I used Air Solutions for a blower door test on our new home under construction. Mike was quick to contact me and very helpful. Mike also was very flexible with my schedule, showed up when he said and exceeded my expectations. I was very happy with how the test was performed and the recommendations provided following the test. I will be using Air Solutions again for my final blower door test prior to occupancy.

Did a great job and were fast. Called yesterday to get them out to do an estimate for some water heater work. They got us in first thing this morning. We had them go ahead and do the repairs and they had it done in just a few hours. Very professional.

The Technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He quickly resolved my issue.

I do not recommend this business. They charged me nearly $600 and did shoddy work. The tech ran wires externally and on the top of the condenser. This is a shocking hazard. I have small children who can easily reach these exposed wires. I called right after the tech left and asked for him to come back to fix the issue. The lady who answered my call said someone would be right out. No one showed up. No one returned my call.

Woke up to a 65 degree house this morning & learned my heater was short cycling. I googled then chose Air Solutions bc they were located nearby & were able to get to me the same day. I called @ 10:30 & was told a tech would be assigned as one was available.
I got an email & a text w their photo prior to their arrival & a customer service rep called me to verify as well.
Seth arrived promptly, was masked when I opened the door & has his tablet ready with my issue. He was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes & explained to me what was causing the issue & what would have to be done to fix it. Unfortunately, the part needed could not be acquired until Monday as it's a Friday @ 5, this was beyond his control.
He was kind about the fact my kitties were very interested in what he was doing 😹 A great customer service experience & a tech I felt I can trust.

No air conditioning and power kept going in and out. They sent air conditioning guys to check that out and they said it was an electrical thing. Electrical guys said it was in Public Service of Oklahoma. Got them to come out and am cool again. The men were are kind , polite, and explained all to me.

I was experiencing loud noise from the return vent on my AC unit. The technician recognized my problem quickly. He went to the plumbing store, purchased a new filter, returned quickly and installed the filter which resolved my issue. He (Cody) was professional, courteous, and respectful.

Seth C. determined problem in 15 minutes and took another 15 minutes to install parts that he had in van. Did all this on the 4th of July.. My wife and I were very happy to get our air back on.

Everything went great! The guys wore booties in my house when just passing through my house to the backyard. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and quick but thorough. They installed a 220 line and some pool equipment for me. I would definitely call them for any future services.

No one else was willing to tackle putting grab bars in a fiberglass shower. They are willing to take on the task and their methods sounds well thought out and as though it will provide good support but still predict the walls of the fiberglass shower. I have been with this company for over a decade. Most of that time my technician has been Keith H. I had problems with the unit when I first moved in my home and it took Air Solutions to remedy the problems. A tech was called in to assist those working on my home who is now in sales but his skills were incredible and he was HONEST. I eventually replaced my old purchased in Mexco system with his best choice for my home. Keith is a always on tme or calls if he is running late. If I were not able to be here, I would make a key available to him. He is like family to me and does a great job. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work accomplished by this company in terms of heat and cooling needs.

We just purchased a house here in Oklahoma and we noticed the AC was not working properly so we had them come out to give us some pricing to replace the unit yes it is not working properly they were very responsive and very friendly I would feel comfortable using them for replacement.

I not mention names for privacy reason but they sent a guy out and he was a super cool guy and was pretty straight up with me and just told me how things were and payed out my options. No pressure in any direction. Very honest, way better than the last company I felt with. Everything went pretty smooth and their prices are honestly pretty reasonable. I probably won’t go anywhere else for HVAC work as long as I live here.

Air Solutions saved us from buying a brand new unit which we were told by another HVAC company! Thanks Air Solutions!!

We called another heat and air company but they did a no call no show on us. Then we called Air Solutions. I was given a courtesy call the servicemen were 30 minutes from my house and was able to leave work to meet them. Mike and Kyle got busy right away assessing my heating issues. They asked me what the furnace had been doing up to the point that it quit working. I left them in the garage to do their job. Soon they had finished and Mike let me see some of the issues with my unit. I opted for the bronze package and they started the tune up on the furnace system. Mike found an issue with the relay switch on the circuit board and started calling immediately to find another. Unfortunately it was late in the day and he would not be able to pick up the circuit board until next day. Mike called me today to let me know he was heading to my house with the circuit board for my furnace I headed home to meet him and he installed the board. My home is warm and toasty ready for whatever winter may bring. Thank you Air Solutions, Mike and Kyle.

Woke up freezing cold - they had my house warm within 3 hours of calling them. They noticed a major issue (thermostat only turning on emergency heat, not heat pump). They fixed the issue and it will save me thousands of dollars per year. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff.

