Jose was his partner and they were both very respectful and courteous the entire time working on my bathroom sink clog. William was very clear and concise on services offered and rendered. I'm so glad my neighbor referred me to Paul. I've used Paul on multiple occasions and plan to again in the future. He is extremely competent and professional, and is great about explaining all of the alternatives and their pros and cons. His prices are reasonable as well. He also took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to maintain my water heater to get the most life out of it. It is such a relief to have a plumber I can really trust.

It is good to know that I can call Parker and Sons for a large variety of repairs. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They are good about letting me know when I can expect them and when they are on their way.I had my Reverse Osmosis filter changed today. They had been sending me reminders that it is time. Ken has been here twice and he is nice and knows his stuff. He was determined to figure out why a water hose under the sink kept popping off and spewing water (not related to the Osmosis system) and he fixed it so it won't happen again.

Joe installed a new water heater today. Great job and showed me all I need to know to maintain it.

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

I had a burst pipe at 9 am on a Saturday. Rob and Kevin were extremely responsive; they came quickly and a new system was repaired within a few hours. In addition, the entire area was cleaned and all the door and debris removed.I have used this company for over 10 years. Their work is excellent and dependable. I was very relieved to have this issue resolved so quickly in a Saturday!

These guys are great. They completed a really complicated job on repairing a system that had been installed in the 1930s and left the place spotless. It was something that two other plumbers had messed up and finally had the good sense to refer us to Ram Plumbing. Also, the final cost was LOWER than the original estimate that they gave us. Great work done by a great outfit.

Professional people and excellent service

I rarely do reviews, usually if I go out of my way to do one it’s to warn people. But in this case, it’s to recommend this company. I’ve been burned by plumbing companies to the point I don’t trust them anymore. So when I needed my toilet fixed and unclogged I trusted their company and I’m glad I did. He got right to work not wasting any time to get it done as quickly as possible and was honest and very nice. He also double checked to make sure it was fixed before leaving. They also do commercial and so they’ll also be now doing our commercial business plumbing. Don’t go anywhere else for plumbing. Their rates are competitive to market rates and they’re honest so they’re not gonna charge you for plumbing hat you’re not supposed to be charged for. Thanks again guys!
