Highly impressed with this company. We had to have our sewer line moved, and their bid was significantly lower than another well-known plumbing company. They had to dig through a French drain - some serious physical labor, and they stayed late to get the job finished in the quoted time frame.

I previously owned a money-pit that provided me quite a bit of experience with numerous Plumbing companies and Plumbers.

Wooten Plumbing set the standard today and they will be my go-to Plumbing company.

My work was a shotgun assignment scheduled at 4pm on a very hot day, and Wooten's crew showed up ready to work and knocked out the job working like Trojans.

Mr. Colin Streeval was very knowledgeable and experienced. Explained and checked out the problem. Went right to work and had the plumbing repaired in my bathroom in less than a couple hours. Had an issue at my Daughter’s home, it was looked at and worked on by several different plumbers until she asked for help. I called Wooten Plumbing, they came out the same day and scheduled work the next. It was fixed in 1 day and for a very reasonable price. I had Wooten Plumbing install a new water service, hot water tank and re-pipe my entire house. Not only did he save me hundreds of dollars, he has also lowered my water and electric bills tremendously. Him and his staff was very upfront and professional in providing me fast and effective service as well as cleaning up after themselves which in return makes for a pleasing result for me as a customer. ONG found a gas leak and told us we needed a plumber to do a safety inspection which would also involve the city. We called two other companies who said it would be a week to a month before they could send someone out, then we called Wooten. That was Monday and they were here today (Wednesday), first thing this morning. Dillon and Ryan came to our house and they were on time, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took care of everything for us, so we'll be able to get ONG back out to fix our meter and pipes. They made a bad situation as pleasant as possible and we really appreciate them. We highly recommend Wooten and we'll call them for all of our future plumbing needs!

I called on Thursday about a leaky spigot. Phone call was answered promptly by a friendly lady. Appointment was set for Monday (today). I was told I would get a call in advance when the tech was headed my way. We received a call about 3 hours in advance and one about 20 minutes in advance.

The tech showed up promptly, fixed my spigot and was gone within 45 minutes. Well done and much appreciated. My water bill thanks you. ^_^

Very nice company to work with. Both who I talked to on the phone and the worker that came out very friendly. Came out and gave a free quote which was fantastic. So why the two star rating? I was recommended to add a cleanout system for a cost of over $700. I didn't know if I had one or where it would be if I did. Plumber couldn't find it. Called roto-rooter for an estimate from them and they found the cleanout within 5 minutes of being here. Very disappointing considering all the great reviews. So glad I shopped around.

This is the third time I have used Wooten Plumbing, each time they have taken time to explain exactly what they were going to do, why they were taking that approach, and then explain what they discovered. It is comforting knowing that if anything happens I can call Wooten and will be treated professionally and with respect.

Wooten Plumbing is the only plumbing service that I will use.

We contacted Wooten about a possible gas leak due to a very high gas bill each month. They were able to send someone out the next morning. Bobby came out and confirmed there wasn't a leak, but gave us some tips on how to cut back on the gas. He also repaired an upstairs bathtub leak very quickly. We would gladly use Wooten again! The price was also extremely fair, thanks again!

Great service !! My sewer link to the city disconnected (earthquake ?). Brian gave me an estimate of $4200. His 3 man crew spent 2 long days here and charged me $4236. System now has a 5 year warranty. I'm very pleased !!

Bobby Manzo did a wonderful job today. Fixed everything under my kitchen sink. I hadn't had my dishwasher working in 4 years. He fixed it, my refrigerator water and faucet. Thank you Wooten Plumbing.

Luther with Wooten came out to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He was extremely professional, polite and thorough. He went above and beyond when he came back out to the house to check for and fix a leak in the crawl space that was related to the same piping - at which time he cut me slack on the cost because it was marginally related to the previous issue. Built in 1941, my house has had multiple plumbers in and out through the years, but Luther and Wooten has won my business for the foreseeable future. Great job and a tremendous thanks for your help!

Chase had to clear out a bunch of stored stuff to get to the inside corner in question. Quickly diagnosed the problem as broken inside the outside water faucet. Repaired inside with new out side faucet as well. Appreciate the reduced price after hearing about my bank balance situation. Chase said the meter indicated that there may still be a small leak elsewhere, under the concrete slab. But, that repair would be over $2,000, so if it exists, hope not bad. Got out shortly after 9 am and finished in about 1.5 hours. Thank you.

