We have been using this company for years. They absolutely know what they are doing. They are honest, trustworthy, show up on time, are willing to answer your questions and do not over charge. The owner and the folks that work for him truly do care about you the customer. They will put you first and will never over charge you. They stand by their work. If there are any problems they will work them out with you. You can't go wrong by hiring this company. I can't say enough good things about them.

After a few months, many phone calls, and different technicians being called to my house to inspect the less than 2 year-old AC unit; customer service said it was finally time to call in David, a warranty specialist, to pin point the real issue. Once David Inspected the unit from the outside and up through the attic, he was able to diagnose and explain what would need to be done to fix it. To have someone finally diagnose the underlying issue and communicate a plan was long over due and reassuring.Thank you David, Albert, and Jr. for the thorough work you all did to re-install the AC system and ensure everything was working correctly. You 3 amigos worked so well together! You all communicated, checked-in with one another, and made sure we were happy customers with everything throughout the process. Your work ethic is superb and I appreciate all you’ve done from your start to finish!

July 2022 - Service personnel Gabriel arrived within the window provided and diagnosed the problem with ease. Master bathroom shower valve was leaking water even in the off position. Gabriel removed the valve, saw the broken cartridge and installed a new one. Presto....no more leaking!

I have used this company to do routine and more emergent home plumbing needs and have always been pleased with their professionalism and value. Really appreciated that Lisa was able to get somebody out the same day I called.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
