We heard a weird noise coming from our air conditioner. We called Harp and they came right out and not only fixed the air conditioner but explained the problem and walked us through each step. They are awesome! I recommend them to everyone!

Extremely rude customer service. We called Harp with a few questions about an electrical inspection they did on our house. The marketing manager we spoke to became very defensive and was unwilling to have a conversation about the report he wrote. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism. When we asked to speak with his supervisor he quickly hung up. We will not be using Harp in the future nor would we recommend their services to anyone else.

I have American Home Shield insurance and had a/c problems so they sent Harp out last September and they put in some Freon in our system and did not bother to see if there was a leak. In May I called AHS and said we must have a leak because it's not getting cool enough. They sent Harp out again and they put some freon in and wanted to leave. I said there is obviously a leak and it needs to be fixed. He called into a supervisor and they told him to leave to go to the next job. I couldn't believe that they did not even try to fix it. I called AHS and wanted to get an explanation, but they were waiting on the paper work or a call in from Harp. It took me 5 phone calls to AHS and they had to repeatedly notify Harp to get them the info. AHS has decided not to send HARP out again and has assigned this job to another A/C company. I am completely displeased with Harp and can not recommend them.

Tulsa Hand and Physical Therapy needed to have some new circuits added to our clinic and they were expeditious in getting here, getting us a quote and completing the service. The prices are very fair and the company gives top notch customer service. We were very impressed this company and their professionalism. We definitely will be recommending them to people that we know.

The technician HARP sent, Kirk Riggs, did an incredible job walking me through the issue the unit had. He was very knowledgeable and during our conversation I could tell he had a genuine interest in finding a solution to my problem.

Empathy is an exceptionally powerful part of the human experience. Kirk was able to put himself in my shoes and provide consultative advice which both made me informed on the solutions and gave me piece of mind with the values of the company I was working with. Tech was knowledgeable and nice, but I still had to pay a fee when he couldnt fix anything, it was an HVAC issue. I feel fine paying the $45 fee to come out but was not told of the $120 or so extra I paid which I felt ripped off.

This past summer (2012), Harp installed a completely new HVAC system in my home, including new ducting. I am a mechanical engineer, so things of this sort naturally interest me, and I probably ask more questions than an average customer.

While gathering quotes, I spent many hours researching, emailing, calling, and getting references for the different equipment and the companies to potentially do the installation of my new system. I dealt with no less than eight different local companies, large and small, with quotes all over the board. Until I spoke with Harp, the one thing that was consistent among the rest of the companies was that no one would answer my questions to my satisfaction, and communication was difficult to maintain. Harp bucked this trend by staying in touch with me quickly by email and phone, and I know the salesman spent much more time responding to my questions than he would have otherwise preferred.

Furthermore, I challenged Harp to work with my energy auditor (John Abdo - Pro Energy Consultants) in determining the right size of system for my home after having some home energy efficiency improvements done. Every other company insisted on putting in the same size system that I already had (or larger), despite the data produced by the auditor that said I could significantly reduce the size of the system. They refused to even consider the energy improvements that I had done. Harp took the time to carefully review the data that the auditor provided and tailored my system to fit my home. The Harp salesman even admitted that he was skeptical that the smaller system would suffice at first, but after doing the research and running the numbers, agreed that the smaller system was a good fit.

The installation took place in the heat of the summer, and the installation crew was professional, clean cut, hardworking, and courteous to my wife and me. They let us know ahead of time when they were coming and going, and arrived promptly each morning. The quality of the installation was top notch, and after having the new system in both cooling and heating modes, I am impressed with its capability and efficiency (a testament to the equipment and the installation job)

In summary, I could not be happier with the job that Harp Services did. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, but their team did an excellent job!

A plumber was sent out through the place where I got new granite for the kitchen. The kitchen sink was replaced with a large non-divided sink. Went from two drains to one, installed a new garbage disposal and re-connected the DW. The plumber from Harp did an excellent job hooking all that up and reconnecting the gas line to the cooktop. He was efficient, cleaned up his work areas and was polite & courteous.

I'd call Harp Plumbing for other jobs as necessary.