Dillon Woolsey first listened to me to determine what needed to be accomplished. He prepared the sink and dishwasher in preparation for a countertop installation. His professionalism and plumbing expertise allowed for quick completion of the job at hand. I admire and respect a company that completes the job quickly, and leaves me in a much better situation after leaving. Wooten Plumbing is an exceptional company.

Very friendly staff

Had Wooten come out to replace a shower/bath valve (that I had already purchased, just needed the labor to install). They came and replaced it, however dressed very grubby and left a mess and didn't caulk the all the fixtures and what they did wasn't quality. I called them back out and they cleaned up but didn't fix the caulking. Very disappointed in the service and was overpriced for only a couple hours worth of work.

Kitchen faucet/sprayer leaking. Excellent service from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. Good people. Fair too!

I cannot recommend Wooten enough... they were awesome. Jeremy and Austin showed up this morning ON TIME, in sub-freezing temperatures, in the middle of a raging SLEET STORM, investigated the issue, and had it fixed up REALLY quickly. They made sure to explain everything every step of the way, and their courtesy and professionalism were top-notch. If I ever need more plumbing work done, I'll be reaching out to Wooten again.

Extremely over priced and none of their guys are licensed most are first year apprentices who hardly know what they’re doing.

I've used Wooten twice, for substantial jobs. I'm very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They did good work and attended to our concerns from the lowest-level workers, to the main office staff who answers phones, to the owner (who also showed up to look over our complicated sewer repair).

The plumber, Trent, was awesome. Very polite and respectful. My appointment was for between 11 and 1. Trent called about 7:30 am and said I could be first if I.wanted. Said he would be there in 30 mins. and he was. He worked hard and steady and made sure everything was done correctly. I highly recommend Wooten Plumbing.

This was a wonderful experience with a spur of the moment call to Wooton Plumbing. We had a persistent leak outside our home and today I saw their truck and decided to call !! They were so pleasant and said they would get someone out tomorrow. Then they called back and said they could work us in today! I then got a text with a picture of the technician and a time to expect him. He was prompt and quickly determined we would need to scope the drains so he returned with the equipment and found a drainage pipe that had been crushed during our pool construction. Problem solved!
I can’t tell you how pleasant it is to deal with a company like this and I recommend them highly. They will be our plumbing choice in the future.

I hired Wooten Plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink. They told me that the quote would be based on the estimated amount of time and materials needed. After reviewing my sink, which they told me was worse off because I tried to use a liquid drain cleaner, they estimated it would take two hours and, with materials, cost $425. I should have said no at that point, but they were already there and I needed my kitchen sink. I authorized them to do the job, and they were finished in less than 10 minutes. When I questioned them about the length of time, they simply told me that they had quoted me $425 and that's what I owed them. All I will say about Wooten Plumbing is buyer beware! They will milk you for as much as they can.

Plumber was polite and professional, but cautioned me that they didn’t warranty any work over 80 lbs of water pressure. It came up to 50 lbs then he tap tap tapped it until it got to 105 and took a picture of that. Then tried to sell me a device to keep it lower. That would have been handy to know BEFORE I agreed for you them to do the work.

Great plumbers! Stephen replaced a water heater for us and did a great job. Courteous and friendly guys! They even took care of a small issue after the replacement without much hassel!

We had a leak from our hot water heater and called Wooten. A technician came out and told us he could fix it for $1400.00. He proceeded to tell us that it would be best to get a new one and he could do that for $2100.00. We asked him why the repair that looked so simple would cost so much. He went on about how he would have to fix this and fix that and bring stuff up to code. House was built in 2011 and theres nothing wrong with hot water tank other than the shark bite fitting leaking. That price seemed very outrageous and we had to pay the $95.00 service charge and sent him on his way! We went to Ace Hardware and got the part for $18.00 and had a family member put it on. It's working great and no more leak!! If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will not be calling this company. Their prices are highway robbery! I feel sorry for the folks that they've got over on! We also live 60 seconds from their shop so their service fee seems a bit much as well. Alot of places in Sapulpa will not charge a service fee if you live in the town. Not them! Customer BEWARE!

Brian came out with one of his staff members and they unclogged one of my toilets really fast. We have not had any additional problems with that toilet as of yet so thanks guys for the great work.

There website says FREE QUOTE, but they tell you on the phone there's a $57.00 Dollar fee. Which is it? Sounds like disseptive trade practices to me. Customer beware, when it's clearly written on their site in very large letters. Guess I can't believe my lying eyes. Sad, their just lost a $5,000.00 JOB.

