Intelligent Design Air Conditioning is a phenomenal company which is both trustworthy and honest. They place a special emphasis on customer service and it shows. They employ only the finest of technicians who definitely prove themselves. For those who only care about the cheapest price, Intelligent Design may not be the right fit, though rest assured they are the very best.Jake was the technician on the latest service call for my residence and he was most excellent. No pushy sales tactics. Just talent and honest, upfront options. Throw in his expert problem solving skills and the winning combination can’t be beaten — at least not for my dollars.Now, lest one think I may be a plant for Intelligent Design, they aren’t perfect. No one is. But anytime something hasn’t been flawless (which has happened, though rare), Intelligent Design has made it right.

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. They were able to get things moving and back to normal in a flash -- or flush ;) The cost was more than reasonable and they were able to come out same day. Totally recommend!!

Water heater was leaking so called AJ at Aarow Plumbing and he came out to take a look. Due to the water damage already he disconnected the water heater, drained it and removed it. All was done professionally and he explained everything he was doing and what my next steps were. Will be using him for the install of a new water heater.

work was terrifc and got a excellent deal on a sump pump and piping. Plumer was professional and was strait forward on what was going on with my sump pump. Made easy to understand. Will call again for any plumbing issues.

Had them come out on a Saturday to check out a whistling sound that was coming from our wall. When they came out it was determined to be a regulator that was causing it. Which is what they thought when I spoke on the phone with Angelo. Unfortuantely due to the company that built my home the pipe was larger than the size should be for my size of house. Instead of coming out again he tried to adjust the pressure on the regulator to stop the noise. It worked and gave us recommendations if it came again as well as didn't charge us alot to do that. I highly recommend them and have posted to our community webpage recommending that if any other homeowner should need service to use them.
