Nate was our plumber he did a wonderful job our sewer is completely brand new and it’s wonderfully working well he’s a master plumber.

I cannot TELL you how just blown away I was with this company! My water heater had somehow started pouring water out of it one day at my home in Tucson, while I was backpacking through Europe. and luckily my neighbor noticed water coming out my 4 car garage. Long story short, Fusion replaced my water heater and had everything looking like nothing had even happened! I want to mention that this AMAZING person Shannon, who handled everything very professionally! Even in my darkest of moments in the Himalayas, she would've poured gas on it and lit a match, boy! She was on it like it was life or death and I cannot thank you and this wonderful company enough!

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

We hit the holy grail using these guys! Our company, Sparkle and Splash Pools used them for a drain issue that turned out to be much larger than expected. Austin took his time to properly evaluate the issue and explain everything in perfect detail to ensure we understood the problem and the repairs needed. I’ve been on the specialty repair business for a long time now, and these guys absolutely blew me away with their knowledge, expertise and professionalism. They have all the proper equipment, training and have invested in what I understand to be cutting edge technology to perform trenchless sewer repairs in less time than any other company we contacted. These repairs are not cheap but if you want a company that does it right, stands behind their work and doesn’t BS for a quick buck, they are the clear choice. Chris was on time, polite and informative. He took the time to tell me and show me what the problem was. He also explained the cause of the problem. Chris did a great clean up when the repair was done. Chris will be the person I request for future repairs.

On 30 June, Dominic and Bodie came to my house to replace my front outdoor faucets. This repair was covered by my hoa, but Dominic & Bodie went above and beyond in doing my repairs. These two young men are smart and professional. This was actually their 2nd visit to my house as we needed more parts and the hoa go ahead. I called and asked to be sure to send Dominic back to my house to finish my repairs. The two office gals were so nice and definitely scheduled Dominic and Bodie for my repairs. I'm Very Happy with the work these two young men performed. Thank You Silverado for hiring two great, professional young men in Dominic and Bodie. ☆☆☆☆☆

I’d like to give Jesse and Abacus 10 stars for exceptional service. We had a emergency and hoped it was a warranty issue but it was a poor installation issue from a non-licensed contractor. Jesse quickly identified the issue, explained our options and completed repairs. Truly the best experience ever in that kind of emergency. Abacus will be our first call for any future plumbing issues. In the future we will start with the professionals!

After their estimate, they sent falsified documents to my home warranty company stating that the crack in my sewer line was outside the foundation. I have their video footage from the sewer scope they did which clearly shows that is NOT true. After multiple calls, and requests that they send the correct information, they keep making promises that they will look into it, and get back to me. They never have. It's been months since their estimate. They collect home warranty estimate fees, and provide false documents so the warranty company can dismiss the claim. Based on multiple other complaints on here, they do this a LOT.

We had a bunch of water seeping out from under an interior wall near back-to-back bathrooms. All In Plumbing was the only plumbing company out of the four I called who could have someone onsite within hours. More specifically, All In Plumbing's owner, Derek, arrived promptly, figured out how to cut off water to the leak (pipes run through concrete foundation) while restoring water to the rest of out home. Along with his technician, Duran, they came up with a plan to isolate the leaking pipe in the foundation, then bypass that pipe, using PEX lines to thread through the walls, running new lines to the master bathroom. This approach prevented the need to start jack hammering the concrete foundation. Duran was the lead tech for the 3 days of work required to resolve our issue, essentially re-plumbing the master bathroom. We are extremely satisfied with the thoughtfulness in coming up with a plan, executing that plan flawlessly, effectively resolving what could have been a much bigger problem. Well done ..... VERY well done.
