First time using Zing plumbing. The technician Aaron arrived on schedule. Aaron was cordial and engaging tech. He looked at the problem and after getting approval from the warranty company immediately began the work. I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

The plumbers where earlier than window and called when they where in the area my orginal time window was 5pm to 7pm I got call at 12pm and they showed up at 12:30pm

I was very hesitant looking up 24/7 plumbing services. I called Anthony at 11 o'clock at night, spoke with him explaining our problem. He was quick to give us a temporary fix until he could come to the house and find the problem. When Anthony arrived, we were greeted nicely and he got straight to work. Anthony was quick to listen to our theories, and tried four different ways to fix the problem before coming to the conclusion of having to replumb. I was very pleased with Anthony's skill set and willingness to try. He even advised my husband of a temporary fix until he is able to come re-plumb. I have no doubts we chose the right company. I called Paul and he answered immediately- Wow!!! We got to talking right away about the sink's problem. He arrived promptly the next day. He diagnosed the problem and explained and how to repair it. The work was completed perfectly and he cleaned up so well that I didn't know he was even there. Paul owns his craft!!!
