We called Drain Masters about a clogged tub drain and were very grateful that Ricardo came over right away and unclogged the drain very quickly. Wonderful service and a great person too. Such a pleasure to meet someone who really cares. We'll definitely ask for Ricardo next time we need plumbing help!

Martin & James installed a water softener & they were incredibly professional, respectful, & thorough. Requested my input on how the piping & tubes should be configured to be visually acceptable since the unit is exposed. Quality of the installation, exceeded my expectations. Also, took adequate time to explain how to maintain & operate the new unit after spending 3+ hours in my hot garage. Overall a great experience!

Absolute lifesavers. Called with an emergency on a Sunday. Was assured my furnace was working after three service calls and several parts installs by another company. Three hours before I had new guests checking in for an extended stay I was notified heat wasn’t working again. Was unable to get any response from the heating company I had been using.Intelligent Design responded right away. Not only did they have a tech on the way within an hour, but Charlie had it fixed and running within what seemed like 30 minutes. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. An absolute huge relief. I cannot recommend this company enough.

They worked hard in 102 degree weather to get my family’s water running again. After the major excavation was completed, they took great care to ensure the landscaping looked as good as new! Anthony was great. He answered our call at midnight when we had a sewer line issue. He came out and fixed our issue and reset a toilet as well. He was very helpful and informative.