Yay! Use these people. Professional, knowledgeable and commited. 3 year warranty!! Who does that?! Terry explained everything. Showed me what he had replaced AND worked around my sudden time restrictione to make sure he had ALL the work done and done right. BEFORE I had to leave. No need to come back later - which I would have understood. 100% satisfied. Their web page is informative, detailed and educational. And when you call about an appointment, the person on the phone could give lessons on customer service. What a great company. Thank you, Harp.

My older parents called because they had a water leak that caused their carpet to become wet. Harp said they will have someone out the next morning. Around noon, no one has arrived. So they call Harp and ask why no one has shown up yet. They said oh, we don’t have anyone to send out today. Sorry. They replied, we just called yesterday and they said they would send someone out this morning. They said sorry, we don't have anyone to send out. So that left them finding someone else to come out which resulted in more carpet becoming wet for a longer period of time. My message to harp is, if you are unable to fufill your obligations, call the customer let them know right away, so they can call one of your competitors. For that reason I do not recommend Harp. They never received service, so I am unable to comment on their service. Just on the lack of.

Crooks. Charged 185 dollars to flip a breaker on and the technician was going home for lunch around the block. Bidded 9, 991.00 for a job that was done in one day and for 2450.00. How do these people sleep at night.

We've used Harp on two different occasions within the last month. The first service call was planned. We'd purchased a new light fixture and needed help installing it. The response time on our request was great. Steven came out and did a fantastic job! We are very pleased with the work he did. Thanks, Steven!

The second time we used Harp was this week when our 17 year old water heater finally called it quits. We called Harp yesterday morning and they had a service tech out in less than 30 minutes. He was able to replace ours with a new water heater by the afternoon and we had hot water again last night. FANTASTIC service again.

Have used Harp for 2 years. Spent over $2000 with them to fix our water heater.

The last straw was when I was told us it was our water pressure. Stated it was so high it would harm all of our other appliances if we didn't have it fixed for $1200. This , they stated would finally fix our issue.

Well it's about 2 months later on the Christmas holiday & once again...no hot water. Called Harp thinking because we're on their monthly service they would come out. Nope, can't come for 2 days!

Take this into consideration when you're thinking of signing up for their monthly service.

Set up an appointment with Harp and did not find out I needed to be on site until the morning of which I understand. I requested to talk with the manager Chris about possibly giving a discount for the inconvenience of having to reschedule, he was not willing to do so but said he was trying to help me out so I asked him how was he helping me if he couldn't give a discount? He quickly became frustrated and defensive and told me to use someone else, which is great advice and I highly advise you do the same.

Kimmie is exceptional at helping get the service I need. I also love the follow-up call to ensure all went well during my service. The technicians are polite, respectful of my house and carpet, and very capable when fixing whatever it is that needs repair. they haul out their own trash - which is an added value. I have used the heating, air and plumbing services and will continue to be a faithful customer

Had Harp come out to clean out dryer vent. Tech talked to my wife said it would be $600 that vent was wrong type of vent. I talked to the serviceman and I told him that sounded very high. I asked him how much it was to clean out the vent, he didn't give me a answer to that but told me he could eliminate a step and it would be $464.00. When I got home last night the only thing that was replaced was just the very top of the vent at the roof. My wife called around today and was quoted by other people it would be $159.00 to clean out the vent, and $30-60.00 for the roof vent cap. She called Harps this morning to ask about this, but hasn't received a reply.

We have been using Harp services for about the last 6 months at the church I work at. I originally called them to trouble shoot wiring issues and loss of power in out sanctuary. I called Harp about an issue with our master shower drain. They sent out a technician, Todd. He was friendly, professional, clean (wore booties on his shoes), and was very helpful in giving information on the problem with our drain. I would recommend Harp to anyone with a plumbing issue.

My husband called Harp to fix our Navien tankless water heater. A Harp representative came out- hooked up equipment and called a representive from Navien. My husband is an engineer and pretty intelligent. The Harp representative charged us $200 and told my husband there was nothing wrong with the system. Even though our hot water was wasn’t consistent. For over a week we dealt with intermittent hot water. My husband was out of town and had tried to have the hot water fixed for me before he left. The moment he got home he got on the phone with Navien who would only give limited information (because my husband wasn’t a trained professional- certified to work on the equipment like Harp). My husband found the problem to be a broken part inside the system. My husband called Harp asking to purchase the part- they told him “they were not in the business of selling parts”. My husband told the Harp representative what happened. The representative offered to not charge us for overnight shipping for the part but full price for the install. We were shocked that they now wanted to come back out and charge us to fix something after we already paid them $200 to tell us there was nothing wrong. My husband made it his mission- he found the part online!!!! We have hot water!! So job not well done and customer service even worse Harp! I also work in the housing business and will make sure none of my customers use Harp.

