James came out when my AC failed to start. Instead of just replacing the start up capacitor, he checked the entire unit. Honest and friendly, he made sure we were completely taken care of. Great service.

Thank you Rocky, for coming to fix yet another plumbing issue in recent crisis. Aarow Plumbing is honest, conscientious, and very responsive. Two plumbing crises in 2 weeks: a backed up toilet at my spa, Indigo Oasis, then a water heater in the fritz today. Whew, so glad to have them on my “team!”

Company texted and emailed me a pic and brief background of technician that was on his way. The kid showed up I explained my water heater was leaking from the top. I had done some googling and watched some YouTube videos so I had an idea what was wrong but I was unable to remove the problem part (a $15 part). He looked said he didn’t know if he would be able to get the part off without damage, said let me see if we have the part on the truck and get you a quote. Came back with a quote of $350! But did not have the part with him. I did not get a good feeling about the whole experience so I will look elsewhere.Update: found another plumber and he fixed it for $75. He replaced the part I had suspected was bad. All good.

I called Affordable Plumbing for a number of small projects that needed to be fixed. Angelo was very pleasant, and said that it would be no problem. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very fast with the repairs, and he cleaned up so well that you couldn't even tell that anything was done. I will surely be calling Angelo back should I need any further plumbing work done!!!

John Franks was knowledgable and answered all my questions regarding a water softening system. He gave me different options and I went with what he recommended. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to chat with and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Anthony for your plumbing needs!

I needed my toilet, sink faucet and shower repaird. All 3 were not working at all. Ian showed up and got right to work. Very happy with the quality and he let me know everything along the way. Will diffently use them again

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
