Joshua has done work for us before and is always professional, competent, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. He had to move a very large washing machine in and out of a tight space to unplug its drain line. The hot water valve snapped off and he replaced it at no extra charge. Thorough professional installation of a new waterline from the meter to the house; included several hose bibs for outside watering. The installation was complicated by the previously ill installed water line. Rather pricey but it was completed in 4 days.

I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

Even though Paul had other jobs that kept him well beyond a “normal” day, he installed my water softener in the early evening to get the job done as had previously said he would on that date. He kept me informed on when he would be at the house so I could plan other activities. That’s commitment, dedication and customer service!! Will definitely use again for any plumbing needs.
