I reached out on this family-owned business's FB page and got a prompt response. They were able to come out that day to diagnose and clear a drain problem at the home. The pricing was fair and quoted before the job was begun. Kyle did what was needed to complete the job without expensive upselling. Kyle was kind, professional, and thorough. I'd recommend this company and Kyle for your plumbing needs.

I sent them several text questions regarding a leak I needed to have repaired. They never responded.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

What a difference between the two companies!

Damien and (sorry I cannot remember his name) his partner took care of my bathtub/shower faucet installation and new flex lines and valves in a little over an hour, on the same day that I called for service. It wasn't the simplest of jobs, but both knew what they were doing and walked me through it. They were personable and professional, another reason I have used Cummings Plumbing over the years.

The man was extremely efficient and was happy to carefully walk us through what problems he had found. Good job!

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

Andrew from sales is super knowledgeable and just an outstanding guy. We reached out to him last minute with an urgent request to fix our water heater and he made the necessary arrangements to get it fixed immediately. Exceptional customer service and by far the best all-around value for your plumbing needs.

I had the best experience with super drain I had previously called Parker and son they came out gave me an estimate for 1433 to install a water heater even though I was buying the water heater and having it delivered. I called super drain they came out gave me an estimate much less than Parker and son. Super drain service reps came out and installed the water heater explained everything to me and the workers were so professional. I recommend this company.

Serious racial discrimination! Very rude! I tried to find him to help me fix the sewer, because my English is not very good. When I tried to explain my sewer problem as hard as I could, he hung up my phone angrily! This is first time to write a review. So angry!!!!
