The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber

My experience with Tucson Plumbing has been a very positive one. Jasper was very patient answering about a bazillion questions regarding the whole home filtration system I had installed and also was able to get the installation scheduled for a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work. The day before I did get a call that there was an emergency situation that would have to take priority Saturday morning and my 9am appointment would need to be moved to the afternoon which worked okay with my schedule. Dave was great - he communicated with me throughout the day - ended up having two more emergency plumbing situations crop up that he attended to before coming to me in the early evening but he came and installed the system and so far I love it!

Fast fix, very professional even was able to get a senior discount. Thank you!!

They came to install my water softener & 5-stage RO filter system around april 2022. Quite expensive, as you expect from any plumber. Everything went fine, a small leak was reported the same day and it was fixed the next day.
A year later (now), when the time came to change the first 3 filters of the RO system, I set my self to do it, and I realized they got them in the wrong order: the filter of stage 1 (sediment filter) was swapped with filter of stage 3 (carbon filter). Nothing serious seemed to have happened and I hope won't happen because of this mistake, but only thing I can say is, be on top of your traders while working at your home, no matter how much they hate us home owners doing that. This is a very amateur mistake. The first stage of ANY-stage RO system is ALWAYS the sediment filter, and, needles to say, it was extremely clear in the installation manual.

This company is absolutely dishonest, completely without integrity.
They were supposed to be at my home at 10am.
When they didn't show up, I called at 12 Noon. They acted completely nonchalant
About the fact they were late, told me they were at lunch and promised
to be at my home within an hour. They no-showed. When I shared this story with
a friend, they reported that Arco Plumbers had cheated several people on their service ...
Lowballing an estimate and charging much more once they arrived.

So let's add it all up: Liars, cheats, people without integrity or honesty.

My recommendation: Do NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT hiring these guys.

We had a clogged and backed up show drain. Of course it was a Friday at 3pm. I called our service line warranty and they were able to contact All In One Plumbing which is one of their contractors. All In One called me within an hour and had a tech out in another hour. By now it was dark. George was my tech and he was supper professional. He had a mask on for Covid precautions. He explained everything and gave us some good tips on preventative maintenance. He was able to get the line flowing and showed us in our outside cleanout what to look for. Hope we can use them again if needed!

We had a fantastic experience with Plumber Kings in Tucson! After spending weeks trying to find someone to help with a shower leaking through the bathroom wall in our home, we were referred to Chris and Plumber Kings by our restoration specialist.

They were so easy to schedule with, and flexible when we had to make changes on our end. When they came out to diagnose the problem, Chris took the time to explain what the issue was and what next steps needed to be taken. He even connected back with the restoration company to close the loop and make sure everything came together easily for us!

I can’t speak highly enough and will definitely use Plumber Kings again if future projects arise. They are quick yet thorough, fairly priced, and extremely easy to work with.

He was professional, responsive, explained everything so we could fully understand the instillation of our new rev. osmosis system and water softener unit. He answered his phone, came by when we had a question about 1 week after this initial instillation.
