Our home's septic tank decided to backup while my Mother In Law was alone with our kids and my wife and I were both out of town. Roger and Braden were both so amazing. From the first moment they showed up they worked on keeping everything running until they could fix, what turned out to be a major pipe issue. Both Braden and Roger were amazing in showing up when they said they would, fixing everything and even offering their help in fixing a few other plumbing items we had. From the moment we called to them offering the invoice, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service Curtis gave us through Roger and Braden. I will definitely suggest them to everyone I meet and use only Curtis from here on out!

Our house is nearly forty years old, so while we started out with a stopped-up laundry drain we ended up discovering that our cast iron sewer line was corroded and collapsing. Daniel Cordova was the Service Tech who started with us on a Sunday and stayed with us until the job was finished eight days later and did an outstanding job making sure we were informed about what was happening and working around our schedule. The job entailed cleaning out all of our house drains, installing three new clean-outs, and installing a 230' pipe liner to the main sewer. The whole job would have taken less time if the weather hadn't been too wet and cool for the epoxy to set quickly. Both Rob and Justin also were extremely helpful in getting the job properly done. While I can't say that we loved the problem that caused all of this I can say that I was totally satisfied with the way that the Mr. Rooter crew handled a very stressful situation for us.

Jake did a great job fixing a leak under the slab with minimum disturbance. It involved some jackhammering but he cleaned up before he left and I am appreciative of that. My neighbor recommended Plumber Kings and I won’t be using anyone else. Thanks Jake, Chris, and Robert (who found the leak).

I called and said the AC wasn't cooling as well as it should and tried to schedule a maintenance. The woman on line said that she could just schedule a repair for the next day rather than a maintenance that I would have to wait like a week for. She told me it would be like the same and they would maintenance it if that was a problem. The next day they come and look around and come to the conclusion that there are just minor problems and components are dirty. I am charged 89$ and he leaves. Keep in mind I was aware that the AC wasn't too bad and figured it just needed a maintenance which I tried to schedule. I was charged 89$ for a diagnosis that I needed a maintenance when I was told that's what I would be getting.

The main worker was Rick. He was very good. The owner was something else. He comes on like a good guy, but shortly you will find he all about getting your money. I was told one price and then had to pay $400.00 more to get the job completed. Not what his web site promises. My re-gas plumbing cost was over $2,800.00. I called the owner. Terry a number of times after the job began and never got a return phone call. Poor customer service!!!!!