At the beginning of this summer we needed to replace our 3 HVAC units which were having constant problems with freon leaks. As part of the replacement, we wanted to re-work the configuration of the furnaces/blowers in the attic since the current units blocked all access to the walk-out attic space.

Brad Durborow from Harp looked over our needs and inspected the attic space before working up a plan to accomplish our goals. Throughout the process, Brad was very quick to respond to e-mails and/or text messages.

The Harp technicians that completed our work were always pleasant and did great work. We couldn't have been happier with their work.

About 4 months after completing our HVAC upgrade we decided to put our home on the market and move. Upon purchasing our new home we found ourselves once more in need of HVAC replacement and called Harp again to assist with HVAC and plumbing needs. We had the same install technician as before and Paul is now like a member of our family.

I highly recommend Harp as a company that stands behind their work and does what they say they will.

We had a major leak from the top floor down into our bottom floor. We hired a plumbing company to come by on Sunday to fix the issue. Just days later the leak returned but not as big as the first time. This time we got Harp to come and fix it because they would give us a 3 year warranty on their work. I now wish that we had brought in Harp to begin with and it wouldn't have been less stress and less money.

I kept needing to get some electrical work done and was not sure who to call. My mom had seen Harp TV ads and I had seen the Harp van around my neighborhood. I am glad I called Harp Electric. The electrician knew exactly what I needed and wasted no time getting the work done. Answered all my questions, cleaned up any mess, even took the old parts with him and let me know of other services they offer. I definitely will be contacting them for any future electrical needs. We have a partnership plan and have called three times and had to repeat name, phone no. address and last call were told we would have a technician here at 4 pm. No one showed up and we called and notified the company and got an aloof b. s. Answer. Why pay for a service if it’s this unorganized and they don’t keep their word?

My husband and I needed something done about some open duct work under our bedroom's storage cabinets which were being heated unnecessarily. Jeff came on March 15 and made several suggestions of what could be done to take care of our problem. Rodney came on March 19 and quickly completed the repair for us. We have had other Harp employees here to help us (wiring for garage doors, changing the electrical panel) over the past few years and have been extremely happy with everyone and their repairs. I had a list of things ordered by an appraiser. Harp came out and looked everything over and quoted $2400. I was shocked to say the least. Also, they don't itemize their estimates. Be aware, they tried to add $1900 to the bill saying I needed 22 GFIs installed on all of my outlets. I only needed 3. So, maybe I would have hired them, if they hadn't padded the estimate.

First time user of HARP. Garbage disposal leaking like a sieve. Appointment easily made and Cooper arrived precisely on time, diagnosed problem (terminal), went to Lowes to obtain new unit. He also obtained new bathroom faucet which I threw on him as an after thought. He removed and installed the new items very quickly without making a mess. Courteous and professional, I will not hesitate to use HARP again.

Harp accommodated my work schedule by calling and giving me time to meet them at my home for repair to my AC unit. The technician was very courteous and considerate. He introduced himself upon entering my home and slipped on booties each time he came inside. He also provided me with complete explanations of the issues with both of my AC units. He completed the repairs and discussed all costs up front. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Harp. I will utilize them again.

We had a pilot light problem with our hot water heater back in December of 2013. Called Harp and got pilot replaced it had an older type pilot so the part was costly, with labor total $255. But it came with a three (3) year warranty. On April 27 2014 a Sunday, wife informed me no hot water and pilot was off again. Called Harp and they had a man out within an hour, he did a complete trouble shooting and got the pilot working again and did a complete cleaning of pilot system. This repair took around two hours and it was fully covered under the Harp warranty, meaning it cost us zero. You can't ask for better service and a more honest company to deal with.

