My shower valve needed to be replaced. Because of the great advertising done be Cummings and as a elderly person I felt that I would get a fair honest deal and prompt service. I felt the estimate was high, but I received a 5% discount due to being elderly. The bill remained over a Thousand Dollars. I felt I had no choice and signed everything before the work started. My mistake. I will never use or recommend Cummings Plumbing to anyone. What I thought would be a fair honest deal turned out to be just the opposite. Everyone that I have mentioned this to said I was way overcharged.

Used affordable plumbing for the first time yesterday. They were very prompt, professional and affordable. The owner answered the phone the first time I called and got me on his schedule right away. I will definitely use affordable plumbing in the future. Highly recommended!

My wife and i contacted three know plumbing companies in tucson and your competitors, neither of them contacted us until Goettl did. We had a tankless water heater and water treatment system installed , and the Goettl team who did the instalation did a great job. They were focused on the work and answered all our questions throughout the instalation process. Once they completed the work they did a great job in explaining the system and the process of it. They walked us through the whole system and what we needed to do to maintain both systems. My wife and I felt very comfortable with the Goettl team and you could see the pride they take in their work. Francesco Tocci did an excellent job in explaining how both system work, this was proof through his knowledge and experience with the products and the Goettl company. He spoke very highly of the Goettl company and this was evident with the time he spent in explaining the companies position in product guarantee and quality. All Goettl team staff who were involved with our purchases from Francesco Tocci and the installation team really compliment each other and gave credence to the Goetti team of professionalism.
