!!I have to add that the ladies answering the phones and setting appointments were awesome!

Do NOT look for another plumber. Duvall provided honest and quality services at fair cost. My house was built in 1964, and its sewer lines under the house were never replaced. After needing the lines cleared more frequently at the end of 2020, Duvall threw out a spot-fix repair or two as options so that it more than likely will solve the problem without having to replace the entire sewer lines under the house. They performed two spot repairs. So far, the lines seem to be holding clear. They are flexible, responsive, and always exceeded my expectations. I will use them again, even if it means more spot repairs, since they are willing to come up with solutions that fix problems immediately, understanding budget constraints by giving options. Every Technician is polite, friendly and professional. Each one answered questions honestly, showed me their work and were overall transparent with the process. Great people that care about taking care of their customers.

They cleaned the sewer line before I moved in which was desperately needed, and then when my refrigerator's water hose was leaking they were able to come over on short notice, diagnose the problem, and prevent further leakage. Found ourselves without hot water late Tuesday night. Looked on line and found Duvall Plumbing. Reading through the countless 5 star reviews as well as being a local business (one of my personal requirements) I though I’d give them a call. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone and time was set up for the next day. Hunter was prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional, he assessed the problem, gave me an estimate and we set up the service for Friday. Friday came and Curtis and Remington showed in the pre set time frame. Both were also friendly, courteous and professional. The cost was exactly as the estimate. We are so very pleased we found Duvall!! Will definitely use them again.

I live in an older home and have had constant sewer line problems. At least once and sometimes a year I have had to had a Rooter type of company come to my home. Usually they have had major problems and I have ended up with two expensive service calls before the problem was temporarily repaired. Last week Duvall plumbing dug out the old broken sewer line and replaced it with a new PVC line. They did great work, made sure to get my yard back into decent shape and had the whole problem fixed in one day. Highly recommend.

Just want to give a praise report on some amazing technicians Rick and Justin. These guys did an amazing job searching done and finding a leak in our upstairs bathroom rent house. They worked throughly with patience considerin our circumstances and for that im very thankful for the both of them. On time and in and out with no mess which I was surprised due to they had to cut into the ceiling from the lower level bathroom and cutting sheet rock is not pretty but I didn't haven't clean anything. 6 months ago I called for a quote about replacing the water heater. The guy showed up about an hour late spend 5 minutes looking at everything hit me with a quote and left. Told me I needed to find an electrician to test the circuit or some thing. The guy couldn’t even make sure I understood what I needed the electrician to do. Today they is first time they called to ask if I’ve found an electrician yet. No…. Cause those contractors are as responsive as Duvall is. So they lost the job not because of their bid price or anything else but simply because they’re too apathetic to have a working relationship with an electrician. If you choose this company be prepared to relentlessly follow up cause they’re not going to.

We called Duvall Plumbing to replace 2 outside faucets. They were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule the next morning and did GREAT work! The new faucets look like they came with the house. February 16, 2021 in the mist of horrible freeze our carbon monoxide detector started beeping almost continuously. I called Mullin and was told “ sorry about that”, Murry was an extra $500 to come and Williams wanted me to just leave a message. initially duvall plumbing came out to clean my mainline, had a plumber come out and they said i did not have a drain off valve in my backyard so charged me 309 dollars without really even inspecting anything. my bedroom ended up flooding out 3 days after company left and they said my warranty was voided for some roots in my drain which was understandable but offered on assistance afterwards so i ended up having another plumbing company come out and they found the backup line and ended up clearing out the main line themselves. upon calling duvall plumbing to see about a refund i was forced to remove the original review i left to even receive said refund. So in conclusion Duvall plumbing over charged me didnt even clear out the mainline like paid to do so, and forced a removal of a bad review to even refund my money. DO NOT RECOMMEND company to anyone.

Had to replace the water feed faucet to my ice maker. Called Duval and fortunate enough to get Matt King. He arrived right on time, quickly assessed the situation and within 15 minutes made the switch, insuring there were no leaks. Matt is a good man very competent.