I contracted Harp to do a general plumbing job. The plumber was courteouss and professional after observing his professionalism I decided to use them for more work. After using serveral other companies and individuals I'm am sold on Harp's CUSTOMER SERVICE the office personal will back up the job that is being done. Our dryer exhaust, which is quite extensive over 30 feet to the roof and not been cleaned out in over 25 years had become clogged. Harp's technician came and cleaned it completely. Rick did a complete job and even cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased, and would recommend Harp to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

Harp provided excellent same day service. Sean the technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in less than 1 hour. The front office staff at Harp kept me informed and called me 30 minutes before the technician arrived. I highly recommend Harp and will be calling the again for all my home repair needs.

I would not recommend them. The phrase Nickel & Dime comes to mind when I think about our repair. We had an emergency and they were available for a same day repair (which is the only reason I gave them 1 star), but it was $ just to show up, $$ to take a look and evaluate, then after that repair, it is still not fixed. $1,000.00 later still not complete, but not completely dead either, they were going to have to order a part. After calling for quotes to complete the repair, we finished the job with another company for 1/3 of the cost that Harp was charging.

Typically I take the high road. Slept on it before writing this poor review. The tech charged $270 to change a $30 capacitor. Two hours after he left warm air was blowing in the home. He came back and said the unit was now leaking freon and it would cost $700. I see the leak is in the line & area he was working. SIMPLE LOGIC, it wasn't leaking before he worked on it, it is now. I was willing to split the cost. Now on principle I will pay someone else. I haven't felt gouged quite like this, as I talk to friends and coworkers they seem to think it's an industry thing. Well Harp had a chance to make it right, split the cost, or accept some responsibility. Now myself and my company will take our business elsewhere.

I have received service from all three of Harp's branches, electrical, heating and air. On every occasion, the technicians have shown up exactly when they said they would and stayed until the jobs were completed to my satisfaction. All of the staff have been friendly and professional towards me and have always taken the time to explain things whenever I've had questions. I would definitely recommend using Harp whenever you need electrical, plumbing or air work done.

Wow, worst experience ever.... First off, like you, I looked at all the feedback before calling these guys so I thought they were legit.

I called to set-up appt for estimate. Lady said she would have salesman call me. About a day later a salesman calls me and says he can come and give estimate or a service man can come and do the work on the spot if we wanted. He did say there we would a trip charge of $49 weather we had the work done or not (If we used them, the $49 would not be charged).

Me, after reading the reviews here, assumed I would get a great experience and said sure. At that point he said he would have someone call and set-up an appt. So two days later I get a call, saying a tech was available if I wanted and I said sure. The tech comes out and I explain what we are wanting done and he then tells me there is an additional $120 evaluation fee just to see what work would need to be done before he can give me an actual estimate? So they wanted a total of $170 before any work was ever started. What a ripoff. What kind of company in this day and age does this? Do NOT use.

Yes, I paid the $49 and sent him on his way!!!

Technician was professional and polite and work was performed efficiently. However, our estimate was almost $300 and the service call took only 45 minutes to complete as it ended up being a simple fix. We felt this dollar amount was excessive.

$50 for a 5 min conversation. Too be told $200 for clearing sewer line, with no guarantee that it would work?

The service technician came out within an hour and a half of us calling. He was very polite, clean, and worked quickly. We've always been happy with the service Harp has provided.

We thought we had a gas leak and Paul from Harp came out to find the leak. However, he discovered that our complete gas system had failed. Throughout the process, Paul was concerned with our safety and with trying to save as much money as he possibly could for us.

I hired Harp to fix an issue I was having with my hot water. Both the woman on the phone and the guy who came to our house was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed my problem and gave me the exact amount it was going to cost. I really like that Harp's services have a set price of what it will cost me on each item. I didn't have to worry that he is costing me extra money by watching water drain because I was paying him per hour.
The guy who came to our house also gave me prices of other plumbing work I needed done. He gave me advice on how to mantain my water heater. Over all a job well done. I will defiantly hire them when I replace our hot water tank.

I needed some plumbing trouble shooting done on an older house that I bought and called Harp after hearing good things about them via Word of Mouth. This was my first time using Harp and I was very pleased. The office staff was incredibly professional on my first call with them. Then, they called when they had a cancellation to try and get me in sooner and also called to confirm the appointment as well. Very thorough. The service/repairman was also very professional and on time. He gave me an electronic estimate which he did not veer from, explained everything both before and after, and made sure I did not have any additional questions before leaving. I will definitely use them in the future.