Thought our new house had a gas leak from the fireplace valve due to a slight smell. They scheduled me two days out and ended up having an opening the next day, so we didn’t have to wait two days! Bobby came in and inspected the entire fireplace for me just to make sure everything was safe. He removed our burner pipe for us because the previous owners put in a diy one that wasn’t safe. I would’ve never noticed if it wasn’t for him! He put a cap on it then inspected the valve. Thankfully the valve didn’t need to be replaced! I know we would’ve been in good hands if it had to be though. Very satisfied for the thorough job Bobby did to keep my family and I safe when using our fireplace. Super happy we got to get him out to inspect it the next day as well.

The workers were nice and professional I have no complaints about that. Their pricing however was so over priced and expensive! I had them install a new toilet (the most basic toilet) and anchor it too the ground to replace broken toilet. They charged $1000 for that job. I think their pricing is outrageous. Frustrated with the pricing so can’t feel satisfied with the service. I would suggest shopping around to find a less expensive plumber if you are on a tight budget. I gave 1 star due to pricing.

Ryan is the man! Prompt, professional, personable! All the P's you look for in a plumber. I hope not to have to use Ryan or Wooten plumbing in the near future, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again. Would and will recommend their services to anyone I know.

Wooten Plumbing came out and found the leak our main water line had after the crazy winter storm. They came out on April 15th to find the leak, April 21st to expose the water line, and April 22nd to replace the line. I was so impressed with how quickly they resolved everything. Matt Porter was wonderful; he was extremely courteous, constantly updated me on the situation and what he was doing, and even went to buy us some 1-gallon jugs of drinking water when the water had to be turned off overnight due to the pipe being very fragile by the house. He even took the time to fill in the holes we had dug ourselves trying to find the leak and did everything in his power to make it look as good as possible. He went the extra mile and was incredibly professional and courteous. I will be recommending this company to ANYONE who needs plumbing services!

If you're looking for an honest plumber look somewhere else charging 500 dollars to test a gas line for leaks is an insult. I can't imagine what they have overcharged people for other work they do. Then they told me they would have to replace all my lines for 15000. Textbook con company stay away.

Come out three times for a non draining bath. Could not fix the problem. Wanted $350.00 just to put a camera down the pipe to see if there were roots in the pipes. Tried to clean the intake valve and said there was dirt and in the pipes. Very vague. Received and estimate of over $1500 just to diagnose and still can't use my shower and now I have to move.

They had a special going on so i went out on a limb and used them for the first time and and i’m so happy i did! great price, great quality of work! highly recommend! will definitely be using this company again in the future

Tech spent more time chit-chatting than working.

They hooked up gas lines to propane tank and ran lines to the newly installed furnace and kitchen stove as well as the newly installed tankless water heater. Connected water lines to the house. They brought a five man crew. Got it all done in one day. The young men were polite, knowledgeable , and really did a great job. Wooten is a great company to work with. I highly recommend them. Can’t say enough.

I used this company to unclog a drain line that was severely stopped up. They had to auger from both the inside of the building and the outside of the building. It took a while to work through the clog and flush the line clean but they stayed with it and were very careful not to cause an unreasonable mess. I would most certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumbers service.

Wooten is the most careless company I’ve ever heard of. They just fired my boyfriend for requesting off for his cousin funeral after his cousin killed him self. Don’t get a job here if you have any struggles in life. They require you to wear black pants and a company hoodie but will not provide them. We have one vehicle and they barely let my boyfriend take our daughter to school or dance class.

Ps: for all the potential customers their rates for their services are 2x more expensive than rivalry companies. Do your research.

We had a backflow preventer fail on the sewer line outside our home. Wooten’s diagnosis was spot on . Gage and Jackson were two sharp young men who came to our home to make the repairs. Very professional , polite , down to earth and good at communicating to us what they were seeing . They were respectful of our home and yard and it was always “Sir and Ma’am” when addressing my wife and me. Many businesses could learn from Wooten on the type of folks to recruit and send to customers’ homes.

Wooten Plumbing is incredible. I worked with Dillon and his amazing crew on my garage conversion to apartment. Not only were they fair and did everything to come super close to my budget, they were also a professional and family style company. At all times this project was always about me and what I needed. They were fast too! Dug a 40 foot trench for water line and sewer and plumbed all my pipes for kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and water heater in three days. Very responsive and got out quickly and did good work. Pricing was high and invoice does not break down labor and parts. Replaced pilot assembly and cleaned combustion chamber and was on site just less than 2 hours and was $658. Felt like it was $200 more than reasonable. Have no idea how much parts and labor were so felt like there was a lack of transparency. I won't use again unfortunately as I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

On New Years Day 2015 the water line to the house broke. Wooten Plumbing came out immediately and replaced the line and put in a water pressure regulator. Because they did an amazing job we called them 3 years later to put in a water heater we bought from a local store. We thought we could do it but our old lead pipes were to rusted and we did not have the know how to remove the old water heater from the rusted pipes. Since our house needed new plumbing we had Wooten put in the new water heater and replace all old rusted plumbing. Again very professional and timely. Today we needed a new water heater this time we bought a water heater from Wooten with a 6 year warranty. It was a early afternoon when I called they were here in 30 minutes to start working and replaced our water heater the same day. I will always use Wooten.

