Best Replace Water Heater in Tucson AZ

After some phone calls I was able to get ahold of the owner and sent out a couple guys and they made it right. He apologized and explained some transition problems as new owners.

I have been a 20 year customer of DrainMasters. Once or twice a year we have to have our sewer line cleaned. We have a 225 foot line and reminded as we always that the person they send out would need two cages of rooter line since each cage is 175 feet. The driver showed up with one cage and says his truck only has one when we asked him about the second cage. In the past they gave a 30 day guarantee so we agree to have him clean the line and then he says don't worry he could tell he got the clog. Two days later our line is backing up again. I call, explain the situation and the receptionist apologized and says they will make it right and asked what time will work. I tell her I'll call right back so I could check to see what time would work. I call back 5 minutes later and a different receptionist answers. I explain again the situation and tells me there no longer guarantee the work and that they no longer piggy back two cages together unless we pay $750 for some other service. I asked why they just didn't tell us they don't do anything over 175 feet and why they agreed to send a driver out that had two cages. She again said they don't guarantee the work. I told that wasn't right and I said we would take our business elsewhere. She just said okay.

Very professional and honest. Treated my base knowledge as a bonus and did not talk down to me. No greasy used car sales approach... refreshing. I was lucky to find a package that better fit my budget and they could not compete enough for me to pass up what I had found so another company got the bid, but my limited experience with Fusion has been very positive.
After the replacement service call, the owner reached out the next day to follow up...no pushy sales agenda, just great person to person service. If you are considering Fusion, I would recommend giving them the opportunity to impress you.

George has done a lot of work for me and highly recommend him. Very professional and high-quality work is what you expect. I recently had a minor plumbing issue and called George. We determined it was something I could fix myself and George generously advised me how to proceed, even sending photos of the method he was suggesting. Great service from a trustworthy and solid guy.

They were our second opinion and thank goodness my husband heard their as on the radio!! James came out quickly and diagnosed and fixed our AC in no time!! Customer service was excellent!! We will spread the word!!!! We would absolutely use this company in the future, but hopefully we won’t have to!!! ;-)

He let me know exactly what he was doing and made things easy to understand. Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

Reply to reply: Yes Sir you did hang up on me and told me you didn't have time to talk today. I did not call you the day you read my post, I had called several days prior, on a Tuesday. You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to Paul. I've used Paul on multiple occasions and plan to again in the future. He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. He also took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater to get the most life out of it. It is such a relief to have a plumber I can really trust.