It was a Monday morning at 7:30am I called to get someone to come out and look at our hot water heater that had quit. Tech was here by 9:00am to look at it saw we would have to special order parts to fix what was needed. We decided to replace unit with new one and he had to run get unit came back and was done with job by noon. Highy recommend them for service.

Honest folks! Give you more than fair pricing, payment options and always make it super easy to schedule service. I’m not easily impressed and happily recommend Air Solutions to everyone I know.

The service was about 3 months later than it should have been.
The cleaning of the coils
was a bit pricey in my opinion as you did not
have to make a separate service call. Your services are
no longer needed. A service contract is not worth what I am
paying for it. I am sure that the work done was of high quality.

I had called and told them that I needed a plumber in a bad way, (sewage back up into home). In a short period of time, Stoney let me know he was headed my way. Another plumber had been there earlier and could not get it unclogged and said he thought the pipe was broken in the slab. Stoney got there and got it unclogged very quickly. He ran a camera thru it and we found out the pipe was not broken at all. It just needed some TLC! Very professional team! From the first phone call to handing me the bill.

I had Air Solutions out for an overall maintenance checkup.

The plumber, Christopher, did a great job fixing my leaky outdoor spigot. He quickly located the problem and repaired it. He replaced the bad parts and made a permanent connection with the existing copper pipes. He was also very nice. They are my go-to plumbing service.

Cody arrived early for bi-annual HVAC inspection, did the maintenance work, found an issue with AC, made video of problem and explained options. When parts arrived, he came out promptly, installed parts, replaced wiring and electrical components per selected option. He explained everything he was going to do, did it, tested the AC and explained it all when he finished. Pleased with his work — now waiting for a heatwave.

I have used Air Solutions for about five years. They have been clean, professional and experienced for all of my needs. I needed some plumbing work done so I contacted them. The Technician they sent me was named Eric. We went over everything I needed done. He was right on it. He had to get a part. When he returned, he went right to work on my toilet. Had to shave some concrete so that the toilet was level and seated securely. There was zero mess for me to clean up! He did an outstanding job.
Little wordy, but I can't say enough about the quality of service. And, I wanted to share his expertise in performance of the task at hand.

I had a great experience with Air Solutions. My furnace went out last Thursday, I called Air Solutions, and they sent Brandon out that evening to take a look at it.

Brandon was very nice and did a thorough check up before explaining what the (multiple) issues were with my 24 year old HVAC system. I already knew from the noisiness, poor performance, and history of poor maintenance before I purchased the house that the HVAC was likely in need of a complete replacement. Brandon called the next day with a quote to repair the old one, giving me multiple options at different price points, but I decided I would rather get a new one than continue trying to patch up the old.

So on Friday, Darryl came out to do an estimate on a complete new HVAC. Air Solutions was the highest priced out of the three estimates I had gotten, but since you usually get what you pay for and I was not about to skimp on something this important, I went with them because I wanted to pay for quality equipment, installation, and customer service. Another thing that attracted me was their offer to install the next day - even on a Saturday - so I didn't have to suffer through the weekend without heat or take off a day of work to be there for the install.

First thing Saturday morning, Mike and Kyle showed up to do the installation and they were just as nice and professional as everyone I interacted with at Air Solutions. They gave me a couple of options for placement of the return air vent, sealed up a ton of leaks in the HVAC closet, reconfigured the filter placement so that I would not continue to have dirt sucked up in the system, and basically fixed all of the issues that had damaged my old system and run up my utility bills. Once they had all the new stuff installed, they walked me through filter maintenance, writing down the exact type I needed and where to purchase it, and demonstrated the new thermostat so that I had no questions about how to operate the system. They even offered to take a box of trash from my garage with them when they left to save me the trouble of disposing of it - this was top notch customer service!

The one hiccup in the whole experience came when I was working out financing for the new system, but it was quickly handled by Shelby in the Owasso office and, again, I was treated as if my happiness was their top priority. I'm so glad I chose Air Solutions and will continue to do business with them in the future.

First off they came out on a Saturday within the hour. Tried their hardest to fix a 16 year old system BUT had a brand new system ready to be installed by MONDAY! They busted their tails all day and had it ready to go by the afternoon! Great guys even better service. Would definitely use again! Walked me through every process and even fixed stuff that was originally missing or broken!

Air Solution’s tech (Michael) came out to inspect the HVAC system in our new home. He performed a detailed inspection, was very pleasant, and even fixed a small repair that was noted in the purchase inspection for free. He informed me of the subscription maintenance plan, but didn’t try to over sell it. I would definitely use this company again.

Keith replaced our thermostat and repaired our old A/C unit. He was professional, friendly, and honest. He told us we needed 2 pounds of gas and how much it would cost but then told us it only required a pound and a half and charged us less. I highly recommend this company and this tech
