Very poor customer service experienced on multiple occasions after signing up for regular service. Too many examples to provide, but to name a few:- technician left dirty, oily handprints all over the interior walls of our house, which he did not clean when they were pointed out to him- technician left tools and ladder in our home and did not return to pick them up until after I had called to remind them- multiple canceled prearranged appointments due to “technicians calling out”- subscription for regular service was not canceled immediately upon request, but the company continued to charge for additional months after being told on multiple phone calls the charges would stopI would not trust their money return guarantee or happy customer service claims as no one appears to know whose job it is to respond to customer concerns.

A Very professional and knowledgeable young man named Travis performed an HVAC systems check and repaired items. He explained the issues and how it would be fixed thoroughly and performed the maintenance. He was very courteous and treated our home with respect. We highly recommend

I called my home warranty company because I had a leak in some plumbing outdoors. I made sure each company knew it was outdoors when I was scheduling the appointments and filing the claim. So Super Drain shows up to my house, the guys takes a glance at the issue and demands the $60. He told me he needs the $60 before he can even call the Home Warranty company to get the repair approved. So fine, I pay the $60.

He steps off for a few minutes and comes up to me saying he has bad news and that the Home Warranty won't cover the repair because it's not indoors. I was livid. No wonder he was so rushed to get the money. I asked him if he knew the policy with Home Warranty and he agreed that he did. So I asked him why they would even come to look at the problem if he knew it wouldn't be covered? He tried to make up some excuses about how it might have been covered so he just wanted to check.

I don't even have experience with this company's service because we never got that far but if they are willing to scam you out of $60 before even beginning the work I can't imagine what problems you would have later on down the road. Not to mention they were extremely unprofessional. So again, do yourself a favor and stay far away.

Fast, efficient replacement of water heater that quit working late Tuesday night. We received good info from Lisa in Tucson Plumbing office on Wenesday a.m. and got an appointment by 2 PM Wednesday; job completed before 5 PM Wednesday. Brandon performed the needed work in our home. He was focused, courteous, knew what he was doing, accomplished all needed tasks very capably. We appreciate the quality services received from Tucson Plumbing.

Our A/C went out on us back in February. We got ahold of Walter Meyer at Cool Willy's, and he wasted no time taking care of our problem. He was quick to respond, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We recommend Walter if you ever have issues with your A/C.

Can not recommend Hydro Rooter and Plumbing enough. I live in an older home and I have a shower that drains extremely slow. I’ve tried a couple of other plumbers and the issue still persists after about a week. A friend recommended Hydro Rooter so I gave them a call, and Jake fixed the issue in no time! He explained what was going on with the drain and how he used a Hydro Jetter to clear the issue. It’s been over a month and my shower drain hasn’t clogged once! If you’re looking for knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and professional service with a quick response time, do yourself a favor and call Hydro Rooter and Plumbing!

Scheduling was easy, communication was great. Adam arrived on time, called before and was very thorough. He cleaned and tuned up our 2 very old units as best he could and gave us estimates for replacement with no pressure to sign and commit to anything.

Sergio was recommended to me by Alan of Loyal Lab Irrigation when my main water line failed. Sergio arrived in a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote on the spot. Two other plummers failed to respond and Sergio was hired two hours later. Got the necessary pipeline scans done and had the line replaced in just over 24 hours. From now on if we have plumbing needs he's out first call. Hands down!