I am definitely very thankful for the men at Harp Air Conditioning Services. Chris Ray, Brad Durborow and there service tech Rodney they sent out on Saturday got my air conditioner back working properly in no time at all. There service tech Rodney was very professional and very knowledgeable! My wife and I are so thankful for the quick service and turn around! I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know for the best air conditioning service in Tulsa Oklahoma!

The provider came to my house on time with a professional attitude and appearance. He was quick to diagnose the problem and provide an estimate for the cost. He worked efficiently and the final cost was exactly what he estimated before starting the work. I would recommend Harp, and will use them again.

My latest experience with Harp was excellent. I had not used them for Electrical before, but was very happy. The technical gave me options that were less drastic and expensive that what I'd feared. He was also very professional, polite, and in no way ever made me feel uncomfortable. So far, I would not hesitate to recommend Harp to a friend or colleague.

Harp is a very professional group of plumbers! I called them for a leak under our cement slab. An appointment was made, Todd the plumber was right on time, and pinpointed the leak in less than an hour. The work required cutting through the slab in the garage, and Todd organized the timing with the cement provider and it was all finished in a day. He even added a water shut off valve to our water heater closet. I left one star off because I would have liked a professional report with diagram to submit to my insurance company. However, the staff at Harp were very quick to itemize the invoice to help with my insurance claim. I recommend Harp Plumbing!

We use Harp for our plumbing needs at my job. Haven't used them for electrical yet, but I doubt their service is anything less than the amazing work their plumbing division performs every time we've called on them. They do very admirable work and haven't let us down once. I request Charles every time. He is knowledgeable and patient and sees the job gets done correctly the first time. He was great when we asked him to run down pipes for multiple shut-off valves we plan on installing (hopefully soon...).
Harp does great work for a fair price and does things that ALL vendors should: They return calls, they inform you when they're on the way, they call when they arrive, they COMMUNICATE. Very important and very overlooked in this day. They display knowledge and they LISTEN to what we ask. They are my top 3 favorite vendors and I'm thankful we use them.

Reliable, Honest, Fair, Clean, and have integrity.
I have used them for Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical several times with no complaints. We missed a leak one time and they shot somebody back over to make it right. I can't find anybody else of that caliber. (Get the service contract....you'll be glad you did.)

It has NOT been HARP on, Job Done!!!!! I have been without Air Conditioning since Thursday (8/4/16). This is now 8/9/16 and no WARRANTY work or part even ordered. I can't believe that they don't have a compressor in their warehouse that could be installed until the correct WARRANTY one arrives. Guess they don't really care that it is August and the temp in my house is average 87 degrees, even after the sun goes down! They have lied to us, yelled at us, checked our house for any problem they could try to find to NOT replace this compressor that is under WARRANTY. Told us the part shipped on Friday, then called on Monday and said it was on its way, they today, can't get a tracking number for it!!!! Guess they they think that I am stupid. Another dishonesty told by them. They sold us the unit in 2012 and this will be the third compressor they have had to replace. Think they sold me a LEMON!@!!!!!! Or could it be, they didn't install in correctly in the first place!!!!!! Even their service man said the unit is substandard.
I would NOT recommend them for any kind of work, electrical, plumbing, etc. All they want is the all mighty dollar. No customer service at all. I guess they think we are all stupid and at their mercy . . . .Wish I had known that I did not have to use them for WARRANTY work. I would be sitting in the air conditioning right now.

The HARP electrician was on time, well dressed, courteous and well skilled in his job. He repaired our problem within minutes and was super to chat with while he worked!

Did not have a great experience with Harp for plumbing. We had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, one of their plumbers came out claimed he didn't know what the problem was. He was there for 15 min. charged us $82 said it might be termites and left. After he left I found a pipe right above the leak spot. When we received a follow up call the next day about how we felt about the service I explained the situation, I was told that I would receive a call from the service manager the next business day. I had to make the call to talk to the service manager. The only reason they get 3 stars is because they refunded me all my money, even the $49 service call charge.
