Best Pressure Issues in Tucson AZ

The owner, Mary, is incredibly rude. Last night I called to inquire as to why our water had gotten shut off for the 3rd time this week without any notification. She immediately got and attitude told me that they don't deal with that I should call my landlord and gave me and very sarcastic Okay? Thanks. Then this morning when our water got shut off again, I called our property management company. Drainmasters had not told them that they were coming back and shutting off our water. When I called to ask Drainmasters again, Mary started yelling at me and saying rude things like Oh, honey.. (Rudely and sarcastically). I will never recommend this company just because Mary can't deal with other people. If you can't handle complaints, you shouldn't be dealing with customers. She never even apologized for the inconvenience.

Anthony was quick and fair with a drain pipe clean out. Will use again, if needed.

Matt came and gave us a brand new clean out! He did the work on time and was very knowledgeable. Always professional and gets the job done, Matt is very efficient and takes the time with the costumer concerning the work he is about to perform. He definitely is an asset to this company!

I know that when I call Day and Knight Plumbing and Drain, they will fix the problem with a smile, and sometimes a chuckle.

Dave came to our home with three tasks, install a new kitchen faucet, replace the disposal and fix one of the showers that was stuck in the cold water mode. I notice that he was very conscientious of our home by putting on shoe covers and using a tarp on our floor. He was quick, professional and knowledgeable about each of the tasks. We were quickly comfortable with him in our home completing the tasks. He was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. A job or jobs well done!

Do not trust this company to come out and help you. We have had a drain clog since Monday. Made an appt and have been canceled and rescheduled 3 times at the last minute?? They were supposed to be here this morning (3rd reschedule) they just called to say they don't have any technicians in Tucson today. Ridiculous. Never again.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!

The main worker was Rick. He was very good. The owner was something else. He comes on like a good guy, but shortly you will find he all about getting your money. I was told one price and then had to pay $400.00 more to get the job completed. Not what his web site promises. My re-gas plumbing cost was over $2,800.00. I called the owner. Terry a number of times after the job began and never got a return phone call. Poor customer service!!!!!
