Our air conditioner stopped cooling in this 100degree heat and even though this happens alot when people start using there units after the spring, I called at noon and they were here by 5pm and worked till about 7pm. The technician couldn't have been nicer and more knowledgeable.We have had them for 4 yrs and they're the best!

Anthony (the owner) was quick and efficient on our project. His charges for the supplies he uses are as low as Home Depot’s (he doesn't surcharge you). He has that old-school philosophy where you treat the place you’re working on like your own home and your customers like they are family. That’s rare to find these days….we’re glad we found him. Any future plumbing needs we’ll be sure to use his company.

PS: We own some commercial property in town and sent a note to our property managers to use Knight Owl exclusively for any plumbing work.

We had an emergency with a water heater in our house. Same day service obtained and Paul kept me informed when he was to arrive. Although I wasn't home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldn't loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. Repair was great and extremely satisfied with the work Paul performed. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of Paul. Outstanding Job!! I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing!