All trash and left over pipe was removed and made sure our yard was clean from any debris. They even asked if it was ok with us if they could put a Wooten Plumbing sign in our front yard. I bought a 1910 house, and there were (not a shocker) major plumbing issues. In particular, the plumbing going from the house to the street. These guys came over within a few hours of calling, and they figured out the problem by the end of the day - and it was a big problem. They had to completely dig up the yard and replace the pipes going from the house to the street... it is crucial to point out that, they came in, saw problems I was experiencing in the house, and laid out the possible issues - ranging from best to worst case scenario. They made significant effort to be as efficient and effective as possible, each step of the way, without needless, excessive work and cost... unfortunately, this is an OLD house, and the worst case scenario was the truth. I continuously communicated with AJ, who is at an advanced level in the hierarchy of plumbing, and interacted with his associates throughout the job, those that were at other levels of the hierarchy. And when they'd completed the job, much of which was exploratory and required quick thinking and problem-solving, it was within 36 hours of my initial call. AJ explained the science and technique of plumbing, and as a scientist, myself, I was beyond impressed. These guys are not just plumbers, they are scientists and practitioners of science. They know the science and tech of all plumbing topics. They are *not* your run-of-the-mill plumbers, many of whom are not well educated and experienced. These guys are professionals, to be respected. I highly recommend them to anyone, even for the most minimal, simple job. They don't *look* for problems, to rip you off, BUT if there IS a major problem, THEY can handle it... with exceptional skill. I've owned several houses and worked with many plumbers, home renovators, etc. and these guys really impressed me beyond expectation. PLEASE not only try them, but TALK to them... they are friendly, intelligent people who love what they do. And at the end of the day, that really means something. You're not just paying for a service... you're paying for a team of specialists, people who are very serious about their careers and hard-working. And, fyi, I spent less on this rather extensive job than I did having a pool resurfaced and completely re-done in Florida a few years ago. These guys are great... and true professionals/experts in their field. Imagine them being professors in plumbing, understanding the physics, etc. of everything they do, and working in the field. THAT is what you're dealing with!!!

We had a toilet get clogged and we were unable to unclog it ourselves. I contacted Wooten and they were professional and courteous. I called on a Sunday and was able to get someone out the next day, which I appreciated. They gave me a 4 hour window for the plumber to arrive in and a call 20 mins before he arrived. They also sent me a text with the name of my plumber (Christian) and a picture, which I really appreciated because I knew who to be expecting.
When Christian showed up he was professional and polite, had a mask and gloves on. He gave me a quote before unclogging the toilet and explained what they would try first and what they would try next if the first thing didn't work. Luckily they were able to get it unclogged with the first solution. Now the toilet works even better than before! Then he even did a complementary inspection of the house to ensure there weren't other leak or drain problems.

I would strongly discourage from choosing Wooten for a quote. I was told that if I proceed forward with the quote then the $57 fee would be waved. All I wanted was a simple 3 pipe section replace. Of course I'm not going to go with a $17K quote to replace a $10 part.
My wife and I are both retired and are trying to make repairs to our homedue to the flooding and don't appreciate the feeling of being taking advantage of.

Granted it's only $57 dollars. But the money is not the point.

Used Wooten a year ago on a gas leak. It was promptly taken care of. Fast forward a year later and they offered a free whole home inspection and water test. Bobby is very knowledgeable and friendly. I believe they are very honest as well. People are at the mercy of professionals and rely on them to tell them the truth about what’s wrong and what they need. I don’t believe they present unnecessary, minor, or non critical issues as immediately necessary for repair. They will however make you aware and suggest options. FYI for anyone reading this, they are currently running a sewer clean out special and it is an amazing deal! Oh and by the way, if the city, ONG or whoever moves your gas meter, they are responsible for hooking back up! Even after a repair by your plumber. They will tell you your plumber is supposed to hook it up again, but all plumbers charge for this. ONG is supposed to do it, no charge.

