The guy didn't know what was wrong, instead of fixing the problem he tried to sell me a $20,000 new unit. After i said no thanks he said maybe a cleaning will fix it, he charged me $400 for a cleaning that i couldve done in 5 minutes and free. The problem persisted, i had to call a different company and they changed the motherboard, now my ac works.

SO HONEST! Chris was so kind and Professional. I call this company by accident and end up hiring them. Robert came out to ran 100 ft. snake for drain cleaner. RiteWay came out to service my tankless water heater. Very glad I called them! Didn’t even realize that the plumbing for it had not been done correctly when it was originally installed by Hamstra Heating and Cooling. They corrected the issues and performed the required maintenance. They showed up when they said they would, and we’re not only professional but quite pleasant to work with from the first phone call to completion. My tech Marco worked for hours in the heat and never once complained. Even when I suggested that he come back to finish later in the day when the outdoor utility closet would be shaded from the hot sun. Will definitely be my HVAC and plumbing go-to company!