I have been getting multiple quotes on repairing / replacing a main line valve for my commercial property and I made that very clear with reception the day prior. Good thing is they do not charge $90+ to just come out and give a quote however it was the absolute most distasteful experience I’ve had with their person that came out to give us a quote. The gentlemen had the audacity to ask if we “had the funds” to complete the task which most certainly we do and most likely would have gone with their estimate but after hearing that we wanted absolutely nothing to do with the company.

They are pretty quick but the price is outrageous.

Scheduled a service for fixing several leaks, a clogged drain and installing a couple of faucets. Was told they would show by 10 I'm the morning, showed at 1pm and could only work for one hour then had to leave. Was told it would cost an additional fee for someone to come back out to do more work. The work they did do some things were fixed but others were not.

0/5, if it was a possibility.The company provided an incorrect size tank on the initial installation, so they had to remove the equipment and return it to the shop to get a new one. After an un-install and re-install, they had dented our new pan. The tech discovered a need for a combustion line and failed to recognize this in the initial bid, so they comp the additional installation. The inspector came and the work failed inspection. Several days later, we returned home, and our floor vents were flooded, and ceilings and carpet were wet due to a water line leak. We called for an emergency repair from Duvall and they sent a tech and discovered that the HOT line was installed incorrectly from the new PEX to the old copper and then we contacted the company the next day to discuss next steps. At this point, we were riddled with restoration and installation issues to address. Duvall FAILED to recognize the fix that the installation needed. The install failed to pass inspection twice.The company did pay for the repair of the walls and carpet; however, they failed to compensate housing and inconvenience due to no pre-authorization of “alternate living arrangements”. I don’t know why Duvall thinks anyone would want to be in a home that is not habitable. As there was DUST and CHEMICAL odor throughout the house. As if that wasn’t enough, per the restoration company, we had to turn on the heat to accelerate the drying process and dry out the flooded vents. Who should stay in a home in this summer heat with the HEAT on? Apparently, here at Duvall, they think you should. The total time from the initial installation to the restoration company drying out the wood, it took NINE days. During this entire time, the company NEVER reached out or asked whether we had any needs they could accommodate. From installation to customer service, it was handled extremely POOR with incompetence and negligence.Sure, if the installation went great, it wouldn’t be an issue. However, should ANY mishaps occur during or due to poor installation from Duvall's inexperienced techs, this company is as horrible as it comes.

I moved in last week and my movers were late getting the truck unloaded. I have a Gas Dryer and was unable to install it myself because the gas valve had a plug frozen in place. I called at 8 am on an Saturday morning and Ivan showed up by 4 pm. Ivan replaced the valve and even hooked up the dryer for me.I had called several other plumbers because the google results put Duvall as the 4th result. The first three said they wouldn't be able to come out for days. Duvall not only came out that day I felt like they charged a fair price and did not charge a premium for weekend service.Pro business tip. This is an example of small thing that can guarantee you repeat business because as long as I live in Tulsa Duvall plumbing will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Both Jude and Asher arrived 1hr early and went right to work. Both personable and professional. Minimal drywall was cut out to locate pipe attachments. Both outdoor faucets secured in place with screws and silicon. Very pleased with the installation.

