After some phone calls I was able to get ahold of the owner and sent out a couple guys and they made it right. He apologized and explained some transition problems as new owners.

I have been a 20 year customer of DrainMasters. Once or twice a year we have to have our sewer line cleaned. We have a 225 foot line and reminded as we always that the person they send out would need two cages of rooter line since each cage is 175 feet. The driver showed up with one cage and says his truck only has one when we asked him about the second cage. In the past they gave a 30 day guarantee so we agree to have him clean the line and then he says don't worry he could tell he got the clog. Two days later our line is backing up again. I call, explain the situation and the receptionist apologized and says they will make it right and asked what time will work. I tell her I'll call right back so I could check to see what time would work. I call back 5 minutes later and a different receptionist answers. I explain again the situation and tells me there no longer guarantee the work and that they no longer piggy back two cages together unless we pay $750 for some other service. I asked why they just didn't tell us they don't do anything over 175 feet and why they agreed to send a driver out that had two cages. She again said they don't guarantee the work. I told that wasn't right and I said we would take our business elsewhere. She just said okay.

Fusion was great. I live in Gilbert, AZ. They were able to see me the same day I called. I didn't realize the business itself was in Tucson since the plumber mentioned he lived in Gilbert too. Took me awhile to find the business to leave a Google review. He came out when he said he would and let me know when he were on his way. We had a frozen water valve that went to our ice maker. They cut a hole in our drywall and replaced a piece of the copper pipe and valve within an hour or so. They don't do drywall repairs (at least our guy didn't), so keep that in mind when getting a quote. I would use them again.

Amazing! After completing a survey this gmail account popped up for us to add a comment; my parents do not have a gmail account and this is my room mates. My parents who are in their late 80's and early 90's have used Cummings several times. Their children got involved after we saw that there was going to be a repair without clearing the clog. As our daughter was in route from Phoenix to our house, she called Cummings, on a Sat, asking to speak to a manager for their elderly parents may be taking advantage of in an unneeded repair. They called our son in another State and that manager had no idea how to answer the question. Left another message Sunday and asked when crew was to show up on Monday; told 7 a.m. Monday no crew, our daughter called again, stating that we maybe being take advantage of. Finally, the office staff hear the cry. A manager called within 5 min, looked in to the situation, and the tech called our daughter back. The tech explained everything to our parents that he did and what fix he would recommend to fix the problem and to prevent future problems. The description of work that was handed to our parents only told about the fix and he voiced what steps he had already did in locating the problem in the pipes, but with my parents being so elderly and scared, they did not fully hear the tech. The family has learned a lesson over this. We do question the training of the office staff and the computer system in communication with the customer. BUT over all the tech went over and be on in helping out our parents and the fix well, hopefully, prevent future clogs. Thank you.

Goettl is a great company. The servicemen were prompt and professional. All of the service repairs were completed quickly. Unfortunately, they buyer of my house pointed at that one of the pipe repairs made under the kitchen sink was still leaking. When I called to reschedule, Goettl could not make it out before the closing date. The buyer was very displeased and I almost lost the contract on my home because of this! Luckily they conceded, but otherwise a leaky sink could have cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Paul from Imperial plumbing was great and very helpful! He was responsive and made sure his availability was flexible to get the job done around our schedule. I also love how he communicated everything to me as to what was wrong and what needed to be done. I felt well informed and confident that I was receiving quality service. Would definitely recommend them again.

The Technician was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I especially liked how he explained each of the repairs required and showed me the damage that had happened to my system. I will be using Cool Willys from now on for all of my HVAC needs !

Drain Medics came by the day after we put in for a service. Austin was quick to figure out the root cause of our issues, was straight up with the costs of our issue, and actually pointed us in the direction of another business that would be better suited for our needs. He also unclogged our drains free of charge. I will definitely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future and they’ll be the first one I send my friends and family to when they run into issues.

I called Tim on a Saturday he arrived with his daughter with in 15 minutes very polite, job was done within 2 minutes. Charged only for the call out. I'll use him again if I have to.

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place. I will definitely be recommend this company to family and friends.
