It was Sunday Thanksgiving weekend 12:30 pm complete stoppage. Called all the big names advertising 24/7 service . Yes an answering services only no response. Then DrainMasters a company person answered the phone and said they would have someone out between 1:30 and 3:00pm. At 2:30 Zak showed up and cleared the problem in about an hour.
Professionals honest, courteous and a reasonable charge for a Sunday. Highly recommend them look no where else.

We had Morgan come out to look service our A/C as our puppies thought the wires looked delicious and chewed the wires. Morgan was so professional and he took time to answer all of my questions. I had to apologized for not knowing what we should do to keep our system running smooth. Morgan gave us a detailed explanation of the spring service and winter service. He then explained it in a way I fully understood. I do not think I could have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. I called intelligent design for some concerns I had with my piping. Logan and David came out only a few hours later, (which is incredible considering where I live) and diagnosed my issues in under an hour. They were extremely helpful, very professional, and friendly. I've experienced some truly awful contractors in the past, which caused me to distrust them in general, but intelligent design has helped change my mind.

Marty Hendricks is amazing. He has been repairing Air Conditioners since he was 11 years old. I instantly trusted him when he walked up and introduced himself with a firm handshake. He got right to work on my 23 year old Rheem AC and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He lifted the lid on the unit and found an old disintegrated air filter on the the evaporator coils which was not supposed to be there. Three previous technicians from other companies did not even lift the lid on the unit and missed this obvious problem. My AC is working great again. I was only charged 79$.A tech from another company wanted to charge me 2000$ for a new blower and capacitor.
