Best Sewer Repair In Tucson in Tucson AZ

My water heater went out sometime in the 2 weeks we were out of town. I call Sean first thing Tuesday morning and he had Kyle and his partner out to our home with a couple hours. They were honest and replaced my water heater within an hour or so. They were very professional and didn’t leave a mess at all after work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

In the AZ heat, when the air conditioner stops working, timeliness matters. PRCHP came out in just a few hours and had it fixed in a short amount of time. They are great!

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Awe full service, it's takin 3 weeks to remedy our sewer blockage and still have no toilets in our building, the communication sucks, promptness sucks, when told a day they would be there it never happens, this is not how to run a company.is this how you treat all customers? 4 days later and still have not got a price to complete the work that was started weeks ago.i just don't get it!!!!!!!!! My advice to anyone reading this is call someone else and pay the difference.

Called them out to remove an old water softener that was not working and had become an eye sore. The work was complete quickly and for less than the estimate I was given. They even repaired the pipes that the softener was attached to so that you couldn't tell it was ever there. Overall, very impressed with this company.

Fixed the leak and they were very polite and helpful. They also charged me a fair price for their services. Awesome service!

Joe and David are literally the definition of perfect customer service! They were polite, friendly, informative, funny, and very educational. They happily answered all of my questions while teaching me about was going on with my system. Having AC issues in Arizona in the middle of summer is never fun, but they made this experience as enjoyable as it could be. I cannot recommend these two enough. <3 I asked if they can be the only ones who come to my house from now on because they were so amazing and made me feel like such a valued customer. 10/10 all the way.To the bosses: never let these two go. Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