A previous plumbing company came to do work on my shower and told my husband our tile guy could do the drain in the shower cheaper than them. They also removed the faucet from our tub, then left it stating they can't make the holes in the tub to fit the new faucet. Left us with a huge bill! Called Wooten, they got us on the schedule quickly and educated me on my needs, when I was told it was all good! Not only did it get fixed and fixed properly, I was kept from having huge repair Bill's at a later date! Thank you Colin! Very thorough, friendly, and profession service. We had a clogged line that was causing water to back up into our showers. They were able to come out within 2 hours of the initial service call and cleared the blockage. They also noticed our water heater exhaust wasn't properly attached and fixed that as well! Brian and his crew are awesome. We started out having replacement of some pipes under our house that were leaking. We decided to have them add plumbing for a dishwasher at the same time. We were so impressed with the results that we had the entire house done all the way to the meter. It had a mixture of galvanized and PVC previously. All the work was very professional. All plumbing was replaced.

However, they did not install a shutoff valve for water to the refrigerator which existed in the original plumbing. This means if the ice maker leaks, service to the whole house must be shut down until the ice maker is repaired. I have never seen an ice maker that did not have its own water shutoff valve.

Had a slow leak in upstairs bathroom that we could not trace, and started a mold issue that we needed to address immediately. Wooten had been highly recommended by a neighbor who had a major water leak and restoration job last year. I called Wooten and requested a technician that had good diagnostics skills (and camera) so that we did not have lots of collateral damage trying to find the leak. The sent Dillon that same morning, and it took him 30 min to locate the leak and start the repair. At the same time, Dillon found another water leak / source in a separate area and quoted a repair... which I gladly authorized. Could not be happier with the service provided by Dillon and Wooten Plumbing.

This company doesn't care about their customers. At least that is what they showed me. Very disappointed that Wooten is just collecting your money without fixing the full issues you have them come to fix. I had to call another plumber to finish the job that I hired Wooten to do. Live and learn I guess.

Wow, super impressed with Wooten Plumbing! I had multiple issues going on due to high water pressure entering the home. Dillon and Chase were very professional, knowledgeable and clean, They explained the issue and how to fix it and, thats what they did. Most important, these guys left me with a sense of security that my plumbing issue, was fixed the right way!

I called Wooten Thursday evening because I had a stubborn clog in my kitchen sink. They scheduled me for Monday but Friday morning they called and asked if I’d like them to come early as they had a cancellation. The lady on the phone (I’m sorry I don’t recall her name) was very pleasant and helpful. Dispatch called again to let me know they would arrive in 20 minutes, which they did. Christian and Gage introduced themselves and put booties on before they entered my home. After they inspected my situation they alerted me to a couple other legitimate concerns. One of which, was that my old water heater had been leaking and needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with their friendly professionalism and with the care they took to protect the areas they were working in. The completely cleaned up after themselves. Christian swept my entire kitchen floor and Gage even brought my trash bin from the end of my driveway back up to the house. I felt safe and comfortable with them in my home. Service was above and beyond. Thank you!

Came home to find tht water was pouring from my water heter in any open space. The shut off valve to the water heater was so old that it would not shut off the water so I had to turn off the water to the whole house.
Called Wooten Pluming the first thing the next morning and Heather answered my call for help. She told me that she would get my help and that some one would be there within the hour.
Austin was sent and he was very professional, on time, and reasurring that they could take care of my situation. Austin started the job, ordered what was needed, checked that my house was up to the current codes. He had another team come and install the water heater. Trent came out to fix two problems - a kitchen leak, and a dripping faucet. He was able to do both in a single visit, laying out what the problems potentially were, and estimates beforehand for both situations. In addition, Trent and his assistant displayed about the best customer service and interaction skills I've seen from any trade/service individuals. I always use Wooten for my plumbing needs - and next time I have a need, I'll be requesting Trent in particular!

Called on a Monday morning and they arrived in about 1 hour. Stephen and Shawn were very courteous and professional when they arrived. We moved into a new house and I wanted to install a couple of bidets. Normally that’s be a quick task but as I found out later the builder’s plumber used lock tight and cross threaded a couple screws.

Last year, Wooten Plumbing replaced our 60 year old pipes and installed an instant hot water system. This big project was done quickly and efficiently, and we have LOVED the instant hot water and the increase in water pressure. Brian is an excellent communicator, and we were only without water one night. The entire project was handled professionally.

