Adam and Chris did a professional and complete job getting my reverse osmosis system back in working order after a “handyman” completely botched it up. Their knowledge and dedication to making this system perfect is evident and greatly appreciated by us. I highly recommend them and will definitely use Fusion Plumbing and Air for any future work. It was so nice to deal with competent honest people who care and take pride in their work!

Nice people and fast response, but I feel the charges for materials were ridiculous. They charged $75 for brazing supplies to seal a pinhole leak , I have a degree in welding technology and worked in the industry...I estimate the actual amount more like $7.50. They said it also takes into account the tools and they charge a flat rate for any welding. I don't think that is fair to the customer. I run a service business also, I wouldn't feel right about marking up that much. Good service, but I will look for someone else next time.

As a retired Plumber I was really impressed by the work George did! He showed up right on time, stayed on track and with in his estimate!

Everyone at this company is lovely. From Zack to Jared to Justin to Rufus to Marty every single person I have dealt with, including the very nice ladies who answer the phones, has been wonderful. They do great work. Every technician is professional and polite. I would not deal with any other company for my plumbing needs. I definitely trust them to do the work and do it right.

Appersons were very consistent in meeting the needs of my repairs. They were professional and very kind. Appersons worked with my schedule and took their time in doing a good work. I highly recommend them.

Had a collapsing pipe in the middle of the house, they were able to come in and prop it back up with the renew it sealant. Techs were professional and affable. Cleaned up after themselves really well. Everything is back to normal and working.

Jesus was very professional when he finally arrived but I had been scheduled for the tech to arrive between 10am -12pm. Jesus showed up at around 3:00pm. I would have appreciated a phone call or text letting me know he was not going to meet my scheduled appointment.

Called to get a quote on a plumbing job. Told them my name and where I worked and before I could even relay my issue a rude man said he didn’t have time and literally hung up the phone. Bam. Hung up and that was that. If you’re looking for a rude and grumpy plumber you’ve found him here at this place! Good luck.

You were rude. I'm just letting folks know my experience. Dispute it if you wish, but it happened just as I describe, and Yes, it was your company, Knight Owl Plumbing. Try being nice to people and you won't go through this, it'll save you and I both some time.

Imperial plumbing showed up on time was polite and courteous Elmer provided me with multiple options to fix my tub, took care of my clogged drain efficiently was clean and excellent!!

Plumbing emergency. Sent plumber within one hour of phone call. Plumber was professional. Set to work immediately. I can’t imagine anyone would have done better faster.
