This is the third time that I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by such a reliable and honest company. Every person representing Picture Rocks HVAC share the same high degree of courtesy. We saw the five star rating for Zing and called for a problem we had with sink and were advised that George would call us back for appointment about 1 hour later we spoke with George and he said they would be out at the house by 5 oclock and he came right on time. he was very personable and got down to business taking care of the sink. We as seniors were surprised at how very nice we were treated. He was knowledgeable and fast. Completed the job and asked if we needed other work while he was there. The charge was very reasonable and did not take advantage of us as seniors. I would definitely call them again. Thanks Zing Plumbing

I called Best Price Plumbing to install a dishwasher since our house didn't have one. They came out and took a look and quoted me a great price. We scheduled the install for a couple of weeks after that and they came out and installed it. They were on time and great to work with. They got everything done and it looks amazing! I recommend them 10x over. Danny, Cody and Gilbert were a pleasure to work with. Thank you again guys!

Update: I increased my rating from 4 to 5 stars after continued excellent service. My first experience was subpar, but their new team is incredible!I chose Intelligent Design because I respect the values the company stands for. To my surprise, my first experience with a tech was very disappointing. I wanted to give them a 2nd chance this year and I am so thankful I did. Jordan was absolutely amazing. 10 Stars. He was very detail oriented in his inspection, thorough in his analysis and explained everything in a very understandable way. This was the standard I expected from the company and he delivered. I'll update my review to 5 stars when I have more appointments to base it on, but I am confident after today that I will be staying with them for good..

Tucson plumbing solutions will forever be my go-to plumber!! The tech that came out was well dressed, presentable and was ready to get the job done! He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Rocky was beyond awesome and so so loved Christie. Absolutely love a woman who knows how to answer tech questions w/o having to consult a tech. Was in such a horrible place. Water heater down and the day before Tucson got snow my furnace went down too. Arrow couldnt help with my water heater within my perameters but turned me on to some one who was out that day to fix my furnace. They are awesome people and, not that I want something to break, but should it happen I will definately call them first. Cant say enuf good stuff bout Arrow

We had a our first experience with Cummings plumbing today and we are greatly impressed! 😊 Our A/C unit suddenly stopped turning on & our house has been sweltering hot. 😱 I was able to schedule an appointment without obligation in minutes online. The next day Carlos came to our home to and was professional, courteous and prompt. All we have to say is that before he for there, the air conditioning was not working. When he left it was working properly!! Now we can enjoy our home again during these hot & dry months.We did not get any pressure or hassles to have work completed today. This is how a first impression is a good impression. We look forward to many years of great continued services from Cummings. Great job Carlos and thank you very much for your awesome work! 👏

Jacob was awesome! Water was tested and deemed clean. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't need. He signed us up for the monthly club maintenance, which we think is great idea. Also Robert was so nice to me on the phone. Soon after the visit, Robert called to schedule us for HVAC and Plumbing maintenance. So everyone I dealt with today at Goettl were amazing!!!

Beyond amazing!! Called that my HVAC wasn’t blowing air. Ashley got me on a standby appointment and within an hour Manuel was at my door. Two years ago Norm came riding to my rescue! My water heater sprung a leak and water was rushing all over my garage and in to my guest room! What's worse was I had a broken foot in a cast and couldn't turn off my own water! Norm hadn't met me before but he was there super fast turning off the water, replacing the water heater, and helping me get the restoration people out to start repairs. The two things I loved about meeting Norm were his customer service and just how much he educated you about your plumbing issue.
