We've used Dave for 3 projects over the past few months and are extremely impressed and satisfied with his work. First project was installation of a water softener. Dave recommended a GE which we are very happy with. Installation was a bit of a challenge given the storage area had no drain access for recharging the system. He discussed our options and ingeniously threaded the drain line through the adjoining laundry room wall and into the drain for the washer. We now are able to enjoy the benefits of having soft water. Dave also replaced four sink faucet sets. This project was much more straight forward and was done perfectly.
The final project just completed yesterday was the most challenging. It involved fixing a shower valve as the water was not diverting from the main shower head to a hand held spray faucet. It appeared that the diverter valve cartridge was faulty and Dave advised us to contact Delta (BRIZO) directly for a replacement cartridge as the part would be covered under warranty. When Dave returned and installed the replacement cartridge it still did not work properly and upon further investigation he identified that the original valve holding the diverter cartridge was installed upside down! To correct the issue required opening the drywall in the family room behind the shower diverter. He rerouted the supply lines to showerhead and inlet to proper positions, reassembled the valve and diverter and tested it all. And he managed to accomplish this without having to remove the cross support between studs. He was thoughtful in his approach to and took great care to minimize the amount of repair required. The shower is now working perfectly and the water pressure is improved.
Every experience we've had with Dave has been a positive one. We especially appreciate that he is a great communicator, explaining what the problem is and the option(s) for the fix. We would recommend Noble plumbing without hesitation. Thanks Dave & Jude !

Called about a problem. Upfront about the costs related to labor and truck charge. Mike was very friendly, showed up early and finished the work in a timely manner. The only thing I would have negative to say is that in removing insulation on pipes and not having any to replace it with on the truck. I can go to Ace and get it myself for much cheaper, so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend to others

We had BioRemedies reline 100 feet of our sewer line with pvc. They brought all the right equipment and their service people were excellent. They were professional, efficient and completed their task in record time.
It was a 5 star job from start to finish.
We couldn't have been more pleased, so we've been recommending them to all of our neighbors and friends in return for a job beautifully done.

I called to repair the water heater, after an hour working on it and changing a part the water heater didnt work, nevertheless he charged me $134 .
The tech made a comment that the water heater was cheap

They came out quickly, repaired it on the spot with parts in the truck and I was very reasonably charged. Excellent work, great price and a friendly person to deal with. First off, they answered my request for an estimate immediately, and what they quoted was both totally reasonable, but also didn't change by the end of the service.

Joe, Scott, and Steve were all very well versed in the trade, answered every question I had with multiple options, estimates, reasons to do or not to do something, etc. They encountered a wealth of issues that were all problematic to replacing a water main, but handled them with the kind of expertise you know you want to see in people who are in charge of making sure your house has water, and that it is done right.

My old plumber retired, and I have been through a couple of the others looking for the right crew to trust with solid work, and not gouging you through the teeth. After this, I don't need to keep looking for the right people. I'm confident in the work, and the price was right. Hopefully I don't have to call for service like this again, but if I do at least I know I can rely on a good crew with a price tag that is not reflecting a thousand car fleet and massive overhead.

I have been using Plumbing Perfections for over 10 years on everything from small residential jobs to larger commercial jobs. Kyle and his team have always been on time and done incredible work for a reasonable price. He is one of the rare sub contractors you can depend on. Highly recommended!!!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on three projects I wanted addressed. No one showed up. No one called. I called the company, the receptionist said she would contact the tech and give up to a 30-minute window for a reply. At 45 minutes I called again, the receptionist said she had called the tech and would alert management. That evening the owner, Derek, called and left a message apologizing and saying he would come and provide me with the estimates. I rescheduled providing a 2 1/2 window (9:30 - 12). At 11:59 the receptionist called and said the tech would require 20 to 30 minutes more. It is hard for me to believe that the tech was unaware earlier in the project that more time was required. As this appointment was to redeem themselves and the owner said he would be the one coming to provide the estimate and neither were true--I canceled. From my two experiences they do not honor their word, do not communicate effectively and do not respect their client's time (at least the 5 hours and 15 minutes in two attempts that I provided).

Anthony was our tech and he was able to unclog our shower drain, we had others come out and they were unsuccessful and Anthony took his time and got the job done! He was very knowledgeable and professional, we are definitely calling Roto Rooter again for future needs! Thank you

Home warranty company sent Rooter King to diagnose and fix leaking faucets (kitchen / main bathroom). First technician said entire faucet needed replacing. Warranty company only offered lower quality faucet, which didn’t match other finishes. While my husband contacted me via phone to discuss what we wanted to do, the technician already replaced the faucet. My husband said he didn’t like it, so the technician got upset and rushed to take it off. He stormed out cursing taking the kitchen and bathroom faucets with him. Not only did nothing get fixed, but the technician damaged the inside of the sink. We called to complain - at first they denied responsibility, but then owned up to it. They sent someone out to take pics and measure the sink. Spoke to the supervisor who was going to have someone come with several options for faucets. Someone did come, but nothing was done. No work order was submitted for sink to be replaced or repaired. No work order for kitchen faucet either. They said there was no way to get in touch with the supervisors. That was almost a week ago. Since then, we had the warranty company send another plumber who came today and fixed both sinks. Surprisingly, they didn’t need replacement after all!