I did not have the strength to turn the valve, and my husband was out of town. Brian answered the phone and instantly came by and turned off the water. I’m still amazed that the other plumbers would not even help with the valve, but Brian did not hesitate. We would never use anyone else.

They will over charge and take advantage of the people who have no idea how much a service should cost. They sent 2 guys to repair a hose bib which consisted of 30 minutes and 2 washers and charged $315. My husband is irate. When I called later to ask for an itemized bill, it simply said attempt to repair outside water spigot If it's just an attempt, I'm sure they won't back up the work. When I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said he already reviewed it and sorry your not happy with the price but that's just what it is
I had another property they installed a garbage disposal in. The conduit is not in tact. Unfortunately I no longer trust them enough to come and fix it.
I will never recommend or use them again. Zero integrity.

Wooten came out to provide an estimate at a cost of $57.00 on 5/10. Received blank estimate form with no price associated for 3 separate items we wanted quotes on. Also said we should replace our water heaters with tankless systems even though this had nothing to do with the visit (upsell).

Called a few days later to follow up and get estimate data which we already paid for. Still have heard nothing as of 5/19. Not sure how the Google reviews were so favorable.

Waste of money and much more importantly time. Look elsewhere.

$380 for 10 minutes to unclog a sewer drain seems excessive. Paid $140 for the same service the previous year from another company. Wish I could've waited a few days for the other company to get to me. Technician was friendly and fixed the problem. NO issue with the work but the price was crazy.

We had our water heater replaced, moved, and a new sink put in and everything was done efficiently and on time. Our plumbers were Dillon and Steve and they were both very helpful both in setting everything up and explaining what they were doing. We will definitely be calling Wooten Plumbing again when we need plumbing done.

I had called Wooten because they specialize in under-slab leaks which I was sure I had. The plumber that came explained the process that was necessary to diagnose this particular type of very small leak and gave me a fixed quote to do it. As it turned out, the leak was far more difficult to find but Dillon and Steven continued to work in a very logical, systematic manner until the leak was found and corrected, which far exceeded the time they estimated it would take. What I admire is the determination to be certain they had found the leak and verify it. I was wrong about the leak, it was not an under-slab leak but rather a very strange leak that was extremely difficult to find in the hot water heater. I learned a lot about where my hot water manifolds are located and now most of them have ball valves installed if I ever have a similar problem in the future.

Called Monday to see if I could get someone to come out and help hook up my gas dryer. Scheduled for Wednesday between 8:45am - 10:45am. It’s Wednesday 11am and I have received no calls and nobody has showed up.

I just called the office and Pam said that plumbing is in high demand and that he’s on another job and I’m next - what is the point of a scheduled appointment? Is there only one plumber?

I understand timing issues and emergency delays. But a courtesy call would have been nice. Pretty disappointed with what I expected to be a pretty simple service call.

Update after service visit: Bobby was super nice and apologetic, got me hooked up and provided some estimates on some additional services I might want eventually. Probably would be a good idea to give folks a courtesy call when the tech is running behind. All my rescheduled morning meetings were for naught and I was running between meetings and chatting with Bobby - not a big deal just exactly what I tried to avoid in setting an appointment.

We called Wooten plumbing after two other places wouldn't answer on a Saturday. He answered immediately and told me he would be out in one hour and he was. He told me a fair estimate and was very friendly. He helped clear out the garage so we could put in a new tank. He finished the job an hour before he said and was very friendly. The gentlemen that helped him were also very friendly and talked to my two year old when he asked questions. I recommend them 100%!

Had to modify an earlier review after recent work performed by the company. The most recent work performed included basic plumbing issues identified in a new home inspection on a house I am purchasing. The work took quite a long time, and we had to call the plumber out 2 more times to tie up some loose ends from the original appointment. (And I still ended up connecting the supply lines in the guest bathroom faucets myself.) The most concerning issue has to do with an item that the plumber reported he was unable to fix - a leaking shower diverter. I suppose this is understandable - maybe plumbers are simply stumped at times? But I was billed not only the amount listed in the original quote (that included the diverter), but actually a tad more in the end. I understand, a quote is just an estimate, but I called twice about this specific issue with no explanation and no results. I have since had a plumbing need in the house I am selling, and I went with someone else.

Have used Wooten Plumbing a few times over the past years. One was a leak under the house and between walls -- VERY unpleasant! But they fixed it in a day, digging in a tiny space until they found the place where a fitting had started to leak. Then they fixed a shower with unusual hardware (they found something that worked), and most recently replaced a water heater and all the old pipes and pumps around it.

