Not only did Dave carefully fix my original issue with an outdoor pipe but he discovered and fixed pressure problems on another pipe.
I could wish it had been less costly but it was still less than another estimate.

The A/C at my home went down during the hottest days of this year. It is not a situation you want in peak season. I called Intelligent Design and their response was remarkable. By days end I had a new A/C and furnace installed and operating! The price is was more than fair and the install was first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the services they offer. This is not the first time I have used ID. They did a same day water heater replacement for me too!

I live out of State and own a rental in Tucson. Water heater thermocouple went out today and tried to get help from Curtis Plumbing. The tech who called said he would not work on any water heater older than 5 years. Replacement for a water heater starts at $2100.00 and is even higher for a mobile home. I drove to my rental mobile home, stopped at HomeDepot for a $11.98 cent replacement thermocouple. Fixed the water heater in 20 minutes. If you need assistance in Tucson, DO NOT CALL CURTIS PLUMBING. Sad day for this company and sad commentary about the service this company offers.
