Drain Master's sent K.B. to our home to fix a clogged kitchen sink. I was so very thankful that I called Drain Master's because K.B. and his apprentice were amazing! K.B. was truly a master at what he does. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing while working and teaching his apprentice! He was very kind, polite, compassionate, and extremely precise and professional. I highly, highly recommend this company. Thank you K.B. and your apprentice! Amazing people! Amazing job!

Best plumber in the Tucson area. Had a water regulator problem. Fearing that meant digging up my front yard and many many dollars, I had put the repair off for years. Finally, gave up and called Picture Rocks. Just wanted an estimate. Troy came out, gave me an cost and after I hugged him, he fixed my problem in less than an hour and for far, far less than I expected. Picture Rocks could have charged me anything since I needed the regulator, but, they didn't. I would recommend Picture Rocks for any of your plumbing needs. Expect the best because that is what you get from Picture Rocks.

George came out on Sunday gave me a fair estimate. He scheduled his repair call for the next day. He was prompt and in spite of rain repaired my main water line. Great job!! George and Zing Plumbing.

JP arrived to check out some issues regarding incomplete cooling. After many hours, a coolant leak was finally found and parts will be ordered. Since it’s already in the triple digits, I am very grateful for his attention and diligence, and am looking forward to a completed job in the near future. JP was knowledgeable and very personable.

Another company, Taz Plumbing, called back within 5 minutes and was out to do the repair, on a Saturday, within an hour.

Anthony was a pleasure to work with. I was in the process of moving the following day when I noticed a leak at my water softener. Anthony picked up my call and understood my concern. He was on another job but ensured me he’d be over same day. He came over later in the afternoon when he could have gone home, looked at my softener and had it repaired in 20 minutes.