They know what they are doing, are efficient, and Dillon (someone I will respectfully call an expert!) is great will take his shoes off before he comes into your house (something my wife appreciates, as do I). For what it's worth I won't be calling anyone else next time plumbing-disaster strikes....

I guess the first step in being a professional service provider is actually showing-up for the appointment. Unfortunately, that was not the case with this Wooten Plumbing today.
Promised to come between 11am-1pm, and call thirty minutes in advance. No call, no show, and no return call when I attempted to contact them again after 2pm.
Can only base my review on observed behavior, so after waiting another two hours (no response) I feel a review score of VERY POOR is appropriate.

I used this company for quite a few small and large repairs around a home I recently purchased. The company came out in January of 2023 to fix a faucet with low water pressure, a toilet that wouldn’t flush consistently, a new water gauge, a new clean out and repair/replace a hot water heater to list a few of the items on my list.
The first time they came out they did a decent job, I did end up getting a whole new hot water heater and then the faucet I had to just replace (my husband did that part). The toilet was flushing again and I was happy with the work I had done.
Fast forward a few weeks and my toilet wasn’t flushing again (how annoying! Especially after paying for a professional) so I called Wooten and they came back out and reassessed the toilet.
I received bad news that my pipes were bellied and needed to be replaced which is e x p e n s i v e. I should have gotten a second opinion but I felt convinced it was the right thing to do by the guy that came out.
So over 12k at this point I have spent on this company and in a matter of weeks…and my toilet is not flushing… again!
So I called another company (Feb 2023) to give me second opinion. He did a few assessments and informed me that he thinks I was misinformed on the diagnosis of my plumbing problem. So for 200 bucks he fixed my toilet… fast forward to June of 2023 and my toilet is still working! I now I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a female dealing with home repairs. Just be careful.
I had also just spend a lot of money redoing my yard prior to getting all of our lawn dug up to replace these pipes that now render meaningless work. So not only am I out money on the plumbing, I am also out money on re re doing my lawn. :/

Brian Wooten did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Him and his team moved water lines and drains, installed fixtures and made sure everything was working. He was always on time and made sure we were happy with the end product before leaving. Definitely recommend them for your project.

Luther and James were punctual and professional. They were up front about any costs, and did a courtesy inspection of fixtures throughout the house after they resolved our plumbing issue.

So it was Friday night around 1am and I go to lock up my newly bought home and turn all the lights off to go to bed… I open the laundry room door and it’s flooded … I immediately freaked tf out … I just started calling all 24hr plumbers and Wooten plumbing was the only ones that answered.. Austin woke up in the middle of the night on a Friday …thanks to him it saved me thousands of more dollars by his quick response time …because the pipe to my water heater was busted and spraying hot water everywhere… they had a new tank and all the lines fixed in a few hours … I highly recommend this company even the financing available is pretty fair .. if I ever have anymore plumbing needs I will definitely trust it to Wooten plumbing!!! Oh and did I mention the use Rheem products… I very satisfied!!

Excellent service and professionalism. Gage did a great job figuring out the problem with the sewer line and offering solutions. Mike did an outstanding job installing the new water and re-routing the washer drain line. They were fast, paid attention to detail and cleaned everything after they were finished. Our pipe burst due to the freezing weather. Whole first floor flooded and huge hole in our ceiling. These guys came out and repaired pipe and a few others that were cracked. It’s December 23rd . Employees were friendly and they got the job done, but the company just overcharges way too much to be 5 stars. I cannot believe what we ended up paying just to have some tree roots unclogged from our drains. Workers were really great- prices not so much.

On a side note- seeing the owner of the company passive aggressively replying to some of the negative reviews on here is tacky and off-putting. Probably won’t recommend this company to anyone for that reason alone.

I would highly recommend Wooten Plumbing! I needed a new water line connection for my refrigerator and they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Our kitchen sink backed up the night before Thanksgiving! We called Wooten and they sent a plumber out first thing the next morning. The young man, Trent called us before coming, showed up with everything he needed to unclog our drain. He was polite, efficient and in and out quickly! Came home from work yesterday evening walked into the small bathroom to take shower the carpet was completely soaked. Called Wooten plumbing the young lady that answered phone was very caring and helpful. They got a plumber out within the hour, Christian Lafontan was very professional and knowledgable. He came back this morning and installed two new toilets. Very respectable, both with us and of our property.

