Chris from Picture Rocks came out immediately and ran his tests and although we needed a complete replacement of our unit, it was actually a good experience. It was hot for a few days but, it could have been much worse had we not used Picture Rocks. They were extremely professional and on time. Chris and his crew walked us through what they were going to do, what it was we were really getting with the unit, and took the time to explain all the features. We could not even tell they were there because they cleaned up so good when they finished. I would highly recommend Picture Rocks to anyone needing any of the services they provide. A class act 100%

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center. When we bought the place I always thought it wasn’t connected correctly. Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line. We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler. Leonard fixed all of that. He tore into the system, replumbed the center. Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system. He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch. When we travel it’s nice to know that the system will be safe and secure. Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs. Very wonderful and reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

The owner Robert is very knowledgeable and always willing to help out with tricks and hints over the phone before they have to come out. I can't say the same for any other plumbing businesses out there. And his son Rocky is just as knowledgeable. I mean how could he not be just as good as his dad. He grew up watching and helping his dad. I highly recommend you call them next time you need a plumber