Just moved into a new home and found lots of issues. I have now, after trying 2 different plumbing companies used this company for several repairs; * Hunter came out in the middle of the night did an awesome Job, was very professional and informative repairing my water heater, explained everything to me and I couldn't be more greatful that he showed up! Excellent service!* Jackie cleaned and repaired my AC/ Heating units and got my heater working again for a fair price and did great work.* Brandon went above and beyond to do a tub faucet leak repair and replacement in a hard to reach area without making me have to demolish my house to make it easier for him, seriously made my day, as well as a sink faucet replacement that he had to come back a second time for because the faucet I bought leaked out of package.Sorry I couldn't figure out how to do separate reviews for each of you!! You all are seriously some of the best in the business! I have to give it to the company you know how to hire great people, not just professionally but personally and character as well. These guys were kind, curtious answered all my questions, took their time and did quality work. Never once made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or getting over charged unlike the other companies and did not leave me any doubt as to the quality of their work. BEWARE, they will take advantage of your nativity and milk every penny they can out of a job. Vastly overcharged for work performed, I have workers on camera sitting around and talking on the phone for hours, and had neighbors tell me about workers sitting around. Figured it was a flat rate job and didn't mind at the time. But they will try to upcharge you every step of the way, and promise you services they cannot deliver. Did not communicate when job was to be finished on another day. Offered a partial refund and rescinded the refund by claiming extra work that wasn't really work, and since they cut off a ball valve and tried to charge me to put one back on. Promised me help on a variance for septic if I paid them 2500 to finish a water line install, but then dodged my calls for a week and lied about the variance, and underperformed on the line install. They spent a few hours chipping a rock and then milked the actual tie in to try to justify the time they spent onsite. Brian and Remington are snakes that will tell you anything you want to hear, then they try to pawn you off on someone else and route your calls away from them if you try to get back to them. Do not trust what anyone says there.

I am very happy with service I received from Duvall plumbing heat and air. Scotty Y. was very professional, friendly and fixed my a/c. They were very honest and upfront with the process and cost. This is the second time I’ve called on Duvall and they have not disappointed.

We bought a water filtration system that needed to be professionally installed. We went with Duvall because we’ve had other subpar plumbers in and out of our new build and we knew we wanted this done right! I believe it was Rick and Davis who came and installed our system. They did an AMAZING job and communicated well. We are super happy with it. It wasn’t the cheapest but definitely got what we paid for.

They came 5 times & never fixed the tub faucet. They actually told me I was suppose to go to the plumbing supply to buy my own parts (after I bought the wrong part from Home Depot I had to eat) & to call them to come install the parts. Which they didn’t tell me what to buy. Then (5th visit) they came-cut the part & handed it to me to go buy myself! I am not a plumber - that’s why I hire plumbers! Unbelievable. Had to hire another plumber to do the work they never did-after paying them twice.

I needed to have my Aquasana water filtration system installed in my newly purchased home in Broken Arrow and spent hours on Google researching plumbing companies in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow region.(I did this while still living in California).I chose Duvall based on the reviews, gave them a call, and arranged to have them meet my partner, who was already in Coweta, to do an estimate.Remington showed up, looked over the situation, explained what he would do, and how much it would cost(not inexpensive, but very reasonable given the scope of work that was necessary).I received an email of the estimate quickly. My partner is a retired general contractor whose opinion I value: he was very impressed with Remington, so I went ahead and scheduled an installation date based on when I had expected to be at my new house.The timing of the cross-country drive changed, so I called around a week in advance and changed the date of installation with no issues.Remington and Scotty arrived on time on the appropriate day and got right to work. I discovered an extra issue upon moving in the day before - the toilet tank in my master bath was overflowing after flushing as the innards were the old style ball float, and weren't functioning correctly anymore.I mentioned this as they prepared for the ACTUAL job, and Remington replaced the faulty parts quickly(at no extra charge!).The meticulous way Remington cleaned up after each new mess he made was incredible!They spent the entire day on my installation, even draining the water heater so I would have the new filtered water in the tank all at once, making great use of my new system.I could not be happier with this company, and will absolutely use them again in the future should I have the need for a plumber! I highly recommend them!

Andy did an amazing job for us. We had a pretty significant issue with sewer water not draining properly, both inside and outside the house. When he first came out, he found issues that the previous plumber had missed, then he quoted a very reasonable price to fix the problem. While he was here, the city sewer guy came out and said the words a homeowner never wants to hear, I've never seen that before... He and his crew came today, dug up the old pipe outside, replaced it, reseated 2 toilets, and flushed the interior line for us. He explained everything he did, and showed me the new line before he covered it up. He went above & beyond to make sure we're taken care of - I am so grateful!

I called Duvall Plumbing, after OK Natural Gas shut my gas line off due to leak. Jordan took my call, and immediately sent me a plumber.She was very sweet and nice. Brandon was out here withing an hour, found the leak, replaced the valve, and my gas was on at my house again. Brandon was super knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