Being in a new town, half a country away from anyone we know, and having a plumbing catastrophe could have been nothing more than a disaster! However, Wooten Plumbing came to the rescue! I have had nothing but positive experiences with Wooten Plumbing since August! Between having to completely dig up a bathroom to have pipes replaced, splitting the water lines in my master bathroom, and having a meltdown over frozen pipes…Wooten has been here for all of it! Had an outside faucet that wouldn’t turn completely off. Bobby Manzo inspected the problem and recommended replacement instead of repair. Replacement included 1 year warranty where repair would not and the cost difference was less than $100. He completed the installation, inspected for leaks and cleaned up the work area.
Bobby had helped us before with a water heater installation and each time was thorough and professional.

Mike arrived less than an hour after I called Wooten. He cut no corners, was very thorough, and went above and beyond at every turn. I would recommend this service to anyone without reservation.

I had Wooten come out for a clogged sewer drain. I spent $225 only for them to tell me I needed to have my drain dug up, which would cost $4600. I called Gene Jones Plumbing and they were able to clear my drain of tree roots for $225. I’m glad I decided to get a second opinion. Stay local! And if you need an honest and reliable plumber, call Gene Jones!

Not your standard 5 star review. There was actually a hot water heater pilot that they forgot to relight after adjusting the gas line. They earned the 5 star review when I contacted them on a Saturday morning at 6:30am, by 6:40 they had someone dispatched to handle the situation. Offered additional service and looked to solve a problem of old water heater. That was incredible service in a situation that could have been extremely frustrating. Thanks to Bobby and Dillon for exceptional service.

Called, came out next day, guy and his helper was very nice efficient good people, quoted $1200 and 8 hours time on a few leaks under the house.. Decided was too pricey, Bought the tools I needed and parts for about $100 and took me and my brother about 2 hours time.

Steven came out, addressed all of the problems we were concerned about, emailed us our estimate and set up a time to come out and get the job done. He was very professional and very considerate of our needs. He will be back in a couple of days to start the job!

I called Wooten Plumbing early on Tuesday morning and they were here that afternoon exactly on time, actually a little early. Dillon was very professional. He explained what it would require to fix our situation and he took care of the problem in a very professional way. He cleaned up what little mess that was made. I have used them before and and I will definitely use them again if I have a problem.

Wooten Plumbing came on two separate days to search a very large area outside for signs of a leak when it was very, very cold out and gave us a quote without extra charge. They did all of the work on a third day that worked with our schedule. They combined a few jobs and gave us a good deal for all of the work we needed done, they found and fixed a leak in the yard, replaced broken stop valves, traded a broken garbage disposal with pipes and a new strainer basket and fixed a broken faucet so that we wouldn't have to replace it with a new one. They were very nice and knowledgeable, explained everything they were doing and didn't leave until they were sure it had been done right.

Wooden plumbing has Service with a smile. They are nice and courteous. Here's my issue. They just serviced our house for the second time for a leaky shower. 1st time, 425.00, lasted 3 weeks. 2nd 1200.00, two 1 foot holes in my living room wall. Issue is resolved, but they just finished today, also in their defense it's Halloween.

They sent the same guy both times. 2 other guys finished it. No explanation how it was missed the first time. They sent younger guys, a experienced plumber would have to the sting off (maybe)

1600.00 plus 2 holes.

Also when cutting drywall cut all the way to a support. Not just a hole between the 2x4, makes it easier to fix.

A friend of my recently called this company for a service. They charge $95 for service call to come to the site. Then they quote the work. After they came twice, first time was diagnosed the problem and have manufacture ship the part; the second time came to install the part but unfortunately the part was not the right one. Then the company called my friend to ask payment for the whole job before they even actually finish the whole job and was very rude way. Also they do not warranty their work. We have never have any of the plumbing company we used do that way ask the whole payment before the job completed and no warranty on their job. It end up with we have to find somebody else to finish the job because their ridiculous customer service!

Jeremy started in my kitchen and ended up outside working on exterior pipes. He worked all day without complaint. Had to come back another day with a bigger machine for a clog, and always had a smile on his face. I can’t recommend him enough.

Both Zach and Dillon did a great job unclogging my home. I would recommend them for anyone who needs plumbing work.

Had an issue with the shower, and Wooten plumbing came out and gave their estimate. It was a little over $3,000 to replace the shower and install a pressure reducing valve that would fix the problem. Someone told me that didn’t sound right and referred me to another plumber. It turns out, the pipes going to the shower were clogged up and needed to be replaced, and they were able to fix the problem for under $1000. Had I used Wooten, it would have more than triple that, but they wouldn’t have even fixed the problem. I really wonder if all these 5 star reviews are even legitimate, because when asking around, it seems like others have also had issues with them.
